I shared Google Plus with the Group because its a power tool and you can meet with people from the comfort of your home. Google Plus have a product called Google Hangout. Its video and audio meeting with your contacts. You can build a bio about yourself and when people read it they can determine if they want to contact you, and if they do its a warm lead.

Meetup.com is the world largest network of local groups. Meetup makes it easy for anyone to organize a local group or find one of the thousands already meeting up face-to-face. More than 9,000 group get together in local communities each day, each one with the goal of improving themselves or their communities.

As of 12/13/2014 our group join a week ago and we already have 11 people in our group. This is a great way to reach out and share your bio with 11 new people. Warm market people. They are actively seeking to connect with your group name.

How to get more traffic? Get more people to visit your business?

Principle - fundamental, primary, or general law or truth from which

others are derived:

Why to? Vs. How to?

My name is Raymond Richard and I sale cars as a full time income. I have a wife and three children my eldest son is off to college and I have one in high school and the youngest in elementary. I tell you this things because if you are in the market to make extra money, this video is a great way to make more money and not effect what you are currently doing.

Focus on the Why and you will succeed. My why is my family, so when I get tired or hear no when I' m selling a car my why (family) helps me continue to help people that needs a automobile. You can use this same principle when you join our team and learn how to make money by blogging.

These are leadership concepts that I learned when I joined Empower Network. I purchased the 15k formula which cost me 1k and well worth the cost. Now the 15k product is 1k not $250 according to this video. The product(15k) is getting a lot of results and well worth the thousand dollars now. People thought $250 was a lot to spend at the time, now people tell me a thousand is a lot of money. There are a lot of people that have the desire to make money online, and learn how to market. The main problem that people run into is that there is a lot of information and training out there, some of which is low quality, or inaccurate.

With this product 15k formula you get all the best teaching from people that are getting results and they share the results with you when you get the 15k formula. In this training you will see why using Empower is a powerful way to get tons of traffic.

Watch this video and learn how I am getting tons of traffic to my website. The principle in this video is to blog daily. Create good content daily!!!

2014-09-25T21:26:00.000-07:00

HAPPY BIRTHDAY today I wanted to take the time to let you know I was thinking of you. We only get one life and I am glad I got to know you. Its ok to treat yourself to cake if you are on a diet. Its ok to treat yourself to that car dream car? OK I sale cars cheap plug.......Make more money click here love yourself more, watch how more people began to love you more.

Life doesn't have meaning, Only you have meaning. It makes about as much sense to say, "My life has no meaning." as it does to stand in a dark cave with an unlit flashlight in your hand and say,"This place has no light." Jesus would say, "Let your light shine." Meaning is not to be found "out there" in the job, in a person, or in a relationship, meaning is something you release from within yourself. -Eric Butterworth Our vision

Formula For Success

2014-09-19T18:34:00.000-07:00

Everyone considers a number of things impossible, but what’s impossible to one person isn’t as impossible for others. The key is to remember that what you might think is impossible may actually be the opposite; you can make the impossible possible.

During a recent Empower Hour call, Justin Verrengia, “the Hippie Jedi,” shared his journey of making the impossible possible by going from a life laden with more than $500,000 in debt to one overflowing with success.

All it took was believing in himself.

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog, I like to help people start a business so they can have more time to be with the ones they love. I am a husband and a father of three children. I found a product that will educate any business owner how to market and attack new leads. The product also pays you when others join and use the service. So how can you be successful?

The founder of my business wrote me and our team a great blogpost I would like to share with you on success. You can see the quick video on how you can start making money with this service by click here.

Success is mostly mental. Often, people who have low self confidence fail. They don’t believe in what they’re doing and they don’t believe they can be successful, so they’re not.

One step in the right direction might be all you need to change your view toward the impossible being possible. Through it all, be mentally wealthy. It doesn’t matter if you’re poor financially, you just have to focus on your vision of success and what you want to achieve. Then, you can make it a reality.

Believing you can be successful is not an easy process. You need to invest in yourself and boost your self confidence by plugging into different kinds of self-help training. Once that happens, the way you talk and your thought processes will evolve.

