قصف بالطائرات والراجمات على مناطق بدمشق

قالت لجان التنسيق المحلية في سوريا إن قوات النظام تقصف بالطائرات وراجمات الصواريخ الريف الشرقي والأحياء الجنوبية في دمشق ومعظم قرى وبلدات الغوطة، وإنها ألقت قنابل عنقودية على الغوطة الشرقية في ريف دمشق.

وقالت الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان إن 12 شخصا قتلوا في سوريا اليوم، في حين قال ناشطون إن الطيران الحربي التابع للجيش النظامي يقصف عدة مناطق في البلاد.

وبدورها ذكرت شبكة شام الإعلامية أن دبابات النظام تقصف بلدة محجة بريف درعا وسط اشتباكات بين الجيش السوري الحر والجيش النظامي على الطريق الدولي السريع بالقرب من جسر محجة.

وأضافت الشبكة أن الطيران الحربي التابع للنظام ألقى صواريخ وبالونات وقنابل حرارية على مدينة معرة النعمان بريف إدلب شمال البلاد.

الناشطون قالوا إن الجيش النظامي ارتكب منذ أسابيع مجزرة في دير الزور (الفرنسية)

قتلى ومجزرة
في غضون ذلك وثقت الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان سقوط 238 قتيلا أمس الجمعة معظمهم في دير الزور ودمشق وريفها وإدلب وحلب وحمص، في حين ذكرت لجان التنسيق أن القتلى بلغوا 245 بينهم عشرون طفلا و12 سيدة.

وأحصت لجان التنسيق المحلية 109 نقاط قام خلالها جيش النظام بقصف المدنيين بشكل عشوائي، في حين رصد المركز السوري الوطني للتوثيق وقوع اشتباكات في 31 نقطة.

ومن جهة أخرى اكتشف نشطاء الثورة السورية في مدينة دير الزور شرق البلاد "مجزرة" قالوا إن قوات النظام ارتكبتها قبل نحو ثلاثة أسابيع وراح ضحيتها 84 قتيلا معظمهم من النساء والأطفال في إعدامات ميدانية وبالحرق والذبح.

وبث الناشطون السوريون صورا على الإنترنت تظهر نقل عدد من الجثث إلى إحدى الحدائق العامة لدفنها. وقال اتحاد تنسيقيات الثورة السورية إن المجزرة تعود إلى تاريخ 25 سبتمبر/أيلول الماضي في حييْ الجورة والقصور.

ومن جانبها، أشارت الهيئة العامة للثورة السورية فجر اليوم السبت إلى سقوط طفل قتيل جراء قصف قوات النظام على بنش بإدلب، ومقتل امرأتين وطفلة وسقوط جرحى بسبب القصف على الجديدة بحلب، كما تعرضت أحياء مساكن هنانو وصلاح الدين والكلاسة للقصف، إضافة لمناطق بريف حلب.

وقالت الهيئة العامة إن قوات النظام شنت حملة دهم واعتقالات وسط إطلاق نار في منطقة القزاز بالعاصمة دمشق، بالتزامن مع سماع دوي انفجار ضخم في حي القدم فجر اليوم. كما تعرضت الأحياء الجنوبية لدمشق لقصف مدفعي.

ومن جانبه، أفاد مراسل الجزيرة في حلب بأن الثوار سيطروا على حي سليمان الحلبي، بينما تتواصل اشتباكات عنيفة مع الجيش النظامي في حييْ العرقوب والميدان.

ويحاصر الجيش الحر لليوم الثاني والعشرين على التوالي مقر اللواء الرابع والستين في بلدة الأتارب غرب المدينة. وقال آمر الجيش الحر في البلدة إن مقاتليه سيطروا على جميع المنافذ، وأحكموا غلق الطرق المؤدية للقاعدة العسكرية.

وفي معرة النعمان، عرض مقاتلو المعارضة بقايا إحدى القنابل العنقودية وكذلك عشرات القنابل الأخرى التي لم ينفجر بعضها والتي ألقيت على المدينة التي تتعرض منذ نحو عشرة أيام لعمليات قصف مكثفة.

ومن جانبها، أفادت الهيئة العامة للثورة بأن كتائب الجيش الحر أعلنت السيطرة على حاجزين عسكريين غرب مدينة القصير بريف حمص بعد اشتباكات لليوم الثاني على التوالي.

