One of the great advantages of this ministry focused resource is that it securely organizes the incredible and generous donations given by this community to the work of the kingdom!

With this shift to Planning Center, it’s incredibly easy to schedule regular giving with debit/credit or directly from your bank, give online through our website or through the New Life App, or even use the brand new, super easy, Text-to-Give option when you've set up your profile. If you’ve set up scheduled giving to New Life in the past, the old system shifted away after the start of the new year and is no longer active - BUT getting setup with Planning Center moving forward is incredibly simple! Click on the GIVE ONLINE NOW tab of our website, watch the short intro video and you’re ready to go - or use the New Life App on your mobile device, confirm your account and you are set!

We are so excited about all of the great things happening at New Life - and we know God is using this community to accomplish incredible things for His kingdom! We believe in being a church that supports and builds the family. The goal behind our Saturday services and the changes to boost our Student Ministry is to create a family night each week where families can attend worship services together, grab a meal together, and then students can expand on what they've experienced in our corporate time together in gatherings that are age specific and discipleship driven.

We are working with several of our core ministries to offer different and affordable meals each Saturday evening (following our 5:00pm service gathering) for our New Life community to interact and fellowship around... no rushing or hurrying to the next thing... just community... together!

We believe that God is doing incredible things at New Life and is building something phenomenal with the amazing individuals that are a part of it!

Begin making plans to invite people to be part of the movement at New Life as we continue to discover the great things that are ahead! Who are you bringing with you as we LIVE OUT LOUD and jump into a year of unpacking the Book of Acts?

At the end of the year, we look forward to the coming year and look at key areas that we can financially strengthen as a ministry as we end the calendar year strong! This year, with the renovation of our main space wrapping up, we have 3 key places that we hope to rally around as a community and bolster:

Student Ministries: We are incredibly blessed to have been able to borrow the Student Center during the renovation these last several months - and we feel that it would be tremendous to leave the space even better than it was before we jumped in! There have been a few areas that we've discovered to be in need of repair/upgrade and also tech pieces that need to be added for stronger functionality in services. We believe in our youth and would love to help make their space a great draw and place for them to gather, equipping the team with what they need to make that a reality!

Life Kids Ministry: In order to provide easier check-in, stronger follow-up and added security, we are looking to upgrade and modify the check-in computers and create a much better system for our amazing kids that attend each week! In addition, we are planning on age-specific upgrades to the spaces for the large range of ages that make up this ministry. We were able to create a great look for several entryways and some of the preschool spaces over the last two years, but we are excited to bring that same vision to all areas of Life Kids!

Campus Care: The construction process has uncovered a few different areas that we need to address as good stewards of what we've been blessed with. While they aren't the "spotlight" areas of the ministry, they represent areas that are in need of care that don't fall under normal year-to-year upkeep. Our parking lot is in real need of a reseal in order to prevent further crumbling and deterioration. We also have our front lighted building sign which has rusted out and needs to be moved and rebuilt. We are also planing to add in some adjusted signage that represents where new spaces from the renovation are located and to make the campus friendlier to visitors and guests.

In total, we are looking at a goal of $35,000 to be raised through this initiative above our yearly budget. What is truly amazing is that we are not finding ourselves in a situation where we are far behind in our budget or digging out of a hole! Due to the growth of this community and the generosity of each of you, we have been on track throughout the year!! If we keep that going as we move into 2017, then this goal amount of $35,000 will be fully directed towards these key areas instead of catching up on any budget shortfall! This is an incredible blessing and shows us a glimpse of what God is doing in the hearts and lives of each of us in the community of New Life - and we know the mission is just getting started!

As most of you are aware, we've been looking at possibilities and options for growth and catalyzing the momentum at New Life. The team has been actively working on an expansion project that would not only change the experience of our weekend gatherings with architectural enhancements and additional room, but also supercharge our common areas for community connection and greater impact.

Several months ago, we invited many of the Impact Team at New Life to pray with us as we looked at these plans and began to dream about what God is doing within our church body - and what we feel He has planned for us as we move into the future. From this season of prayer and planning, we are excited to announce that we are breaking ground on one of the largest renovations ever done at New Life!