People are attracted to those with self confidence and are more open to listening to

and believing those who display it. With your new self confidence, you will be able to help others achieve success by teaching them what you know. Teaching provides value to the marketplace, and your income is a direct reflection of the value you’re providing.

What does that mean, exactly?

When you empower people by educating them, they get value out of it, and when you help people, it comes back to you.

What dreams do you have?

What did you once believe was impossible that you accomplished anyway?

What do you plan on making possible now that you know the formula for success?

Be The Boss

2014-09-02T06:23:00.000-07:00

Be The Boss

Work like you need it! If you have your own business or if you work a 9 to 5 do it like a boss. Today at church my Pastor asked us to do our jobs like a boss. When people see you, and you put your all in your work you do the work of God. Allow God to work through you is what I learned today at church.

Crush that spreadsheet, mulch like you own the place, Pack those lunches like you’re the world champ of Capri Sun, as for me Sell cars like I’m the owner. God designed us to work, and he loves when we pile-drive our to – do lists, into oblivion. So let’s learn what it takes to work with purpose and authority.

If you have your own business you still have to work, so do it like a boss, Empower people to grow and see that their work is a expression of God. If you owned a McDonald’s you have to be consistent opening the doors or hire someone that will be open when your customers are depending on the doors to be open. Customer come to McDonalds because it’s fast and the food is consistent, customers have confidence in the brand. Ask yourself do you treat your business like a business?

The Boss in most cases get paid more because he or she know more, the amount of money you make and people you serve is a direct reflection of your personal value to the world. If you want to increase the amount of both in your life, the best way to do is to educate yourself. The more you learn, the more valuable you become. The more valuable you become, the more money you make.

I was taught to free my mind and you can as well from any limiting thoughts you have about yourself, your ability, or your financial status. When you are the boss and you think like a boss or work like a Boss people are drawn to you. Click the link to see how you can start working like the Boss.

The Power OF Decision

Making decisions and using your personal power, Which is your ability to take consistent action, changes your life. The biggest trap that keeps people from taking action is fear.

Today I was learning that failure is the same as success. What do you mean? When you fail to make a call or a follow up call, fail to tell someone you love them and continue that pattern you get the results of that action.

My name is Raymond Richard I started blogging because I like to help people and give the resources that has helped me.(www.RaymondRichard.weebly.com)

I have started to walk to stay healthy and make it a way of life so I can be around for my children and grandchildren. I work to take consistent action daily. I set a goal for myself. I have a mentor to hold me accountable.

Anyone can reach their outcome if you follow a few steps and daily action. And if you fall down in life my friend Walt Williams the motivator speaker says get back up. If you would like to get training and help others join this wonderful system and we will help you reach any goal you have, The power is already in you. Click here to see how we can help you.

Get More Leads For Your Business

2014-06-22T18:50:00.000-07:00

How To Get More Leads

Today I was talking with a person that has started her journey in the home business. She was like most people that get excited about their program, they think its the best and want me to join. I think as I get better at my personal development I can help more people and that is what I like to teach. I have learned that if you want more leads you have to get better yourself. Watch this to learn how you can get more leads to your product or service.

To get more leads you will need a marketing system around a 'plug and play'. process that members can use to generate unheard of commissions into their bank accounts. We a person get a check fast he or she is likely to keep doing the program.

Our affiliates main responsibility is to implement the simple training we teach them in the core checklist training section in our state of the art members area. I like this because I can learn at my own pace. And if you are a fast learner you can move through the training fast but if you are a person that works and need to slow down this is the perfect business for you. Watch now to learn how you can get more leads.

