&lt;p&gt;While Lowry's East Park neighbhorhood is in full swing, a mid-rise loft community, Luce, is underway in the community's Town Center.&amp;nbsp; With existing amenities, including a grocery store, several restaurants, boutique shops and the outdoor recreation available within Lowry, this is a good opportunity to explore.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
