The trade organisation for online gambling, known as JAKTA, has made a statement claiming it embraces the changes to the law as beneficial. Aleksandar Vulovic, director for the Serbian Gaming Board, left a comment on the progress, “This new legislation will lead to the opening up of the country’s online gaming market,”, Vulovic continued this with, “There are several really important things that were passed within this law.” According to Vulovic, the most crucial is goal is to control online gaming, the second is the automated monitoring of operators.