Grow Your Business

2014-06-18T07:54:00.001-07:00

Grow Your Business

When we surround ourselves around people that want to grow and want to see you grow its an amazing thing that happens. We started a small group of people with home business and we talk about things that are helping our business grow. We have people in our group that is in 5links, World Venture, Mary Kay, Ipay, Empower Network, Global Domain International just to name a few. The cool thing is we talk about real marketing that gets results. One of the books we discuss is "Building on a Budget" by Mike Dillard. Click here to see how this book has help grow my business. One of the ways to market your business is by YouTube and just think about it this way when does YouTube turn off? Never!! 24/7 days a week you can be marketing your business. Click here to see my example of how I promote Magnetic Sponsoring products. The reason I like Magnetic Sponsoring is it give you were to market you products and service and how to set up a good advertisement. The education was just what I needed to grow my business. Once I understood the action that needed to be taken I started to see results.

If you want to grow your business you have to grow yourself, you have to learn new things and share them with your team. I was at a 5Links presentation and a top producer said to buy ads in a local newpaper and put an ad in the paper like " Work From Home Part-Time Making Full-Time Income". I am not a 5Links representative but I took action and I have a local paper, I now have people calling me. So many people want help you have to be able to help them. Why should a person join a business under you? Do you inspire them, can you teach them marketing ideas that work? I reading a book by Grant Cardone called the "Closers" he said when we don't close a deal take the c off close and then we lose. I did not join a business to lose. Watch this video this is my business I use to grow any business and I use the same things I learned in Magnetic sponsoring to grow.

I would like to share with you a great book by Eric Butterworth and in ch7 he says why not pick out the most difficult things facing you right now, and say: I know that this is the best thing that could happen to me, for I know that in the happening there is revealed a new lesson to learn and some new growth to experience. I know that within me is an unborn possibility of limitless potentialities, and this is my opportunity to begin to give birth to new ideas, new strength, and new vision. I accept the reality of the difficulty but not its permanence. I am not at the end of anything. I am simply between opportunities, between jobs. I know that in the movement of "it has come to pass," something wonderful is on its way to me far surpassing anything I have ever known before.

How He Makes Millions On YouTube

2014-06-18T06:58:00.001-07:00

This Guy Makes Millions Playing Video Games on YouTube

Hello I just came in from my morning jog and I remember reading a article on a guy making a living playing video games. So I called my kids in the room pulled up the article and read it to them. We talked about why a professional sports player on Sunday can get Nike to pay them a lot of money to wear gym shoes. Why because they have influence and millions of eyes watching them. I was reading Tony Robbins and he made a point to say people when they buy the product my feel better about themselves when they associate themselves with the product.

So Why did Swedish video-game playing star, Felix Kjellberg get millions to play video games on Youtube? One reason is he has 23 million people subscribe to his YouTube channel. I read a book and he said people that went looking for a drill did not go looking for a drill they went looking for something to make a hole, and the drill was the solution. If I was a kid, and I have three children. I can see Felix marketing, he entertains and the problem he fixes or hole he drills (parable) is he reviews the games, kids are thinking "should we buy the game is it fun?' He may even show you how to finish a board you were trying to complete.

How can you use this, if you are in a business or working a MLM business or home business? Well I have a YouTube video I teach people how to market their business. Click here to see I know you don't want everyone watching you, this is called fear, tell yourself you are helping someone that was once were you are. This helps you brand your self. If you need step by step marketing I can help you with a product that will help you and then you can help others. My website is www.RaymondRichard.weebly.com .

The top five Let’s Players collectively have more YouTube subscribers than Peru has people. I know lots of people need jobs, the hole what drill will you give them? What business will solve a person problem, what mentor will come to that person rescue? If you have a product or a service you have to get the word out and one of the ways Is Youtube marketing. I have help people on my team grow and help others and this will work for you. To read more about how Felix Kjellberg made his millions playing video games click the read more button.

3 Steps To Making Money Today!!!

How would you like to make money fast, start you a business that you can run from your home or internet today? If you answered yes then follow the 3 steps that I will show you today and after you learn each step take action.

