Google launched OpenSocial website, where developers can find OpenSocial API Documentation. The OpenSocial API is a set of common APIs for building social applications on many websites. There are two ways to access the OpenSocial API: client-side using the JavaScript API and server-side using RESTful data APIs.

There is also list of example applications and tutorials like How to build your first social gadget or gadget tutorial.

Alexa ranking of brandnew website 4. Nov.2007

I am going to do little experiment, to see how quickly will improve alexa ranking and website statistics for a brandnew website.

Luckily this blog in hosted on Blogger, so it has alexa ranking 12:)

New projects is about widgets, and its current alexa ranking is 4.123.263. Today is November 4, 2007. I am working on this project for about a week, from computer at work and from computer at home, both with alexa toolbar installed. I doubt that anyone else than few coworkers is visiting this site.

Let see how fast it will improve!
