        New Orleans tourists, upscale diners and those in search of Nouvelle Creole food all have reason to be delighted this spring as The Bistro at Hotel Maison de Ville will reopen on Thursday, May 24, 2007 under the direction of prior long-term chef Greg Picolo who survived being stranded during Hurricane Katrina and emerged determined to reopen his beloved restaurant.
