Professional Learning Communities will be meeting on Mondays from 2:15 – 3:15 to continue developing learning targets, common assessments, and to further implement project curriculum.

  • New Century Girls Hockey First Game is Tuesday at Worthington High School!
  • New Century Acoustic Guitar Class is up and running!
  • New Century Student Council worked at Culvers to raise money for the school!
  • NCCS and NDMA hosted a great Veterans Day assembly – thank you so much to all veterans, you are so appreciated.
  • New Century student council put on a great Oktoberfest and is now working on the Holiday Bazaar!
  • Student Council attended a great leadership training event in Spicer!
  • New Century 9-12 graders attended the National College Fair at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Look for the story in Tuesday’s edition of the Hutchinson Leader!

Students will be showcasing their work and presentations on countries from all over the world, serving food from all over the world, performing music, and we are expecting a visit from Santa Claus himself. All students, parents, and community members are welcome to this great event — so come on down and enjoy the Holiday spirit at New Century on December 16! If you wish to volunteer at the Holiday Bazaar, we will have a sign-up sheet at the front desk — we are looking for baked goods for a bake sale (items should be packaged and ready for sale), and are also looking for more volunteers to help with clean up and tear down after the event beginning at 8:00PM. All volunteers are so very appreciated!!