وقد خرجت مظاهرات عدة في جمعة أطلق عليها الناشطون "أميركا.. ألم يشبع حقدك من دمائنا؟" ووثقت لجان التنسيق المحلية خروج 437 مظاهرة في أنحاء البلاد كانت أكبرها في حماة التي خرج فيها 128 مظاهرة تلتها إدلب بـ102 مظاهرة.

مارادونا بين الحزن والسعادة

يعيش أسطورة كرة القدم الأرجنتيني دييغو مارادونا حالة من الحيرة بين الحزن على والده المريض والسعادة بقرب قدوم مولوده الجديد.

ويعاني والد مارادونا من عدوى بالجهاز البولي ويرقد حالياً في المستشفى ولكن حالته ليست بالخطيرة في الوقت الذي تم الإعلان فيه عن انتظار صديقته فيرونيكا مولوداً من النجم.

ويتردد بقوّة في الأوساط الكروية وجود مشاكل كبيرة بين مارادونا (51 عاماً) وفيرونكا وأنهما في طريقهما للانفصال بسبب الضغوط التي يعاني منها المدرب السابق للوصل الإماراتي من قبل زوجته السابقة وابنتيه لرفضهن فكرة وجود مولود جديد في عائلتهم من سيدة أخرى.

ينتظر النجم الأرجنتيني ليونيل ميسي هداف برشلونة الإسباني لكرة القدم مولوده الأول من صديقته أنطونيلا روكوزو غداً الأحد.
وجاء العنوان الرئيسي لصحيفة "سبورت" الكاتالونية: "ميسي سيصبح أباً يوم الأحد".

وقرّر ميسي أن يطلق اسم تياغو على ابنه الأول حيث من المقرر أن يتوجه مباشرةً عقب مباراة برشلونة مع ديبورتيفو لاكورونا مساء السبت إلى المستشفى للبقاء بجوار صديقته حتى تضع مولودها الأول.

Il peut arriver que vous vous décidiez de créer un autre blog sur une autre plateforme ou sur Blogger et qui traite de la même thématique que le premier qui était sur Blogger. Comment faire alors pour ne pas perdre vos visiteurs au cas où vous ne voulez pas vous contenter à laisser un message du genre, "allez voir à la nouvelle adresse du blog" ? C'est d'utiliser la fonctionnalité de rédirection. Pour cela, une seule ligne de code suffit. Elle est a placer juste après la balise <head> dans votre modèle (aller sur "mise en page", "modifier le code html" et vous trouverez la balise <head> pas très loin au début du code html de votre blog).

La ligne de code est à coller avant la balise <head> et n'oubliez pas de mettre l'adresse de votre nouveau blog à l'endroit indiqué en rouge.

L’un des défauts que l’on remarque chez Blogger est le fait que le lecteur qui lit un article n’est pas informé sur le titre de l’article précédent ou suivant celui qu’il lit. Pourtant, il y a des grandes chances qu’un lecteur puisse demeurer encore un peu sur votre blog s’il est tenté de lire le message plus ancien ou plus récent, attiré par le titre de celui-ci. Voici donc pour vous une astuce de MS-Potilas qui a concocté quelques bouts de code à ajouter dans votre modèle afin d’avoir les titres des articles affichés à la place de “message plus ancien” et “message plus récent”.

1. Se connecter à son compte blogger, cliquer sur “Modèle” pour le blog où vous allez ajouter la fonctionnalité. Sur la page qui va s’afficher, cliquez sur “Modifier le code html” puis sur “Traiter”.

Dans un article précédent, nous avions vu que Blogger avait mis en place la redirection des blogs vers des urls spécifiques à des pays afin de respecter les lois en vigueur dans certains d'entre eux tout en ne censurant pas pour toute la blogosphère un contenu qui dérange seulement dans un ou quelques pays.

Seulement voilà, cette fonctionnalité à beaucoup d'inconvénients. J'en ai eu un bref résumé ce matin dans un mail que m'avait envoyé MarieBo, elle écrit notamment :

"Mauvaises nouvelles pour ma part en ce qui concerne Blogspot. Il y a 3 jours, ils ont changé l’extension .com pour .ca. Ils ont fait la même chose dans plusieurs pays dont en Australie et en Inde il y a quelques temps.

