I Spy With My Little Eye...Something That Will Help Me Get Rich!

As you may be aware, I offer free leads generation for network marketers in any MLM company. Because of this, I talk to people in many different MLMs available out there.

Why am I telling you this?

Because in this story lies a fact that might really help you with your own network marketing business!

Talking with all of these representatives from all of these different companies is great for my own business and yours too, just keep reading.

Once you join an MLM opportunity, don't be one of those network marketers who "puts their blinders on."

What I mean is that I see so many network marketers who think that they have the only MLM opportunity in the world. They're so busy telling everyone how great their comp plan is, how many people their upline has sponsored, how their opportunity/product(s) is "revolutionary" and "groundbreaking" and they completely tune out the rest of the industry.

I can't even tell you how many times I've been approached in some way by one of these "eager beavers" and as soon as they find out that I'm already with a network marketing company, they lose my contact info.

A word to the wise...

First of all, there are plenty of network marketers who are completely happy with their current company who may still be open, either now or in the future, to getting involved in another company to compliment what they're already building.

Remember how I said I get people from all different MLM companies contacting me about the free leads? Well, I know that it is in my best interest, as well as the person I'm speaking with, to honestly listen to what they tell me about their company.

Now, I'm not actively looking for an MLM opportunity right now. I'm extremely happy with the company I'm currently with and, as of right now, building that organization (as well as my "Web 2.0 Empire Blueprint" for my subscribers) is my primary focus. However, there are a couple of reasons why I ask other network marketers lots of questions and genuinely listen to what they have to say (and why YOU too should have your eyes and ears open to the MLM industry as a whole!):

It is a very good idea to at least know something about a good number of other MLM opportunities out there so you are aware of what else is available to your potential prospects.
Those network marketers who you write off because they're "already taken" could have, at some point, become an already experienced member of your downline had you taken the time to build some sort of relationship. Remember, sometimes people leave a company because they're not happy OR some join more than 1 opportunity if something very attractive is presented to them at the right time.
Don't forget, you should also be retailing your product, not just trying to recruit and nothing else. Sometimes your best business builder could be that person who joined later on because they were so impressed with the product and customer support they got from you.
Network marketers are simply great contacts to have in your Rolodex. Because:

They know a lot of people
You can learn from one another
You never know where it might lead in the future (you MUST always think long term too!)

Don't you agree that it's wise to not only build relationships with people who WANT to start a business from home (and are free & clear to join your opportunity) AS WELL AS experienced network marketers? Even if they never join your business, they may send you referrals or become a customer.

Plus, now you've got a friend who shares your interests!

So you see now why it's important to keep an open mind and "take the pulse" of the network marketing MLM industry?

So make sure you're asking A LOT of questions and, more importantly, LISTENING!

What Kind Of Upline Are You?

To add to my last post, I just want to do a short rant on a serious problem I see in the network marketing industry.

The problem is that people are constantly being recruited into the MLM industry, told they'll get all the "training" they need, and then left all alone to either sink or swim.

I am completely baffled by this behavior! I mean, in network marketing-now, stop me if I'm wrong here-you're success is directly proportionate to the success of your entire organization (aka "downline"-such a derogatory term, don't you think?)

Is that correct or am I just completely misinterpreting the entire concept of network marketing MLM?

Now, with that being the case, it's awfully strange how:

There is a HUGE market for network marketing MLM "training" programs, books, tapes, etc. Now, knowing me and the way I get my hands on everything and anything industry wide, do you know how many "webinars" I've been to that advertised "MLM training" in one form or another then turned out to be opportunity pitches in disguise? Why? Because the smart marketers behind these "webinars" know the gravity of this huge problem of uplines not doing any kind of training and support!
So many people I've encountered in my travels online are completely TURNED AGAINST network marketing MLM. This is an industry whose target market is people who have no experience building a business, online or off, and whose "product" is the opportunity to OWN YOUR OWN BUSINESS! HELLO? These people join because they are told that they'll be taught how to make this work. In reality, they're on their own.
Right now, I am working, on a daily basis, with a woman who has been with the same company as I am for over a year longer than I have! Why? Because her upline just kept telling her "it would soon be her turn" and promising to build her business for her, eventually. Never even offering the option of the chance to learn how to build her business herself!
As I said in "The Give And Take Of Internet Marketing," I am always trying to learn more, hone my skills, etc. Now, when I started with the MLM company I'm with, I was strictly an affiliate marketer. When I was "recruited," I said that I was pretty up to speed on the technical stuff and the getting people to opt-in and what have you, BUT, that I would definitely need some mentoring when it came to prospecting and closing and things like that.
Of course, I was told that my "upline" would be there for me whenever I needed him. What actually happened was that the person who I spoke to on the phone put me under someone else! Someone who couldn't really care less about building a real business, more or less a "testing the waters" network marketer.
That would've been fine, everyone has to start somewhere and I wouldn't have a problem with being under someone who was inexperienced, BUT, in that case, THEIR upline should be stepping up to the plate and training. I even received and email when I 1st started that said "you recruit them, we'll train them."

Most people would've quit,and I know a lot do-that's the point of this whole post...

and I would've too if it wasn't for 2 things:

The company itself. I love the products and I had a really good feeling about the people in charge.
When push came to shove, and I could get nowhere with my upline, I decided to take a chance and go straight to the top. I actually contacted the CEO of my company and told him my dilemma. I showed him the "Web 2.0 Empire" that I had built (and am still building) and explained that I am not about to give up on this company. It is a perfect match to the content that I write for my primary blog and website, "How To Build Your Web 2.0 Empire." I told him, without naming names, what had been going on. He replied to my email within the hour with a video mail. He offered to have me come to his house, if possible (which, is difficult since I live in Pa and he lives in Las Vegas), or at least to provide mentorship over the phone. Do you know what that meant to me? Here's the facts, because of his generosity:

I'll never leave this company unless it closes for some reason (which I highly doubt) or they throw me out.
Nothing, that selfish upline leaders within the company can do to tarnish things, can change the fact that the CEO is, by far, one of the finest examples of leadership you'll ever find in the whole network marketing MLM industry.

I personally asked him permission to give it away because "I wanted my prospects to be able to read it and know how this business is really supposed to be and understand the values of the CEO, and my personal mentor."
Even though I was told that my upline had once said, in response to being questioned about why he refused to work with me despite my obvious enthusiasm, "She's not a heavy-hitter, I only work with hitters." you can bet your life that I will make it my personal mission to build one hell of a success story through this company. With help from the very top, you can't go wrong!
Every single person who comes in under me is going to be treated right. I wanted to share this story so that my readers more fully understand the reasons why I am so passionate about training within the network marketing MLM industry. It's not because it's some marketing ploy to lure in people in the industry, it's because I know what it's like to be left there to fail miserably by my upline.

I wrote this post and "The Give And Take Of Internet Marketing" for my readers/subscribers. Since I've started the "Web 2.0 Blueprint" project, I have stated that I am actively taking in "students." Due to the overwhelming number of "false training" ploys I've seen out there, I just wanted to make it clear why I do what I do and the fact that I really don't want anything from those of you who seek help from me. Beware Of MLM "Training" Programs.

So, I just got off the phone with someone who called me about yet another "groundbreaking opportunity." I feel bad because I gave her such a hard time, but not on purpose. You see, in addition to my primary business, I offer a free leads generation system which makes PPC and bought leads obsolete. Since it's generic, as in it can be used with any network marketing business, I get calls from people in all kinds of companies and I always give them an opportunity to tell me about what they do so that I can help them more effectively with their leads generation.