My name is Raymond Richard and I am writing this to help my family and friends that are looking to make extra money. I don't have time to spend with all them so I thought I make a blog post were I could email them and they could read it at their own time. Some of you know me but for those that have found me by others source of advertisement I will share alittle about myself. I am married and I have three Children, older son Devin heading to college (Xavier University-freshman 2014) proud dad. Brianna (Highschool- Junior) We travel to Jr. Olympics Track and field. Raymond (4th- Grade) Tech Guru, growing loves to eat. My wife and I live in Cincinnati, Ohio now, we have lived in Atlanta, GA, RochesterHills, MI, Orlando Fla. We are both in the automotive industry, we both attended highschool in Cincinnati, Ohio. My wife went to college in Atlanta, and I went to college in Ohio.

If you are like me and most young families you are going to need extra money for any of the many things that come up. I have found a few ways and I would like to share three ways with you that I use and anyone in any business can use them. Before I share them with you, you'll have to be open to new ideas and try something new step out your comfort zone for some of you. As I live in these cities God has bless me to meet wonderful people, and many times I was introduced to people that had wonderful business and wanted me to get involved. I did not take action and I see now that they are in another area of their lifes and not concerned about the things that concerns me. I tell you that story because I don't want you to not take action today and miss out on a great way to help your family make extra money by doing these few steps. I have a good friend in Orlando, Fla. who was buying real estate he and his wife was fixing them up and selling them, they are on to hotels now. We still talk on the phone, he help me buy my house from my brother were I made 20k in the deal, put in my pocket then I purchase a rental property that I own to these day. Thanks God for putting Jay and Shawntay in my life. I tell you that because I may be in your life so you can now benefit from the things I have learn how to make extra money maybe just to pay your car note or rent.

Step 1. - Educational product. I started reading this book and it put all the puzzles in place. I feel I can take any product and promote it and make money with his ideas that he teach. I like the book because you can learn at your own pace. You can turn around and sell it to your team or your upline, downline and make money. I read a great book by Steven Covey and he said to get more you must learn more and do more to be worth more. He said to Learn, Do, Teach. The things I learn I started a network group and I get to meet new leaders all the time. People now come to me.

To tell you the truth, building a home business and using the old methods can be costly and time consuming to say the least. I have attended a few home meeting, but with my kids events and spending time with my wife this is not the best way for me to grow fast.

But what If I could tell you that there is a way for you to actually build your home business faster, get your opportunity in front of more people, and all without spending a ton of money.

Well I'm here to tell you that the days of old school MLM tactics are dead. You can now learn to be the hunted instead of the hunter and have prospects chasing you down like you were fishing for them with one hundred dollar bills. Click Here to see how you can learn today, take action on what you learn, then resale it to make a profit.

Step 2. - Blog what is a blog? diary on Web site: a frequently updated personal journal chronicling links at a Web site, intended for public viewing. If you can do (duplicate) what I am doing now you can blog. You may feel like you are not a good speller you have nothing to say, but if you talk on a cell phone you can communicate on a blog. Tell people what you are learning. Tell people about your kids events, vacation you have been on. Then share on Linkin, Facebook, Google Plus, any social media, to get more traffic.

I choose to use Blogger to blog because its FREE and Google own it. When you blog a post on blogger at the bottom of the blog is a social media button that you can use to blast out to tons of people. Blogger also gets picked up in Google search engines.

Empower Network is my number 1 blog source. Empower Network and its Viral Blogging System

Step 3 - Advertise, Tell others. I'm doing it at APSense! It is a web 2.0 business social network
that pays you while they are promoting and growing your business.

But guess what? They paid me and I never spent a dime!

Here is how it worked for me, in 5 Easy Steps:

STEP 1 - I registered and setup my personal and business profile.
You can register here: Click here

STEP 2 - Then I explored and joined a few APSense interest groups,
they have so many.

SETP 3 - Then I started writing some useful blogs and group
discussions content pages.

SETP 4 - In these pages APSense provide a special Ad Space where
I posted advertisements for my current business.

SETP 5 - That was it! While I advertised my business, APSense
was also paying me when people viewed my content pages.

But that's not all, they also paid me when the friends that
I invited into my network do the same thing that I'm doing.
Of course this is one of the reasons why I'm inviting you
to join my network at APSense.

So please check out APSense at the following invitation link:
