The Cashless Society Arrives in Africa. The “Multipurpose” Biometric National Identity Smart Card

It was recently announced at the World Economic Forum in Cape Town, South Africa that MasterCard and the Nigerian National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) under the government of Nigeria would form a partnership to distribute a new identity card to every Nigerian citizen.

The purpose of the card is to have all Nigerian citizens participate in the financial services sector under the control of MasterCard, a multinational financial services corporation headquartered in New York. MasterCard’s press release ‘MasterCard to Power Nigerian Identity Card Program’ stated:

As part of the program, in its first phase, Nigerians 16 years and older, and all residents in the country for more than two years, will get the new multipurpose identity card which has 13 applications including MasterCard’s prepaid payment technology that will provide cardholders with the safety, convenience and reliability of electronic payments. This will have a significant and positive impact on the lives of these Nigerians who have not previously had access to financial services.
The program is also designed to move Nigeria into a cashless society, one that is dependent on financial institutions, Wall Street and the Nigerian government. It will be managed by the financial elites of Wall Street, technocrats and of course Washington. All forms of financial transactions would be exchanged through plastic credit and debit cards that would have implanted RFID chips. Michael Miebach, President of the Middle East and Africa division at MasterCard supports the Nigerian government’s decision for a new cashless society, “Today’s announcement is the first phase of an unprecedented project in terms of scale and scope for Nigeria,” said Michael Miebach
“MasterCard has been a firm supporter of the Central Bank of Nigeria’s (CBN) Cashless Policy as we share a vision of a world beyond cash. From the program’s inception, we have provided the Federal Government of Nigeria with global insights and best practices on how electronic payments can enable economic growth and create a more financially inclusive economy.”
The problem with a cashless society is that the state can terminate your electronic financial lifeline if anything were to happen within the country, for example any form of protests, economic downturns, a war or if a financial institution such as MasterCard were to go bankrupt. There are many other reasons that the state or its’ corporate backers can decide to turn off the RFID chip. When you a have a powerful financial institution issuing payments electronically with a government that is supported and controlled by Washington, unlimited control of the populace becomes inevitable. 70% of Nigeria’s population is living below the poverty line as of 2010. How can MasterCard and the Nigerian government benefit millions of Nigerians who are living in abject poverty? Is MasterCard going to offer low interest rates on its credit cards in a country that has a more than 70% of the population in poverty with many living with less than a dollar a day?
Another aspect about the National Identity Smart card is that it can be used for surveillance of individuals under the state. With Nigeria facing a civil war between Islamists insurgents and minority ethnic groups from the oil rich Niger Delta, the National Identity Smart cards can be used to identify its enemies. The MasterCard press release stated how it identifies the individual cardholder:
The new National Identity Smart Card will incorporate the unique National Identification Numbers (NIN) of duly registered persons in the country. The enrollment process involves the recording of an individual’s demographic data and biometric data (capture of 10 fingerprints, facial picture and digital signature) that are used to authenticate the cardholder and eliminate fraud and embezzlement. The resultant National Identity Database will provide the platform for several other value propositions of the NIMC including identity authentication and verification.
According to MasterCard, the purpose of the Nigerian Identity Card Program is for the economic prosperity of Nigerian people. Is it a facade? Is the Nigerian government on the verge of controlling its population financially with Washington’s support? With MasterCard and Wall Street involved, Washington will support the Nigerian government in order for it to succeed with the plan:
The announcement was witnessed by Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister for the Economy in Nigeria, who stressed the importance of the National Identity Smart Card Scheme in moving Nigeria to an electronic platform. This program is good practice for us to bring all the citizens on a common platform for interacting with the various government agencies and for transacting electronically. We will implement this initiative in a collaborative manner between the public and private sectors, to achieve its full potential of inclusive citizenship and more effective governance,”
The Nigerian based independent newspaper The Guardian with reporter Marcel Mbamalu along with the Africa Press Organisation (APO) interviewed the Division President of Sub Sahara Africa for MasterCard, Daniel Monehin in an article called ‘Identity Card: Biometric Data of Nigerians Remain with FG, Not MasterCard, Says Monehin’:
Marcel Mbamalu: You talk of something close to general application of the card; yet, the finance Minister was quoted as saying that it will begin with government pensions before…Daniel Monehin: That was in response to the question that was asked the honorable Minister as to what would be the criteria for selecting the pilot citizens. She responded that she’s really excited at the auspicious time that this is going on because there’s a lot of work that is being done centrally for central treasury and for payment within the federal government, and she would like to see pensioners being part of this first group of the pilot, so that the federal government can begin to load their payment automatically, take out the physical nature of it so that the old tale of people dying on the line while trying to wait on the line to collect their pension would be a thing of the past.
The whole thing that is happening is that this is a platform not just for receiving government tension but for receiving government pensions, benefits, bursary payments, NGO’s that are funding private segments of the society can be funded directly; salaries can be paid directly. Anybody with that card has a whole new world opened to him or her. So, from government-to-people payments, from people-to-people payments, ATM all of those platforms or avenues are open. This is not a card that is restricted, its not even restricted to Nigeria; it is loaded.
You can go out of Nigeria to Ghana, Gambia, USA, China and use it. It is accepted in 210 countries and territories, and over 35 million acceptance locations around the world.
So, in terms of potential, this is a massive platform and what the minister just alluded to is just one segment of its use, not all.
The issuance is starting within the next three months. The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) is going to do an event locally to flag it off.
Nigeria’s decision to have a cashless society under corporate control in the near future is a disturbing trend for humanity. Let’s hope that the Nigerian people resist MasterCard and the government and find an alternative economic solution that will allow them to live in free society they deserve.