Of course, I get the occasional promoter of the infamous "gifting program." Experience has taught me that it's pointless to tell them how their program is illegal. They refuse to hear it. So, now I just politely excuse myself from the situation and explain to them that I can't help them. Some may say I'm crazy for passing up a retail sale but I really don't want a leads capture page similar to mine out there promoting an illegal scam. Sorry.

Back to my phone call. So she tells me how her program has 2 levels either $5.50 or $100. For $5.50, you get a newsletter and the wonderful opportunity to promote this amazing program. I said, so it's like affiliate marketing only it's not free? She said, "no all of your sales go toward you getting promoted to the next level!"

OK, so what if I come in at the $100 level? She says, "you get a back office and conference calls to explain the compensation plan." The back office includes promotional materials like banners and articles. Sound familiar affiliate marketers?

Uh huh? I'm waiting for the rest. "So, what is the product?" I wonder.

Apparently, the product is "training" such as:

How to advertise on Adland Pro
How to talk to your bought leads

And you get this awful looking website with a bunch of hard to read text on an almost black background. My 12 year old son could make a more professional looking site. I know I sound harsh but my God, they're charging $100 for the training that your upline is supposed to provide fro free. It's an outrage!

Just to make sure I wasn't missing something, I dug deeper. I said, ok, here's what I teach my organization for free because I want them to succeed. That's what the whole point of network marketing is! I teach them:

How to generate free leads that are exclusive to them. They use the leads capture system that is provided when they come aboard.
How to approach people on social networks, forums, etc. The new web (web 2.0) is here people. Get used to it. Either embrace it or be left behind.
How to talk to their prospects (obviously)
I even show them how to build a website if they want to go beyond the 2 sites they are given.

...So, what does your "product" offer beyond this?

Now, I felt bad because she was obviously new and she really couldn't tell me what the product was. She said, about the leads generation, "you mean like traffic exchanges?"

Wow.

I'm not trying to be mean. I did not try to convince this woman that her program was bunk. She'll figure it out.

According to the FTC rules, a network marketing business is legal only if there is BOTH an income opportunity AND a retail product that can be purchased without being "recruited." If this is not the case, it's nothing more than an illegal pyramid scheme.

As I write this, I'm actually sitting here listening to the prerecorded call she sent me to. It is turning out to be exactly as I suspected, a pyramid scheme dressed up with terms like "forced matrix," "automated income," "leverage," and "spectacular income" (yes, that's a quote from the call).

Real people don't want to hear about comp plans and forced matrix and a bunch of other crap yet people are getting sucked into this kind of thing all the time. It's absolutely maddening to me so I thought I'd write this article and hopefully save at least 1 person from this fate.

Take Responsibility For Your Network Marketing Business.

In order to be a leader in the network marketing industry, you must take personal responsibility very seriously.

Don't get me wrong, I am a firm believer in training and empowerment within network marketing. But, in the end, it all comes back to YOU.

A word that loves to pop up over and over again when it comes to taking responsibility is the word "they."We all love to blame everyone else when we aren't succeeding. "Well if only THEY would've trained me better." "Well, if only they would've given me more/ better leads to get started with." You know the drill. Well let me tell you something. If you want this bad enough, there is no "they," there is only YOU.

I don't know how many of you have been properly trained out there. I know I wasn't. I had to go out and get myself trained in order to make my business work. Now, because that has happened to me and I didn't quit, I am very adamant about training my organization. But, with all of the horror stories I hear and with all of the people I get coming to me for free network marketing leads, I am assuming that it's the norm to let your newbie network marketers just sink or swim.

So, let's just assume that you're on your own. You are responsible for, in any case:

Your personal beliefs and the way you see the world around you.
The attitude that you portray.
The choices that you make.
The way that you behave.
The promises that you make and your commitment to following through with those promises.
The work that you do.
Your personal responsibilities.

What is it that gets in your way? Blame and Being the victim.

When we focus on other people's part in a situation, we are releasing responsibility from ourselves. Blame is a complete waste of our time and energy.