Résultats, même pas un PR 0, mais cette « la page affichée n’est pas classée par Goggle ». Dans les rapports Adsense, les visites n’apparaissent plus pour mes blogs Blogspot et les revenus non plus."

C'est donc en désespoir de cause que Mariebo s'était mise à retourner le web, allant jusque dans ses coins les plus sombres, torche en main, dans le but de trouver une solution à ce gros problème.

Heureusement pour elle (et pour nous), elle est tombée sur un article de Labnol où on donne le code à mettre en place afin d'empêcher la redirection de votre blog vers des urls spécifiques à des pays.

Voici pour vous les étapes à suivre afin de vous sortir des mauvaises conséquences engendré par cette fameuse redirection vers des urls spécifiques à des pays.

1. Connectez vous à votre compte blogger, cliquez sur “Modèle” pour le blog où vous allez ajouter la fonctionnalité. Sur la page qui va s’afficher, cliquez sur “Modifier le code html” puis sur “Traiter”.

2. Trouvez la balise <head> (c'est normalement à la 5ème ligne de votre code html) et mettez le code suivant juste après :

1. Créer un compte chez Mixpod

2. Le compte étant créer, aller sur "Create a playlist" (1). Là vous avez la possibilité de rechercher les chansons que vous voulez ajouter à votre lecteur mp3 grâce à une barre de recherche très efficace (2). Il vous suffira ensuite de cliquer sur le "+" à côté des titres que vous voulez ajouter (3) pour que ceux-ci soient intégrés à votre lecteur mp3.

3. Quand vous aurez fini d'ajouter les titres que vous souhaitez à votre lecteur mp3, vous pouvez en changer l'apparence en allant sur "Customize" (4).

Vous pouvez notamment changer l'apparence (skin), les couleurs et styles (colors & styles) ainsi que les paramètres.

زيادة الدهون في منطقة البطن لدى السيدات يرفع فرص الإصابة بالأمراض الأيضية

القاهرة - منال علي أشارت دراسة حديثة أن انقطاع الطمث قد لا ينتج عنه زيادة في الوزن بين السيدات إلا أن التكيف الهرموني يرتبط بحدوث اختلافات في توزيع الدهون بالجسم الأمر الذي يزيد من الدهون حول منطقة البطن.

وتمثل هذه الدراسة التي نشرت مؤخراً بجريدة Climacteric تقريرا علميا شاملا عن زيادة الوزن بين السيدات اللاتي يصلن لمرحلة انقطاع الحيض.

وتقول الدراسة التي قدمتها الجمعية الدولية لانقطاع الحيض (IMS) إن كثيرا من السيدات يشعرن بالضيق والقلق من فكرة اكتساب المزيد من الوزن إذ إنهن يبدأن في اكتساب المزيد من الكيلوغرامات كل عام في مرحلة منتصف العمر لأن عملية زيادة الوزن تقلق الكثيرات ليس فقط لأن السيدات لا يرغبن في الحصول على مظهر غير لائق ولكن لارتباطه بالكثير من الأمراض الحادة مثل ارتفاع ضغط الدم والاكتئاب وأمراض الأوعية الدموية والبول السكري وغيرها من المشاكل الصحية.

وقد قام الباحثون بفحص النتائج فيما يتعلق بزيادة الوزن أثناء فترة انقطاع الحيض واكتشفوا أن زيادة الوزن ترجع لعوامل لا علاقة لها بالهرمونات بخلاف انقطاع الحيض.

وقد اكتشف الباحثون أن الطريقة التي تتراكم بها الدهون بالجسم أثناء فترة انقطاع الحيض قد تغيرت تماماً وهذا هو السبب وراء ارتفاع معدلات البدانة بين السيدات في هذه المرحلة العمرية بصرف النظر عما إذا كانت السيدة اكتسبت مزيدا من الوزن أم لا عند بلوغ مرحلة منتصف العمر فإنها تعاني تغيرات في طريقة تراكم الدهون بالجسم خاصة حول الخصر.

ويوضح التقرير أنه عندما تزيد الدهون في منطقة البطن عند السيدات في فترة ما بعد انقطاع الحيض تزداد فرص الإصابة بالأمراض الأيضية بما في ذلك أمراض القلب والبول السكري.