APOSTASY, THE IRS, RULER AGAINST RULER and EAGLES CRASHING – A SEVERE WARNING

It goes without saying that the IRS is a very hated agency that collects taxes and withholds income on workers, but most people are totally unaware that the Bible says the IRS is a CRIMINAL OPERATION and operates by total fraud – and the Bible usually does not mention things like this unless God wants His people to know who and what the IRS actually is in real time, and that this entity is a dangerous entity set up by the international banking cartels and actually collects the money for the International Monetary Fund, or IMF.

Those that are IRS employees are on the short end of the stick when it comes to the creator, because they are complicit in the deception. Of course many people have exposed the IRS for what it is, but never based upon the Holy Bible, because that would make their expose' “less credible”. We hear often enough that one cannot use the Bible because it hurts the “credibility” of any news or investigations. Interesting how the most credible book in the entire world is marginalized to the point that people fear using it as any sort of a guidebook or worthy source of information.

Now the reason I bring this up is the incredible abuse of the IRS now coming to light on many fronts. But in all of this, the Holy Bible and its 100% accurate portrayal of the IRS in not mentioned even once, nor will it be. Most of our Senators and Representatives are Biblical illiterates, and have no clue as to their true position before a Holy God.

Here is what the Scriptures have to say about the IRS:

James 5:1-7 1 Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you. 2 Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are moth eaten. 3 Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days. 4 Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth. 5 Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.

Notice verse four and pay attention to it. It is saying that the IRS is withholding your wages by FRAUD. Fraud is a criminal activity and most people go to prison for it when caught. The entire IRS entity is a total fraud that has been perpetrated upon the American people for years now, and 99% of Americans have no clue as to what the Bible actually says about it. But the Creator knows all about it, and addresses the rich men of the earth over and over and warns them to repent or they will perish for all time. It is the rich men of the Earth that behind all of this, the wars, the commotions, the injustice and all of the criminal activity they are involved with. They are also fingered as the KILLERS OF THE JUST, and they are behind all of the government murders that have killed millions upon millions in the last centuries. 6 Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you. 7 Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.

We are told to be patient, to allow the age to run its course, and to wait upon the Lord, for He says He will repay in due time. You will find a reference to the KINGS AND RULERS OF THE EARTH IN Psalm 2, and also in Deuteronomy 28 and Revelation 18. In all cases the RICH MEN are rounded up and taken to a very real and literal hell where they shall abide forever, with no escape. It was their choice, and they made a wrong one.

So then it is no surprise that now, because the Lord said just before the end that He would reveal all of this, that it comes to the forefront now, in full public view. Indeed, no one has any excuse, and only as fool says there is no God.

But there is something else going on here that is equally important, and that RULER AGAINST RULER, AUTHORITY AGAINST AUTHORITY that is now increasing at an alarming rate. The Justice Department is engaged in a massive stonewalling, as is the Obama White House. Homeland Security is fighting the states, and on and on it goes. Isaiah says that the whole system imploded upon itself:

Isa 47:12-13 12 Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be thou mayest prevail. 13 Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee.

Here is a major warning to America-Babylon’s leaders. They have labored in Masonry and Secret Societies since the foundation of the nation. Washington is one of the occult capitals of the entire world. The government begins to flounder, they grow tired, cannot get anything done that needs to be done because of special interests and ruler against ruler. There are too many voices heard, too many special interests opposed to one another. A DIVIDED NATION CANNOT STAND. IT WILL FALL.