As far as being the victem is concerned, instead of looking at the reasons we failed because of what another person did or didn't do, we should instead be looking at the factors that are within our control.

Instead of saying that you can't build your business because your sponsor didn't teach you this or that, go out there on the Internet and learn it! No one is responsible for your business but you.

I truly believe, again, that it is a sponsor's duty to train their organization and help them to get started in building their business. After all, the success of a sponsor is directly linked with the success of his/ her downline. That's how network marketing works, isn't it?

However, if you believe in your company and it's products as I did and your sponsor just isn't willing to put in the time with you either:

Go out and get yourself some training.
Go out and find a better sponsor and company if it's that bad.

Video Mail Says It Better

In my research today (yes, I do some research each and every day---the Internet never stops changing) I found an article that suggests why video mail is so much better than text email and I must agree whole heartedly. Not just because I am in video network marketing but because:

Text email is easily misunderstood because you can't convey emotion.
No body language can be observed through e mail
You can't look the person straight in the eye and speak with conviction and sincerity
It's just too impersonal

When I send video mails to my new subscribers at my Affiliate Marketing Help and Affiliate Marketing For Newbies websites, they are completely blown away. Now, they are not people that I am prospecting for video network marketing either. It's just a personal welcome.

I subscribe to a ton of newsletters and most of them are just sales pitches one after another. I have never seen anyone send vmails with personal welcomes in them.

I feel like a true pioneer.

Free Surveyed Home Based Business Leads

Just a quick post.

I got an e mail from the guy who developed my waterfall leads capture page, Jeremy Henderson.

Now, understand that I don't really favor leads companies and I would NEVER pay for leads. But, this is a free leads offer. You get 25 surveyed home business leads a week who have been asked questions like:

How much time do you have to invest in a business?
How much money do you want to make?
When can you start?
How much money do you have to invest in a home based business?
Have you ever run a home based business before?
Why do you want this?
Plus whatever else these survey people ask.

The bottom line is that I would never teach any of you to rely on free leads or bought leads that you have not generated yourself.

Think it's too hard to generate your own leads without using PPC?

Think again. This is just one of the 2 systems that I use and I generate more leads than I can keep up with---MLM network marketing leads

I have NEVER used PPC and I have never wanted for more leads. It's all about attracting leads not chasing leads. But, we'll have to save that for another day.

Meanwhile, here are your free business opportunity leads that you can use if you hit a dry spell or something.

I know that we're all here to make money but do you ever think about the long term being more important than the short term?

A little bit of background information:

I am a network marketer. That is my main business and how I make at least 75% of my current income. But I stated out as an affiliate marketer. Since then, my affiliate marketing sites have turned into 2 things:

1. Information sites with just a few scattered affiliate links to services that may be helpful to other marketers.
2. Awesome leads generation systems.

I first learned as an avid forum poster that by giving away my knowledge with no strings attached, I could actually make more contacts, referrals, and money in the end. By adopting this "non-profit" attitude toward my marketing efforts in some cases, I've actually made more than I would have otherwise.

Let me tell you what it has brought me.

I now have 2 active students that are learning the ropes directly from me. While it does take some extra work to mentor a newbie, the rewards are fantastic.

My 1st student came to me through my subscriber list at Affiliate Marketing Help. After I welcomed him with a video mail (that's a little extra thing I do that doesn't come with Aweber). I don't remember how he first found me or if I ever knew but he seems to think that I'm some kind of marketing genius because of my "breath of fresh air" tactics. He's not a newbie to entrepreneurship, he's actually a retired professor of Entrepreneurial Science. He and I are in the process of forming a business partnership not only with my VM Direct business but he also wants me to be part of his business coaching programs.

Can you imagine a successful professional like this wanting to join forces with a 32 year old retired bartender?

