Trump Declares National Emergency

United State President Donald Trump declared national emergency on Friday February 15.

Inorder to get complete funding for building wall in the US-Mexico border. Building this wall across the US Mexico border is believed to stop the flow of illegal immigrants from Mexico, which is destroying the economy in US. The US Congress was strongly opposing to passing funding’s that would require to build the wall. Trump decides to declare emergency to get funding for the wall, which the Congress does not support. The total estimation to build the US-Mexcio border wall is around $(30-40) billion .

What is a National Emergency?

A National Emergency gives the president in power to bypass the general processes in politics and governances. #Emergency gives the president “access to special powers that are contained in more than 100 other law”.

Mr.Trump predecessor Barack Obama used it 13 times, while his predecessor George W Bush used it 12 times If Mr.Trump goes ahead with declaring a national emergency, it would be the fourth in his administration. But emergency declaration by previous government Presidents has been used for addressing foreign policy crisis – which includes blocking terrorism–linked entities from accessing funds or prohibiting investment in nations associated with human right abuse.

On November 27, 2018 – Blocking properties of peoples contributing to the situation in Nicaragua relating to human rights abuse.

September 12, 2018 – Imposing certain Sanctions in the Events of foreign interference in a United Sates Election.

What are the Powers ?

136 legal powers that emergency declaration could give the president, covering everything from the military and land use to public health and agriculture.

Section 2808 of the title 10 U.S. Code

In the case of Trump’s border wall, the president is relying on Section 2808 of the title 10 U.S. Code.Which says if the president declares in a national emergency “that requires use of the armed forces,” the defence secretary “may undertake military construction projects not otherwise authorized by the law that are necessary to support such use of the armed forces.”

The emergency declaration, according to White House officials, enables the president to divert $3.6 billion from military construction projects to the wall. Mr. Trump will also use more traditional presidential discretion to tap $2.5 billion from counter-narcotic programs and $600 million from a Treasury Department asset forfeiture fund.

Combined with $1.375 billion authorized for fencing in the spending package passed on Thursday night, Mr. Trump would have about $8 billion in all for barriers, significantly more than the $5.7 billion he unsuccessfully demanded from Congress.

Till Now

14 फरवरी को पुलवना (#PULWAMA) में बहुत ही बड़ा हमला हुआ, जिसमें 44 #CRPF के जवान शहीद हुए हैं। कुछ तस्वीरें हैं जो बयान करती है कि कितना दर्दनाक मंज़र रहा होगा जिसमें इतना बड़ा हमला को अंज़ाम दिया गया था ।

पूरी घटना

सूत्रों के द्वारा बताया जा रहा है कि लगभग 2500 सीआरपीएफ जवान एक कन्वॉय में जा रहे थे, जिसमें कुछ बसें लगातार चल रही थीं। अचानक आगे से एक कार SUV ने बस को टक्कर मारी, उस कार में लगभग 350 किलोग्राम का बारूद भरा हुआ था, जो बस से टकराते हुए ही ब्लास्ट हो गया । वहां के लोगों द्वारा बताया गया था कि ब्लास्ट की आवाज़ इतनी तेज थी कि 10 किलोमीटर की दूरी तक भी सुनी गई थी।

जैसे ही ये हमला हुआ देश के सूचना और प्रसरण मंत्री ने ये लेटर देश को समर्पित किया है जिसमें लिखा है कि सभ न्यूज़ चैनल, न्यूज़ पेपर, और सभी मीडिया को यह बताया जाता है कि कोई भी किसी को भड़काने वाली बात ना करे जिससे देश की एकता को ठेस पहुंचे।

कहां हुआ

अब यह जान लेते हैं कि हुए कैसे, कहां हुआ ?
पुलवामा जिला, श्रीनगर से 40 किलोमीटर की दूरी पे यह हमला किया गया था। इस हमले में कन्वोय में लगभग 2500 CRPF जवान मौजूद थे। जब आंतकवादी ने अपनी गाड़ी बस से टकराई तो धमाके में 39 सैनिकों की उसी समय मृत्यु हो गई थी।

कैसे हुआ

यह सोच रहे होंगे कि इतना बड़ा हमला इतनी आसानी से कैसे कोई कर कर सकता है जैसे कि। एक आतांकवादी एक कार लेके आता है और पूरी कॉन्वॉय जिसमें बहुत सरी बसें लगातार चल रहीं हो उसपे हमला कर दे? जब भी ऐसे सैनिकों के कंवॉय जाती है पहले वो पूरे रास्ते में देख लेते हैं कि कहीं कुछ गडबड तो नहीं है, और हर कुछ किलोमीटर में एक सिपाही खड़ा रहता है उनकी सुरक्षा के लिए, फिर भी इतनी बड़ी चूक कैसे हो सकती है जो इतनी बड़ी दुखद घटना को अंज़ाम दे जाती है।

अभी तक क्या खबर मिली है ?

