New Covenant Kids
New Covenant Kids (NCK) is all about nurturing the faith of the next generation! By providing a safe and engaging environment, we’ve opened a space where children can learn timeless biblical truths, develop a personal relationship with God, and build lasting friendships that will do them good. At NCK we aim to serve families in supporting their children's spiritual growth, fostering a sense of community, and reinforcing the values taught at home. Our aim is to make Sunday mornings feel like a good time - not a long time!
Stepping Up Junior Youth
At Stepping Up (SU) we want to empower our pre-teens to navigate the challenges of growing up by instilling them with confidence and compassion, setting them up to be positive contributors for the future - and we want them to love the process! Friday night on campus between 17:00 and 19:00 is an absolute highlight of the week for any of our Grade 6 and 7’s!
Young Blood Forever Youth Group
Young Blood Forever (YBF) is a safe space for teenagers to find meaningful friendships, ask the tough questions and discover their purpose in Christ. Here teens can find their God given identity, deepen their relationship with God and develop a sense of belonging in a community that supports, encourages and challenges them in their pursuit of Christ. We meet on campus every Friday at 19:00!
Young Adults
We aim to foster opportunities for young adults in all kinds of life spaces to meet new friends, share life experience and grow in faith together. Entering into adulthood can be daunting and is made far easier when done with the support of others who want the best for you, cheer you on, and encourage you to always dig deeper into a relationship with Jesus. Over 60's
A church community truly enriches the later stages of life, offering a sense of belonging, emotional and social connection and meaningful service. We have a thriving community of over 60’s who love to gather around fun, faith and fulfilment through our continued contribution into the lives of others.
Community Sundays
Our community Sundays are tons of fun for the whole family! We believe that every family is healthier when surrounded by a community with shared values and beliefs, because we’re all on the journey together. Our community Sundays serve to facilitate real-life community moments that encourage connection and nurture life-giving relationships. These are moments that no one in the family wants to miss!
How to give
Bringing our tithes and offerings is one of the ways we keep our hearts free. It's a reminder that we are not our own source. There is One greater - the God who cares for us and provides for our every need. When we give, we're not just donating to a church; we're declaring our trust in the God whose nail-scarred hands are proof of His everlasting faithfulness.

FAQ's
Why am I not receiving notifications?
The problem could come from a variety of sources but there a few things you can do to start:
- Make sure to log in to your app. As our notifications and connect/serving team chat groups are account based for privacy, you will not receive any notifications if you are not logged in.
You can make sure you are logged in by clicking on the account icon in the top righthand corner of your app home-screen.
- Make sure to enable notifications in your NCCB app settings:
- Click on your account icon
- Scroll down to your App Settings
Here you will find Notifications - Select Notifications and make sure both toggle switches are on
On is green and to the right, off is grey and to the left
- Make sure you have enabled notifications on your phone
This process varies between phone brands and models so please be sure to follow your manufacturer's instructions
If the above steps do not work, please contact our team through the button below.
We understand that this can be a frustrating thing to encounter, and we are investigating any possible causes with our development and tech support contacts.
Where can I find my upcoming serving dates on the app?
To find out when you are serving and how to accept or decline serving proposals:
- Open your app
- Tap on your profile photo in the top right-hand corner of your screen
- Once in, tap on the ( > ) arrow next to the heading titled "Schedule"
Here you will be able to see all upcoming serving duty dates as well as accept, decline, or set up block-out dates for serving proposals.
I can't change my profile information and photo!
All you have to do is:
- Open your app
- Tap on your profile photo in the top right hand corner of your screen
- Select the option that says "Edit your profile information"
Once you are in your profile settings, scroll down to personal details
- Select your phone number
It should look something like this: (012) 345-6789 - Replace the 0 in your phone number with 27
It should now look more like this: 27123456789 - Scroll to the top right-hand corner of the page and select save
Now you will be able to adjust all of your information easily!

What does it mean if I get a "Merge profile" email?
When we switched over from Planning Center to the NCCB app, we migrated our user database along with it to allow for an easier transition to a new environment. If you are receiving an email with this heading, please don't worry!
It most likely means that you used a different email address to the one you used for Planning Center when you created an account with the NCCB app. If this is the case, an email like this means that we have merged your new account with the account that we have in our database to prevent duplicates.
Your login details will be in the email, and you can at any time change your email address by doing the following:
- Open your app
- Tap on your profile photo in the top right hand corner of your screen
- Select the option that says "Edit your profile information"
- Select your email address field and change it to your preferred email
- Scroll to the top right-hand corner of the page and select save
Can other people on the app see my contact details?
No, other app users cannot see your contact details.
Are conversations in our app group chats secure?
Yes, all group chats and conversations within the app are only visible to members and admins of that group.
Can I see who I am serving with?
No, at the moment our app does not support the feature to see who you are serving with for a given Sunday.