So here we are and, according to Jeremiah, when ruler rises up against ruler, when the various governmental bodies begin to fight, VIOLENCE BREAKS OUT IN THE NATION.

Prophecy is being fulfilled right under the noses of the people and they know it not, nor do they want to know it. But you, on the other hand, can surely see the writing on the wall, more plainly written than the writing upon the wall in ancient Babylon, just before she fell. “You have been weighed in the balance, and found wanting”. Indeed, America-Babylon has been weighed in the balance and has been found wanting. SHE, TOO, SHALL FALL WITH A THUD.

And that brings us to a strange story that I believe has very grave prophetic meaning to it all. As usual, this sign went by unnoticed except to those really watching and able to discern the times we are in:

“There was a crash landing Sunday at the Duluth International Airport, but it didn’t involve airplanes. Rather, it was two bald eagles which were fighting in midair when they locked talons. In a rare spectacle of nature, they were unable to disengage in time before crashing to the runway.

“Apparently, mature eagles will sometimes fight over territories,” Randy Hanzal, a Minnesota conservation officer, told GrindTV in an email. “They will do battle in the air, crashing into each other and grabbing an intruding eagle with their talons.

T.D. Hale claims he was shown how Obama shot down the eagle and was happy because he did not have to deal with Congress anymore. Obama had made that comment before, as did George W. Bush. I seem to remember that other people have had visions of an eagle falling to earth very suddenly. Are they all pointing to the same event in our immediate future? Here is part of Hale's vision fto Wildwoods, a wildlife rehabilitation center in Duluth.”

Now I want you to really think about this one in view of Isaiah 47 and the vision of T.D. Hale, and the TWO EAGLES FIGHTING until they crash and "burn" so to speak. One eagle most likely represents the House of Representatives and the other eagle the Senate.They are in a death battle, fighting each other while OBAMA sits back and brings more and more power to himself, or the rise of Lucifer, King of Babylon.

“As I left that place, going at the speed of light, I was standing on the back side of the White House. I heard a voice say, “Look up to the Truman balcony.” … (I did not even knowing it was called that until a friend contacted me. He said, “Brother, you’re not gonna believe this; that’s what it’s called!”) I looked up and there was President Barack Obama on the balcony, holding a shotgun. I heard a loud scream, real loud. (When the country is in pain from natural and economic disaster, will there be an overthrow of the government using martial law?) I turned my head to see where the scream came from. Flying high in the air was an eagle — majestic, flying around Washington. I saw Barack point that shotgun toward that eagle and then shoot it dead and it fell to the ground. I looked up at him and he just had a smile on his face, a smirk. These were the words I heard: “I’ve done it and I won’t have to deal with this in my administration.” It was dead silent. At that moment, I heard a voice that said, “Tell the people this is My will; this is My hand, both upon the generation of the righteous and upon the cursed. The righteous will find their way and know what to do; the cursed will wander around with no compass. The cup is full!”

You will not save America. You cannot pull it back from the disasters that are coming. It is over and the only hope anyone has it be BORN AGAIN IN TRUTH and be hidden away from what is coming. However, most people have no idea what it means to be BORN AGAIN IN TRUTH, nor do they even know what TRUE BIBLICAL REPENTANCE MEANS. They have no clue, and further, don’t seem to want one, either.