بالرغم من الاعتقاد أن علاج الأستروجين يتسبب في زيادة وزن السيدات إلا أن الباحثون أكدوا عكس ذلك إذ أن بدائل هرمون الأستروجين يساعد السيدات على التخلص من الدهون حول منطقة البطن التي تظهر في تلك المرحلة.

وتنصح الدراسة السيدة التي تمر بمرحلة انقطاع الطمث أن تحاول التحكم في وزنها قبل أن تصبح مشكلة تستعصي على الحل لهذا يجب على جميع السيدات مراقبة السعرات الحرارية في طعامهن وممارسة النشاط البدني كما أن علاج نقص هرمون الأستروجين يساعد أيضاً في التغلب على مشاكل تلك المرحلة.

السمنة المفرطة شبح يطارد الأمريكيين 2013

أكثر من ثلث البالغين في أمريكا يعانون السمنة المفرطة

رويترز أظهرت دراسة أمريكية أن عدد الأمريكيين الذين يعانون السمنة المفرطة ارتفع بنسبة 70% في السنوات العشر الماضية أو نحو ذلك على الرغم من أن هذه الزيادة تباطأت في السنوات الأخيرة.

وقال الباحثون في دراسة نشرت في الدورية الدولية للبدانة إنه في الفترة بين عامي 2000 و2010 ارتفعت بشدة نسبة الأمريكيين الذين يعانون السمنة المفرطة، الذين يزيد وزنهم 45 كيلوغراما عن المعدل الطبيعي، من 4% إلى حوالي 7%.

وأضافوا أن الزيادة أظهرت مؤشرات على التباطؤ بعد عام 2005، لكن المشرف على الدراسة رولاند شتورم أحد كبار الخبراء الاقتصاديين في معهد راند كوربوريشن للأبحاث قال إن النبأ السيء هو أن شديدي البدانة هم القطاع الأسرع نموا بين الأمريكيين الذين يعانون السمنة.

وقال شتورم: "الجميع يتحدث عن استقرار البدانة" لكن ما يفوت المناقشة هو حقيقة أن السمنة المفرطة، عندما يكون مؤشر كتلة الجسم 40 أو أعلى، لا تزال تتزايد بسرعة.

وقال شتورم إن هذا مهم لأن هؤلاء الأشخاص هم الأعلى في تكاليف الرعاية الصحية إذ تبلغ تكاليف الرعاية الصحية لهؤلاء حوالي ضعفي أصحاب الوزن الطبيعي.

العربية.نت القمر الذي اعتبره أهل الأرض نموذجاً للجمال، وغنّوا له كحبيب يتوقون إليه، أو يقف على باب الحبيبة في إحدى أغنيات المطربة السورية الراحلة فايزة أحمد، أكدت نظرية فلكية حديثة أنه كان بالفعل في الماضي البعيد جزءاً من الأرض وفي حالة امتزاج أو زواج لكنهما انفصلا إثر اصطدام جُرم ضخم بالكوكب الأزرق.

وأكدت دراسة للعالِمَين في جامعة هارفارد الأمريكية سارة ستيوارت وماتيجا شوك نشرتها دورية "ساينس" إن نظريتهما من شأنها أن تفسّر أسباب التشابه بين الأرض والقمر في المكونات والعناصر الكيماوية.

وأضافت أن الأرض كانت تدور حول نفسها أسرع كثيراً في الوقت الذي تشكل فيه القمر وكان اليوم الواحد يستمر ساعتين إلى ثلاث ساعات فقط.

وقال العالمان، في تفسير نشر على موقع هارفارد، إنه مع دوران الأرض حول نفسها بهذه السرعة من المحتمل أن اصطداماً ضخماً أطلق ما يكفي من مواد الأرض لتكوين القمر.

وتوضح النظرية الجديدة أن الأرض وصلت بعد ذلك إلى معدل الدوران الحالي من خلال تفاعل الجاذبية بين مدارها حول الشمس ومدار القمر حول الأرض.

وأشار الباحثان إلى أن طرحهما يختلف عن النظرية السائدة الحالية التي ترى أن القمر تكون من مواد انطلقت من جُرم عملاق صدم الأرض.

يُذكر أن ستيوارت هي أستاذة علوم الأرض والكواكب في جامعة هارفارد، أما شوك فهو فلكي وباحث في معهد سيتي الذي يدعم دراسة البحث عن الحياة خارج الأرض.

