How often have you heard that song or someone say those words to you? It just may be the wisest peace of advice you ever get.

Being HAPPY is a powerful state of being. You are your most powerful version of yourself when you are truly HAPPY.

Worry is fearful thinking. I know this because I worry a lot. All day, every day. But I have also experienced life being truly happy. In those happy times, worry is not present.

If you knew that replacing your worry with happy thoughts would improve your reality today, would you try?

Would you take control of your mind and in the moment of your awareness that you are worrying, would you decide to replace those thoughts with good ones?