An international protest planned for later this month against biotechnology company Monsanto is slated to span six continents and include demonstrations in dozens of countries around the globe.
Amid growing concerns over St. Louis, Missouri-based Monsanto and the impact the company is having on agriculture, activists have planned rallies for later this month in 36 countries.
Monsanto, a titan of the emerging biotech industry, has come under attack from environmentalists, agriculturalists and average consumers over the company’s conduct in the realm of genetically-modified organisms and genetically-engineered foods. Despite research on the effects of GMO crops being largely considered inconclusive, Monsanto has lobbied hard in Washington and around the globe to be able to continue manufacturing lab-made foods without the oversight that many have demanded.
In March, Congress passed a biotech rider dubbed the “Monsanto Protection Act” by its critics that essentially allows that company and others that use GMOs to plant and sell genetically-altered products without gaining federal permission.
“The provision would strip federal courts of the authority to halt the sale and planting of an illegal, potentially hazardous GE crop while the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) assesses those potential hazards,” dozens of food businesses and retailers wrote Congress before the bill was passed.
In the weeks since the rider was approved within an annual agriculture spending bill, anti-Monsanto sentiment has only increased. The international day of protest scheduled for May 25 is now looking at becoming one for the record books, and even a number of celebrities have lent their star power to help raise awareness of the movement.
“Here in America you don’t get the right to know whether you’re eating genetically modified organisms,” award-winning music performer Dave Matthews says in a video for the march that has been uploaded to the Web. Comedian Bill Maher and actor Danny DeVito also appeared in the clip to plead with people around the world to rally against GMO companies.
But even as the anti-Monsanto movement increases in intensity, the company itself continues to generate record-setting profits. In April the company announced a 22 percent increase in net profits, and representatives for the companies said they expect to see that trend continue.
"So our bottom line business outlook today means the momentum that we anticipated in our first quarter has clearly carried through into even stronger business results for the second quarter," CEO Hugh Grant told analysts and reporters during a phone call last month.
Earlier this year, Grant told the Wall Street Journal that despite an international backlash, venues around the world have been unable to link to his company with any concrete health risks caused by their products.
“They're the most-tested food product that the world has ever seen. Europe set up its own Food Standards Agency, which has now spent €300 million ($403.7 million), and has concluded that these technologies are safe,” Grant said in January. “France determined there's no safety issue on a corn line we submitted there. So there's always a great deal of political noise and turmoil. If you strip that back and you get to the science, the science is very strong around these technologies.”
But despite those claims, anti-Monsanto actions are expected to continue as planned around the world — and in those very countries. Four demonstrations are scheduled for Britain, including events in London and Bristol, and two separate events are scheduled for May 25 in Paris. In the US, demos are planned in 48 of the 50 states, plus the District of Columbia.

I am disgusted with what Washington D.C. and most of the Congressmen/women are doing to this country. They are destroying it day after day, and why are the American people in general so blind to what is happening? All I can say is, without a miracle from God Almighty, and believe me, we need a miracle--this country is in more trouble than even I can imagine. God help America!

Tesla's stock is currently up over 25 per cent after the company's quarterly results showed it turned a $11.2m profit after losing $89.9m the same quarter last year; revenues were up to $561.8 million from $30.2 million over the same period. Margins on the car are rising monthly, and Musk said should hit 25 per cent by the end of the year. The company spent $200m in capital expenditures (aka capex) in the last three months.
Nearly 5,000 cars were sold in the quarter, and Tesla said sales are expected to go over 20,000 by the end of the year, with a predicted annual demand of 30,000 cars a year. Tesla's Model S is now the top selling US electric car, ahead of GM's Chevy Volt and Nissan's Leaf. Cars are also being shipped to customers in Europe.

Just wondering, has anybody sat down and figured cost per mile? All the hype indicates you 'just plug it in', well yea..to the cabal electric company, we don't have Johnson motors yet. So, anybody figure electric consumption and cost per mile? Local knews tonight said BIG increase coming on electric due to Obama shutting down all the plants. Could be a bunch of expensive electric cars sitting in garages with no where to go and no juice to get them there pretty soon. Think COST PER MILE, not gas. Remember, it's ALL a scam as long as 'they' control the energy.

Congressional hearings, with a couple of excellent exceptions, question outside academics about the legality of this purported strategy. The Obama administration declines to send any witnesses.

But drone pilots have begun talking to the media. And they describe policies that bear a lot closer resemblance to reporting from the areas where the missiles strike. These pilots should be brought before Congress.

Here is a stunning new interview with one of them:

“So the pilot is not only flying the airplane, he or she is using all those sensors to watch a potential target, circling over it for hours or days at a time. What can you really see?
“Okay, so in a village in, say, country X, where the houses are built together, there are adults who live in this house, and these children belong to those adults because we see them out in the fields together or we see them eating dinner. So you can start figuring out who is associated with who. Who is a stranger, who is it that’s visiting this house? There’s a dog and it barks at strangers, so if we needed to go in and free a hostage or conduct a raid, you’d want to tell the land forces there’s a dog there and either it’s an attack dog or it alerts the village that somebody’s coming.
“You must develop an emotional tie with the people on the ground that makes it hard if there is going to be a strike or a raid, people are going to be killed.
“I would couch it not in terms of an emotional connection, but a … seriousness. I have watched this individual, and regardless of how many children he has, no matter how close his wife is, no matter what they do, that individual fired at Americans or coalition forces, or planted an IED — did something that met the rules of engagement and the laws of armed conflict, and I am tasked to strike that individual. The seriousness of it is that I am going to do this and it will affect his family. But that individual is the one that brought it on himself. He became a combatant the minute he took up arms.”

This pilot, in fact this director of the Air Force Remotely Piloted Aircraft Capabilities Division, has not said that a high level operation leader of terrorists who is imminently threatening the United States is targeted. He has said that some ordinary guy who has chosen to violently resist the hostile foreign occupation of his country by shooting at the occupiers is targeted.