अभी तक रिपोर्ट में यह खबर मिली हैं कि जो कार में अतंकवादी आया था वो टाटा सूमो थी, जिसमें 350 किलोग्राम के बारूद भरे हुए थे। अतंकवादी का नाम आदिल अहमद दार बताया जा रहा है, जिसको जैश- ए-मुहम्मद ने खुद अपना आदमी बताया हुआ है। अभी आदिल की सभी सोशल मीडिया की जांच की जा रही है कि इसका संपर्क कहां कहां था और ये कहां तक की सोच कर आया था।

कौन है ये आदिल ?

आदिल अहमद

दुख की बात तो यह है कि आदिल बाहर का नहीं अपने भारत का ही है। वह पिछले साल जैश- ए - मुहम्मद से जूड़ा था और काकापोरा, पुलवामा का ही रहने वाला था। ये सोचने वाली बात है कि हमारे देश के ही लोग ऐसे संगठन में चले जाते हैं और ऐसी घटना को अंज़ाम देते हैं। फोटो से आप देख सकते हैं कि ये पूरी तयारी से आया था।

क्या है ये जैश- ए - मुहम्मद ?

जैश- ए - मुहम्मद

जैश- ए - मुहम्मद एक संगठन है जिसको #मौलाना मसूद अजहर ने सन 2000 में बनाया था जिसका मकसद कश्मीर को #पाकिस्तान में मिलना रहा है । फोटो से आप देख सकते हैं ये वही मसूद अजहर हैं जिसने पहले भी कई हमले देश। मे कराए हैं और #China जिसे बार बार संयुक्त राष्ट्र। से बचा लेता है।
इसने जनवरी 2016 में पठानकोट में और सितंबर 2016 में उरी में भी हम्ला कराया था, जिसके बाद बदले मे हमले सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक की थी।

CCS मीटिंग का परिणाम

15 फरवरी को इसके लिए एक हाई-लेवल की CCS मीटिंग हुई जिसमें कई चीजों पे फैसला किया गया ।
1 घंटे चली यह बैठक में कई चीजों पे चर्चा की गई :

मोस्ट फेवर्ड नेशन का खिताब छीना गया।

करतारपुर कॉरिडोर के विषय पे विचार किया जाएगा ।

जम्मू कश्मीर के राज्य पाल को बदला जाए ।

जम्मू कश्मीर में कोई पूर्व सैन्य राज्यपाल बनाया जाए ।

पाकिस्तान मे पूरी दुनिया के सामने पॉलिटिकल दबाव बनाया जाए ।

अमेरिका ने भी पाकिस्तान को इसके लिए फटकार लगाई है और चेतावनी दी है कि वो ऐसे टेररिस्ट ग्रुप को अपने देश में पलने ना दे।

Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid foundation of various projects worth over Rs. 4000 crore on 9^th February, but on the other hand #China firmly Opposed the visit as he assumes Arunachal as his part of #Tibet.

Modi laid the foundation stone for construction of Greenfield Airport at Holongi worth of Rs. 955 crore and inaugurated an upgraded and retrofitted airport at Tezu in Lohit district at a worth of Rs. 125 crore through remote control at a function at Indira Gandhi Park.

Prime Minister also laid the foundation stone of Sela Tunnel in #Arunachal Pradesh. It will provide – all weather connectivity to the Tawang Valley for civilians as well as security forces.This tunnel if implemented will reduce the travel time to Tawang by an hour and boost tourism and related economic activities in the region.The Sela pass tunnel will be constructed by the Border Roads Organization (BRO).

The central government emphasized that the tunnel will ensure quick movement of army troops in Tawang district which is a strategically-located near the China border.

In a speech, Modi said that his government is putting a lot of effort to improve the connectivity in this state , which include the railways, airways, highways and power stations in Arunachal Pradesh, which was/were neglected by the previous Government.

Modi also inaugurated a new Doordarshan 24-hrs channel named DD Arun Prabha channel, it will be a 24^th channel operated by Doordarshan.He also dedicated to the nation the 110-MW Pare Hydroelectricity plant, this project constructed by the NEEPCO will harness hydro power potential of the river Dikrong (tributary of Brahmaputra ) and provide cheap power to the northeastern states.There by improving power availability in the region.

