She comes with lots of documentation and paperwork dating from commissioning. There is lots of polished wood. All windows are in good condition and not leaking, all headlinings are in excellent condition. She has been maintained regardless of cost, but has been kept very much in keeping with her original build specification. Deck equipment Warps Fenders Power windlass Pulpit and pushpit rails Anchor and chain Outdoor tv aerial 2 spare gas bottles, gas locker on aft deck Boathooks x2 Cockpit canopy Window covers Full width aft deck Accommodation Forward Cabin Two single vee berths with storage underneath, partially partitioned from main cabin by half height hanging wardrobe and storage cupboard Saloon Beautifully finished, upholstery was replaced in 2010. Large seating area with facing sofas and table to port, these combine to make a double bed. On the starboard side is another sofa which can also provide a single berth. A built in cocktail bar is fitted behind the back of the sofa. There is ample storage under all seating with two warm air heating vents. Carpet high quality and is in excellent condition. Galley The galley is as fitted when commissioned. There is a gas cooker within fold down cupboard and stainless steel sink, with worktops and cupboard space. There is a 3 way fridge. The owner also keeps a small mains freezer in the helm area. Shower room Fully lined with vanity sink, shower and electric sea toilet. Warm air heating outlet. Stairs up to Helm The Helm area is spacious and enclosed by a roof and canvas cockpit covers aft. There are marine carpets to the floor. The central space provides access to batteries and engines, engine room fitted with automatic extinguishers and additional Seatek battery charger. The Helm is fitted with standard instruments plus cmap, auto pilot, additional depth sounder and log. Stairs down to Aft cabin Two single bunks with storage space underneath. Vanity unit and storage between. Two large wardrobes fitted to bulkehead.
