<title>IMF World Bank Debt Governance and Corruption</title>
<link>http://www.negotiations.com/questions/IMF-World-Bank-corruption/</link>
<description>Attention: The Senior Consultant

Overview:

By now we know only too well, the World Bank, IMF, affiliates, staff while performing duties on their behalf, are protected by immunity granted to Intergovernmental Organizations. No suing, prosecuting, accountability, admitted.
However, say for the sake of Negotiation, they have committed mischief, backed by facts and evidence, leading to serious consequences and ramifications they rather cover up for various reasons.
How would one go about handling such negotiations? Employing an Intellectual Property, Media, Entertainment, et al, Law Firm? Certified Negotiator?
Your comments, suggestions, recommendations, much appreciated.
Should you have your own resources, you'd be also most welcome to join efforts for a possible Joint Venture based on usual non-commitments/non-engagements basis, to be discussed after preliminary evaluation.
Thanks very much indeed for your time and patience reading on. Look forward to your early feedback.
Best wishes
Justino Schdmit