#PUBG Mobile ने 1 साल पहले से ही एंड्रॉयड और IOS वाले ग्राहकों को घेर लिया था। सबसे पहले इसे चीन में चलाया गया 9 फ़रवरी 2018 को और उसके 1 महीने बाद ये पूरी दुनिया में हर जगह उपलब्ध होने लगा। PUBG का पूरा नाम Player Unknown's Battlegrounds है, जो कि इसको बनाने वाले सख्श ब्रैंडन 'Player Unknown' ग्रीन, जिन्होंने PUBG को कोरिया की PUBG Corp PC के साथ मिलके बनाया था।

20 मार्च 2018: इस दिन PUBG मोबाइल पूरी दुनिया में एंड्रॉयड और IOS के लिए रिलीज कर दिया गया। कुछ देशों में परेशानी होने के बावजूद इसके 72 घंटों में ही 1 मिलियन डॉलर रैंक करने लग गया।

PUBG मोबाइल को खुद का एमुलेटर मिला:

9 मई 2018: PUBG मोबाइल ने यह कहा कि यह PC में भी खेल सकते हैं, Gaming Buddy नाम के इमुलेटर के साथ। जो PC में खेलते थे वो PC वालो के साथ ही खेल सके थे, मोबाइल वालो के साथ नहीं।

PUBG मोबाइल मिरमर मैप को जोड़ा गया:

15 मई 2018: PUBG mobile 0.5.0 अपडेट ने मिरामर मैप को जोड़ दिया, जो कि एक Desert मैप है। इस अपडेट ने गेम को नई ऊंचाइयों तक पहुंचा दिया, इस मैप में चाहे आप PC में खेले या मोबाइल में, कोई फीचर का अंतर नहीं रहता था।

18 मई 2018: तेंसेंट ने यह जारी किया कि गेम के 10 मिलियन डेली खेलने वाले ग्राहक हो गए हैं, उनको तब पता चल गया था कि यह तो बस शुरुआत।

Jio के लेटेस्ट "इंडिया का स्मार्टफोन" सीरीज वाले JioPhone 3 पर काम शुरू कर दिया गया है और इससे जुड़े कई लीक्स भी सामने आने लगी हैं। रिलायंस Jio की अपार सफलता के बाद कंपनी इस साल अपने Jio Phone सीरीज का अगला स्मार्टफोन Jio Phone 3 लॉन्च कर सकता है।

आपको बता दें कि Jio Phone पहली बार 2017 में लॉन्च हुआ था। इस 4G फीचर फोन को लाखों यूजर्स ने पसंद किया और ढेर सारे स्टॉकास हाथो हाथ बिक गए। इसके बाद पिछले साल Jio Phone 2 को लॉन्च हुआ जो कुछ और नए फीचर्स के साथ मार्केट आया। हाल ही में एक लीक सामने आया है, जिसके मुताबिक Jio Phone सीरीज के अगले फोन, जिसे Jio Phone 3 कहा जा रहा है, उसको टच स्क्रीन के साथ लॉन्च किया जा सकता है। यह फोन सस्ता 4G स्मार्टफोन हो सकता है।

अब आ जाते हैं, मोना लिसा के बारे में , 1503 में इसे बनाना शुरू किया गया और 1519 तक इस पेंटिंग मे काम चला, जब लियोनार्डो की मृत्यु हो गई और दोस्तो, पेंटिंग अधूरी रह गई।

पहले बहुत अनुमान लगाए जाते थे कि ये कौन है, और बोला जाता था कि खुद लियोनार्डो हैं उन्होंने अपने आप का फीमेल रूप बनाया है, या उनकी मां की तस्वीर है,या इनकी लव लेडी भी हो सकती है।

अफवाओं में ना जाते हुए, हम अभी तक के सबसे ज़्यादा मानने वाले फैक्ट में जाते है, जिसके सबूत भी पाए गए है। मोना लिसा का इटालियन मतलब है "माई लेडी"। तो 1503, में एक अमीर आदमी ने लियोनार्डो से कहा कि उनकी प्रेगनेंट पत्नी Leonardo Gherardini की पेंटिंग बनाई जाए। हमे इस बात का एक लेटर मिला कि लियोनार्डो ने पेंटिंग बनाने के लिए कहा तो था लेकिन इसका प्रूफ नहीं मिला कि लियोनार्डो ने बनाने के बाद उनको दिया और पैसे लिए । इसका मतलब ये हैं कि पेंटिंग कभी पूरी ही नहीं हुई तभी तो पैसे नहीं लिए।