My second student who I just got off the phone with a few minutes ago is a gentleman from the UK. He is a newbie affiliate marketer and wants my help to create and monetize a London travel site. He came to me for help from a work at home forum because he said he enjoyed my honest and thoughtful posts.

He is, as we speak, setting up domain names, hosting accounts, and autoresponder services through my affiliate links. Why? Because I offered my time and advice with no strings attached. I've also been contacting him through video mail and have his interest in video network marketing quite piqued. Sure, I could give him a hard sell but my philosophy is to let him decide on his own. That way, he'll be loyal and work hard to build the organization.

This is how my prospects stick around and really make a go of it. Less attrition.

I'm nothing special. As I said, I'm a retired bartender and I'm only 32 years old. The reason for my success is my non-pushy sales techniques.

You could say I'm the "non-marketer."

What is Web 2.0, Really?

Sure we can create a definition for Web 2.0 marketing. We can call it the social interaction on the Internet, we can list the various Web 2.0 type sites such as social networks, social bookmarking sites, wikis, lenses, hubs, forums, and video board sites like You Tube.

But what is Web 2.0 really?

Well, I have a great example that really gets down deep into the heart of what this Web 2.0 Internet marketing is really about.

Yesterday, I sent out individual video mails to my subscribers to wish them a Happy New Year. I didn't do it because I was pitching a product or an opportunity. I did it because that's who I am. I am building relationships with my readers and I want them to realize that I am a real person who cares about their needs (I am constantly asking them for feedback as well).

As I was working on this very large and time consuming yet very fulfilling task, I received a reply from one of my subscribers. He said something like "nice autoresponder, how did you get it to personalize like that?" See, we are so used to being responded to on the web without a real person ever getting involved, he couldn't believe I was actually sending out individual video mails.

I responded back to him telling him that I am a real person and I I said his name over and over so he knew it wasn't an automated response. He emailed me back and was absolutely floored by this. He said he never heard of anyone personally contacting all of their clients like that. He then told me if I needed an affiliate, I have one.

This, my friends, is what Web 2.0 is really about. People connecting with people.

Remember this is your network marketing efforts always and you'll do well.

How to Deal with People to Get What You Want

People communicate with each other in various ways for a lot of reasons. And one of these reasons is when you need something from someone. For people in business, this can either be in the form of products or services. You may want to sell a product while the other party must find your product useful for his intention. You may want to offer your services while the other party must be satisfied with the services you render according to his needs. In short, the way to get somebody or anybody to do what you want is to make them want to do it.

To get something you want through intimidation or violence is to invite trouble. Yes, it’s possible but not advisable to use forceful methods because the results are undesirable and at times disastrous. Imagine if you force an employee to take a leave of absence for having apparently violated a company rule. The relationship between management and the employee, or perhaps between management and union (if the employee is a member of it), is likely to be severed.

To get what you want, give people what they want. Just what do people want? Physical health, family ties, financial security, spiritual growth, peace of mind, a successful career, and fame are the basic needs of people. There is one important yet intangible thing everybody wants and that is appreciation. Being appreciated and complimented makes a person feel important. When you feel important, you feel needed and wanted, and this gives you a whole lot of reason for existence.

Just how do you give somebody the feeling of importance? Say it, act it; just give it freely, honestly, and wholeheartedly. As literal as it is, saying how appreciative you are for a favor received, makes the other person feel important. You may not be able to describe exactly in words the feeling of importance when you’re in the shoes of the recipient. But definitely, what you can not describe is real and priceless.

Pre-empt importance. Give some sort of sign to the other person that what you want from him, will make him feel important. Let’s take charity for example. A recipient wants or needs contributions from the giver. It can either be material or service contribution, or both. Even before the act itself, the giver somehow expects appreciation from the recipient and this will give him a boost of importance. Appreciation may not necessarily be in words. A smile and/or a pat would suffice and they can come from both giver and recipient. The giver shows his feeling of being appreciated. The recipient shows his feeling of appreciation for the gift. Somehow magic or chemistry takes place. It’s a feeling both parties would enjoy happening many times over.

