The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 490/QĐ-NHNN on March 14 to extend the operational coverage of the license of the Lien Viet Post Joint – Stock Commercial Bank (LienVietPostBank).

Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved the additional operation of “insurance agent” to Point d of Item 2 of Article 3 of License No. 91/GP-NHNN dated March 28, 2008 for the LienVietPostBank.
LienVietPostBank is responsible for implementing procedures in accordance with Item 4 of Article 29 of the Law on Credit Institutions.
The Decision took effect on the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. License No.91/GP-NHNN dated March 28, 2008 for the LienVietPostBank.

MB allowed to provide additional services

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 462/QĐ-NHNN on March 12 to extend the operational coverage of the license of the Military Joint- Stock Commercial Bank (MB).

Accordingly, the SBV Governor has approved the additional operations of “extending and accepting trust loans” to License No. 0054/NH-GP of the Military Joint- Stock Commercial Bank dated September 14, 1994.

MB is responsible for complying with the regulations stipulated in Item 4 of Article 29 of the Law on Credit Institutions.

The Decision took effect on the date of signing and is an integral part of License No. 0054/NH-GP dated September 14, 1994 for the MB.