ويأتي ذلك عقب إعلان عملاق التكنولوجيا "آبل" عن المؤتمر الذي ستنظمه في 23 الشهر الجاري دون الإفصاح عما ستقدمه مكتفيةً بلافتة ذات ألوان زاهية مكتوب فيها "في جعبتنا الكثير لنقدمه إليكم، وسنعرض لكم جزءاً يسيراً منه"، كما يأتي تزامناً مع يوم حفل رائدة البرمجيات "مايكروسوفت"، حيث الإطلاق الرسمي لنظام تشغيلها النقال "ويندوز8".

وحسب المحللين التقنيين، فمن المتوقع أن تزيح شركة "جوجل" الستار عن الجيل الثاني من أجهزتها اللوحية المندرجة تحت العلامة التجارية الشهيرة "نيكسوس" وسيتم طرح الجهاز ذو شاشة عرض 7 بوصة بنهاية العام الجاري بسعر 99 دولارا أمريكيا كمنافس لجهاز "أمازون" اللوحي ومحطم لأسعار جهاز "مايكروسوفت" اللوحي، الذي يبدأ سعره بـ499 دولارا أمربكيا للنسخة ذو سعة تخزين 32 غيغابايت، لكن من المتوقع أنه لن يكون بنفس مواصفات وكفاءة الأخير.

ومن التوقعات الأخرى أنها ستكشف عن هاتف نيكسوس القادم الذي تتعاون جوجل في إنتاجه مع شركة "إل جي" والذي يندرج تحت الاسم المبدئي "إل جي نيكسوس 4" وليس ذلك فحسب، بل من المحتمل الكشف عن خمسة أجهزة أخرى ضمن سلسلة "نيكسوس".

نيويورك - فرانس برس كشفت مجموعة الاتصالات الأمريكية "فيرايزن"، الثانية في مجال الهواتف الخلوية في الولايات المتحدة، عن نسبة مبيعات مخيبة للتوقعات من النسخة الأخيرة من هاتف "آي فون 5"، بحسب تقرير لوكالة "فرانس برس"، الجمعة.

وقد باعت المجموعة بصورة إجمالية 3.1 مليون هاتف "آي فون" من النسخ جميعها خلال الربع الثالث من العام، على ما أفادت خلال عرض نتائجها الربعية، الخميس.

وقال فرانسيس شامو، المدير المالي لـ"فيرايزن"، خلال مؤتمر حضره محللون، إنه "تم بيع 651 ألف هاتف من نسخة "آي فون 5"، في حين شملت النسبة المتبقية هواتف آي فون 4، وآي فون 4 اس".

وأرجع شامو تراجع مبيعات أحدث طراز من آي فون إلى وجود "مشكلات في الإمدادات".

وتراجع سهم "آبل" في بورصة نيويورك بنسبة 1.07% ليصل إلى 637.73 دولار عند الساعة 15.30 بتوقيت غرينيتش، الخميس.

وكانت "آبل" قد أعلنت في 24 سبتمبر/أيلول أنها باعت أكثر من 5 ملايين وحدة من هاتف "آي فون 5"، لكن هذه المبيعات خيبت آمال المحللين الذين كانوا يتوقعون ضغف هذه النسبة.

In order for a credit card number to be valid, it has to be validated by the MOD 10 algorithm as explain above. This is an algorithm specifically designed to prevent accidental errors such as typos.

How To Use This Algo or Luhn Algorithm:

The MOD 10 algorithm is a checksum (detection of errors) formula which is the common name for the Luhn algorithm. This formula has been in use to validate a lot of identification numbers besides credit cards since its development by scientist Hans Peter Luhn from IBM. To teach you how to manually validate a specific number, lets do an example:

Say we have 38520000023237 and we want to check if it could be a real credit card number

First of all remove the last digit for some time, In this case 7 is last.
Take the rest of the sequence 3852000002323
Double every other digit starting from the right

3	8	5	2	0	0	0	0	0	2	3	2	3
6	8	10	2	0	0	0	0	0	2	6	2	6

If Doubly contain 2 digits then just make it one by adding 10 = 1 + 0 = 1
Now Add all the digits together and include last digit also 6+8+1+2+0+0+0+0+0+2+6+2+6+7 =40
If the final total is perfectly divisible by 10, then the credit card number is valid (Luhn check is satisfied), else it is invalid.
40 mod 10 = 0 that means this no is valid.