Are you aware that the feeling of importance, brought about by compliments and appreciation, is good for your health, mentally and physically? Whether you are the giver or recipient, it is good for both. There are medical findings that substantiate health effects brought about by positive emotions like compliments and appreciation. Frequent doses of the feeling of importance activate the brain cells and various harmonies in the body that promote good health. To put it plainly, the feeling of importance is the antioxidant of life.

Can you think of a better way to nourish other people’s feelings than to show your concern and appreciation? Well, you can show something better than appreciation, and that is - a truckload of appreciation.

You know what you and I and everybody else should be doing right now? We should go out there and show our feeling of appreciation to everything and everybody. Let’s go!

What is the IAHBE?

Well, it stands for the International Association of Home Business Entrepreneurs. What it does is provide you with a tremendous amount of resources for you, the home business entrepreneur.

While there is no way that I can tell you everything about the IAHBE here on this blog post, but I want to give you some insider information about what you really get. I know because I have been a member for quite some time now.

Thanksgiving Surprises.

I had a brief hiatus from the blogging when I started having serious problems with my computer. Not only that, but I manage 2 websites and 2 blogs other than my main business venture. I like to help people and I like to stay on the cutting edge of Internet technology so I'm always researching and trying out new ideas. Whatever really creates momentum, I pass on to my subscribers and readers.

All of this activity is no excuse for my lack of blogging. I'm always telling my subscribers to do it so I ought to practice what I preach. The real reason is that I hate to type. I always write my newsletters and courses out on paper before I type them and most are being redone in video format anyway.

But despite the popularity of video on the Internet, there are still plenty of people who want to read a good old fashioned text blog. Plus, it's a good way to get yourself out there as a human being as opposed to a website. Somehow blogs are better able to translate the tone of an individual better than websites, I think. It's just a necessary part in the overall structure of a home based business entrepreneur's empire. The more you get out there, the more you'll be seen.

Now that I've given blogging a thumbs up all around, I feel that I can be forgiven for my lack of blogging initiative. I will try to do better.

The real reason I'm posting today is to tell a little network marketing story that warms the heart.

Even though I had the computer death, I had been in contact with some people before the crash who were interested in hearing more about the business. I disappeared for a little while because I had no computer to use (I was trying to fix things and finally got help) and was afraid that some of the prospects I had gotten might forget that they requested information by the time I got back with them. I couldn't call them because I had everything stored online in my prospect manager. It was a good thing they were there instead of somewhere else on my own computer because they were still there when I got my computer.

So, I sent out some videos mails just in time for Thanksgiving and was pleasantly surprised by the reactions I got.

I sent vmail out to my subscribers from Lets Start Earning and The Newbie Business Center to tell them I was back and would get right back to work on putting some parts of my newsletter and webmaster's course on video. I heard back from a few who thought it was very neat and "out of the box" to do it that way.

Then, I sent video mail out to the people who requested info through my site and wished them a happy Thanksgiving and guess what?

I actually got someone's attention to the point where he asked me on Thanksgiving if he could sign up in my business!

This just proves everything I keep telling my readers and subscribers about "self marketing" and building relationships. This video email, video blogging, podcasting, and live webcasting is such an amazing tool for Internet marketers.

People obviously want interaction.

Just be yourself and really focus on the individual people in your target market. Show your prospects that you really take an interest in them and you won't go wrong.

It's so easy to be average but if you really want to get noticed and build your business beyond your wildest dreams, try to think outside of the box. Be confident with your product and opportunity if you truly believe in them. If you don't, maybe you should look into something else.

You must be able to get excited about your business every day if you're going to build momentum in your organization. Instead of trying to sign up as many people as you can for the quick buck, try to

sign them up
get them trained
get them excited
get them making money

If you do this, you'll keep them and they'll be an asset to your business. This is the way network marketing is supposed to work. This is how the big guys build massive fortunes. They go above and beyond and create loyalty within the company.

So, the Network Marketing journal continues.

Today I want to talk about how easy it is to lose focus when working with the Internet.

Before I found the perfect Network Marketing company, I already had 2 websites that I was optimizing for affiliate marketing. They are content sites and I am obsessed with creating new and unique content for them.

I believe that an Internet Marketer, especially in the work from home niche, has to really work hard to stand out in this sea of opportunities that the Internet has become. I want people who read my content to know that I've done my homework and that I have something unique and useful to offer.

As much as I understand that branding oneself is a slow and tedious process, I still drive myself crazy trying to make the perfect websites.

Meanwhile, I have this great online communication product that I should be promoting because it is amazing. The best part is that no one can get it except through an affiliate.

I have this dynamic leads capture system and a powerful video presentation website and instead of promoting those, I'm trying to get people to my little known websites. of course, I've gotten some sign ups for my newsletter but I thought not enough.

You know what I did? I created a whole course for affiliates on how they can build their own site and brand themselves and pre-sell their affiliate products instead of promoting affiliate links directly. I believe in this method, it makes so much more sense. The problem was, I took more time away from my primary focus.

So, my websites, Succeed In Network Marketing and The Newbie Business Center, became masterpieces (finally) and I was happy. So, on to the main event.

I finally got to placing ads (only free methods) and promoting my Free Leads system and my Streaming Video Solutions components of my business and guess what?

Things start to happen immediately.

I'd been going to my company's online video classes and our conference calls hearing exactly what I needed to do to make my business explode very quickly and there I sat redecorating my websites over and over again.

I mean, I knew it would work because that's why I got in this business to begin with. I could see past my nose and realize a great opportunity staring me right in the face. I couldn't pass it up.

It's a good thing my other websites were done before my team started thinking I was some kind of flake who couldn't or wouldn't follow instructions to duplicate success.

The moral of the story?

Keep Your eyes On The Prize Everyone. It is possible to succeed in Network Marketing if you are with the right company and have the right people behind you.

Today I was speaking with a gentleman who is on my mailing list who is getting ready to join me in what I consider the best network marketing company on the planet.

We talked about a lot of things as he is very experienced in business himself. He is a very forward thinker and is able to understand the value of building a legitimate business as opposed to joining a bunch of freebie affiliate marketing programs.

Since I have been on both sides of the coin, I have decided to start this network marketing journal to show anyone who is serious about getting a good look inside affiliate marketing.

I started out with a "multiple streams of income" plan of action and had my website set up. That was back when I didn't understand the strategy of building your network marketing business. You see, the programs that I used to join had no product really. They were mainly just telling me to market an opportunity.

I got quite a few sign ups from one of my programs and, like a good sponsor, I tried to contact them and help them get their business going. That's when I realized the problem with free sign ups.

There is no commitment level.

Think about it,if you were to start a traditional brick and mortar business, how much do you think it would cost you? You'd have:

Just to name a few.

The point is, it costs tons of money to start a business offline. So, why should one think that starting a business online with no investment is a good idea?

The thing is, I'm a single mom who got tired of not making enough money to do the things I wanted to do. I also got very sick more than 2 years ago with bleeding ulcers. After my surgery, I really started to check into how affiliate marketing works.

After some trial and error, I learned the truth about network marketing and found the best network marketing company I've seen so far. My team is very family oriented which is perfect for me and my son. I can take a break whenever I need to and the product is something that everyone can use.

That is the secret to affiliate marketing. a product that anyone can use and that you can get excited about. It's a jungle out there and there are so many companies who prey on newbies by offering them what seems to be an easy way to make money. Let me tell you that there is no easy way. It takes some work on your part, but it's well worth it if you stick with it.

I just read a report called "bend the web" that is going to change the way we market online. I can't wait until more people get onto the concept that we're all in this together.
