At the heart of every school is a strong, but flexible action plan for the development of student success and operation. By creating a positive single-school culture with an effective learning environment, schools can reach the highest levels of achievement and success.

Single-School Cultures

Research and support culture initiatives for staff and students through on-going

monitoring of students, faculty, staff, and administration;

Create supportive administration through comprehensive back office networks;

Identify adverse areas of school cultures and provide remedial action plans.

As part of a school culture, we strive to develop a data-driven model that is inclusive for all school stakeholders and impacts the life trajectory of the students it serves. Given this, we believe that the following are key elements in the planning, development, and design of a school or program:

Develop Model and Implementation

Develop data-driven curricula to impact all students on an academic, social, and emotional level;

Provide professional development for educators and administrators to understand and collaborate on developing a school model;

Collect and analyze student achievement data to provide periodic feedback on the school model implementation.

We recognize that at the heart of student achievement is the classroom teacher that works with a team of supportive professionals to change the lives of students. Finding the right educators and providing them with the necessary support and skills to be effective leaders in the classroom requires the following:

Talent Management

Recruit and develop a skilled and competent workforce;

Implement comprehensive teacher performance evaluation systems;

Empower professional development that includes content-specific education, cultural initiatives, special education, differentiation, and staff development.

On-Going Support

Promote a multi-cultural environment through the implementation of programs;

Collect data-driven research and oversee reporting compliance to state education authorities, stakeholders, and community members.
