Joomla 1.5.9 Security Release Now Available

At the time of writing osCommerce 3 is in development and at alpha stage 4.  When it reaches the end of the beta phase we will make an assessment on whether or not we want to host it.  Hopefully the developers will address the many performance and security issues that exist in the current version.