We will be enlarging the Main Auditorium with additional seating (over 480 chairs) and converting it to a much more inviting open space (goodbye hanging ceiling and poles!), upgrading the video technology in both venues and enhancing the Video Cafe, enclosing the Connection Patio into a coffee/seating area as an amazing extension of the lobby, and extending the lobby by enclosing the front walkway of the current church office, opening the ENTIRE area into a large Main Lobby with direct access to the Main Auditorium and Video Cafe!

Whew! That's a lot of stuff right there... 

So, "what's the timeline?" and "where will we meet during renovation?" you ask?

Well, that's where things get crazy... We will be moving over to the Student Center starting July (yes, we did say July) 16/17, with Saturday services at 4:30pm and expanding to 3 Sunday services: 8:00am, 9:30am & 11:00am. Due to a TON of moving parts and temporary space restrictions, we will need to shift Revolve Junior High to Saturday evenings in the Video Cafe during the 4:30pm service, and our video venue service in the Video Cafe will hold service during the 9:30am service on Sunday.

We will be continuing to announce all of this to the community of New Life as we race towards the start of construction and have already heard so much excitement from those that have caught a glimpse of this incredible next step in the life of our church! We plan to have a RENOVATION Brochure available that will outline more details and give more insight into what-goes-where during this phase. We are also preparing some large prints (click on the links in blue for a sneak peak) of the blueprints of the renovation with renderings the architect has created of the new entrance at New Life, and we will have those on display very soon!

Many of you have already asked how you can help - Here are some key ways that you can make a huge impact:

1) PRAY! There's so much that is being worked on and juggled in this process - and prayer is the priority in seeing this come together. Pray that the project will go smoothly, that there are no mishaps, and that God will use the space in a powerful way! A community unified in prayer is a tremendous force in advancing the Kingdom of God! (Join the Prayer Team)

2) SUPPORT! We have been able to undertake this project by working in the expenses and payments into our yearly budget, but that step absolutely requires each of us to continue to fuel that with our generous giving. So we are asking you to lean in - some of you may be considering jumping in for the first time or committing to ongoing support - this is a perfect time to step in! (Online Giving)

3) VOLUNTEER! Maybe you aren't plugged in anywhere, maybe you have taken a breather or are looking at new ways to engage - we NEED YOU! With the addition of a 3rd Sunday service to offset the reduction of space, we have several areas that need incredible people. Life Kids needs more on their team, the tech team needs more that can serve, our friendly ushers and greeters need additions to their team, and more... Let us know if you are available to make this an incredible season at New Life! (Volunteer Opportunities)

4) INVITE! Even though we are shifting for a season during this renovation, this is not a time for just surviving - this is a time to THRIVE! We believe that God is doing something tremendous in this church and that there is amazing potential for growth as we expand this space! Share your excitement of what God is up to with your friends and neighbors, invite people you know, and let's ignite the Northwest Valley with the presence of Jesus! Are you ready for God to move?? There are BIG things happening this year at New Life and we are seeing tremendous growth so far this year! I’m sure you’ve felt the temperatures rise and summer tends to be a time where people escape the heat and head out on vacation (which is so much fun!), but remember to stay connected to the community of New Life and strengthen the mission that is continuing to build during these months. Churches usually take a hit during the summer in attendance and financial support but we believe that God is at work and is setting the stage for a powerful season of ministry in this community!! This year has been amazingly strong so far and is undoubtedly preparing us for what’s ahead.

If you haven’t already, we’d invite you to lean in to what’s happening here and support the growth we are experiencing in Life Kids, our weekend ministries, our Community Impact, Global Missions and Facility Expansion. If each of us committed to the ministry what God has asked of us, the possibilities for impact are incredible! So let’s do this - together!

We wanted to let you know about some elements we are working on that are aimed at taking some big steps towards the overarching vision we feel God has given us as a church. We've been seeing tremendous momentum and growth at New Life, both in attendance and buy in - but with that, we know that we need to take steps in order to see that growth take root. This is tremendously important as we look to continue to construct the ministry of New Life towards the big steps ahead of us that God is calling us to!

You'll be receiving a "Save-The-Date" email for our revamped community gathering (previously Leadership Community) that is refocusing on you - the IMPACT Team! As the volunteer team of this ministry, you are a driving force and key spark in this movement, so we would love to pull all of us together for evenings where we can mobilize and celebrate what God is doing.