He has also not said anything to satisfy those who support the notion of just wars but want them conducted in compliance with the Geneva Conventions and other such legally binding limitations. This director of a U.S. drone kill program openly says that our public employees target a family for death if needed in order to blow up a foreign soldier from thousands of miles away. Every effort is made to avoid killing innocent family members, he says in the interview, but if it can’t be avoided, well, the target “brought it on himself.”
Here another pilot describes specific such incidents. Here the New York Times reports on the resulting PTSD suffered by drone pilots.
War is murder, and this type of war ought to look to most people like the murder that it is. But even if you accept war, this is not how ANYBODY claims it is to be legally done. This is beyond what Congressional witnesses or even Congress members would say is acceptable or legal. Yet this pilot blurts it out to the media with apparently no concern that his life will be inconvenienced by further questioning.
Enough is enough is enough. End this madness now.

A new rifle goes on sale on Wednesday, and it's not like any other. It uses lasers and computers to make shooters very accurate. A startup gun company in Texas developed the rifle, which is so effective that some in the shooting community say it should not be sold to the public.

It's called the TrackingPoint rifle. On a firing range just outside Austin in the city of Liberty Hill, a novice shooter holds one and takes aim at a target 500 yards away. Normally it takes years of practice to hit something at that distance. But this shooter nails it on the first try.
The rifle's scope features a sophisticated . The shooter locks a laser on the target by pushing a small button by the trigger. It's like a video game. But here's where it's different: You pull the trigger but the gun decides when to shoot. It fires only when the weapon has been pointed in exactly the right place, taking into account dozens of variables, including wind, shake and distance to the target.
The rifle has a built-in laser range finder, a ballistics computer and a Wi-Fi transmitter to stream live video and audio to a nearby iPad. Every shot is recorded so it can be replayed, or posted to YouTube or Facebook.

"Think of it like a smart rifle. You have a smart car; you got a smartphone; well, now we have a smart rifle," says company President Jason Schauble. He says the TrackingPoint system was built for hunters and target shooters, especially a younger generation that embraces social media.
"They like to post videos; they like to be in constant communication with groups or networks," Schauble says. "This kind of technology, in addition to making shooting more fun for them, also allows shooting to be something that they can share with others."
A team of 70 people spent three years creating the technology. Schauble says there's nothing else like it, even in the military. For civilians, TrackingPoint sells its high-end, long-range guns directly. With price tags of up to $22,000, they're not cheap.

One hunter who doesn't want one is Chris Wilbratte. He says the TrackingPoint system undermines what he calls hunting's "fair chase."
"It's the traditional shooting fish in a barrel or the sitting duck. I mean, there's no skill in it, right? It's just you point, you let the weapon system do its thing and you pull the trigger and now you've killed a deer. There's no skill," Wilbratte says.
This new rifle is being released as the gun control debate continues to simmer in Washington.
Chris Frandsen, a West Point graduate who fought in Vietnam, doesn't believe the TrackingPoint technology should be allowed in the civilian world. The gun makes it too easy for a criminal or a terrorist to shoot people from a distance without being detected, he says.
"Where we have mental health issues, where we have children that are disassociated from society early on, when we have terrorists who have political cards to play, we have to restrict weapons that make them more efficient in terrorizing the population," Frandsen says.
Schauble says because the company sells directly — instead of going through gun dealers — it knows who its customers are and will vet them. And he says there's a key feature that prevents anyone other than the registered owner from utilizing the gun's capabilities.
This 9 mm semi-automatic handgun is configured with transducers in its handle that can detect the grasp of an authorized user.
"It has a password protection on the scope. When a user stores it, he can password protect the scope that takes the advanced functionality out. So the gun will still operate as a firearm itself, but you cannot do the tag/track/exact, the long range, the technology-driven precision-guided firearm piece without entering that pass code," he says.
Schauble says demand has been "overwhelming." TrackingPoint now has a waiting list. Others are interested, too: Rifle maker Remington Arms wants to use the technology in rifles it wants to sell for around $5,000.

After all we've been through. Coming out in double digits feels like only a dream. If it were to happen, I would have to wait until the fog cleared before doing anything.....the fog in my head! Yes, double digits will be a blessing far beyond my expectations. With enough left to secure professionals, secure family, secure income and render assistance where it's sorely needed. A chance to do "the right thing" only on a much bigger scale. Finally, the opportunity to be that model for my adult children in doing for others on a grand scale, they will see and learn...and doing so anonymously, without need for accolades.