दोस्तो इस पेंटिंग को काफी नुकसान भी पहुंचाने की कोशिश भी की गई थी। 1797 से यह पेरिस की म्यूसुएम में है, नेपोलियन बोनपार्ट को यह इतनी पसंद आई थी कि उन्होंने इसे अपने बेडरुम में लगा लिया था, 1911 में इसकी चोरी भी हुई थी, लेकिन बाद में यह मिल गई। इसको छती भी पहचाने की कोशिश की गई, कई बार एसिड फेका गया और एक बार तो इस पे पत्थर भी फेका गया था, इसी लिए इसको काफी सुरक्षा में रखा जाता हैं।

इसकी पेंटिंग की कीमत जान लेते है, अभी की सबसे महंगी पेंटिंग है, 5000 Crore से भी ज़्यादा है, जिसके पास है तो ले लीजिए। चलिए मज़ाक रहने दीजिए। पेंटिंग को बनाने के लिए लियोनार्डो ने 40 माइक्रोन का ब्रश इस्तेमाल किया, मतलब एक बाल से भी पतला ब्रश, इसको बनाने के लिए, और टेक्नीक का नाम था शुआ मोटो टेक्नीक, जिसमें आउटलाइन नहीं होती है। ये लकड़ी मे बनी हुई पेंटिंग हैं, क्युकी 500 से ज़्यादा साल के बाद भी बड़ी अच्छे से रखी हुई है।

मोना लिसा में बहुत सारे यूनिवर्सिटीज ने अपने papers publish किए है, कैनेडियन यूनिवर्सिटीज, इंग्लैंड यूनिवर्सिटीज, इटालियन यूनिवर्सिटीज और भी काफी यूनिवर्सिटीज के सभी के रिपोर्ट्स का निचोड़ के आपको दिखता हूं।

पेंटिंग के बारे में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बातें:

Android Q will support PiP Mode natively. If you ever used a Samsung phone, you must be familiar with a feature that can run apps in windows. Users can multitask by running an app in other floating window and change it's size accordingly for convenience, also known as split screen for many users.

From Android 6.0, Google introduced an app permission system to Android. In Android Q, Google will go one step further. Why It's In News?

At the bottom of Apple's security features, a brand new glitch has been founded, by a 14 years old boy, more than a week before apple took action.

"The thing I got amazed was that this glitch happened to me in the very first place," said Grant Thompson, a school student in Arizona. "I'm only 14 and I found it just by an accident, instead of the people, who get paid to find glitches inside iphones."

What Grant's Family Faced?

Grant and his mother said that they spent a week trying to send the glitches' information to apple, regarding the bug in Face-Time group chatting feature. This allows the other person to enable one's microphone even the first person has not received the phone.

"It took almost 9 days for a reply to come from that side, thanks to my mom, she contacted them every single day, call them, text them, did every possible way to reach them." Grant said.

Any Action Taken?

Apple has disabled group chat feature for now. Newyork state officials, have started a consumer rights investigation. All Users are raising their voices against the company's behaviour, how long they have taken to spot the glitch.

Friday, Apple thanked Grant and his family, that they has identified it as a bug and it's fix will be releasing next week. They will also resume the Face-Time feature from then.

"If a 14 year old could find it out, than i dont know how many users have faced such issues" said by a Official.

Although Apple didn't perform any delay, they said it was "committed to smoothen the process by which any bugs/glitches could be easily traced down, and could recieve those reports and reply them with a fix as soon as possible".

Modi's Govt mainly highlighted their previous flagship schemes and some new changes have been made. So let's see what are the 10 KEY POINTS OF BUDGET 2019:

1. AGRICULTURE & RURAL ECONOMY:

PM Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN): To provide an assured income support to 12 crore small & marginal farmers, holding a land upto 2 hectare will be given Rs 6,000 per years in three installments. It's a small amount but they may need this in the time of emergency.
"Rashtriya Kamdhenu Aayog" to enhance production and productivity of cows.
PM SHRAM YOGI MAANDHAN: Mega Pension scheme for 10 crore unorganized sector workers with monthly income upto 15,000. Assured monthly pension of Rs 3,000. If he contributed, Rs100 monthly.

2. LABOURS & WORKERS

NPS has been Liberalised govt contribution upto 4% (to 14% now).
If an un-accidental death of a workers happens, the amount to be paid by EPFO increased from 2.5 lakh to 6 lakh.
Payment of gratitude enhanced from 10lakhs to 20 lakhs.

3. WOMEN's DEVELOPMENT TO WOMEN LED DEVELOPMENT

8 Crore free LPG connections under the Ujjwala Yojana, out of which 6 crore is already delivered.
70% beneficiaries of PM MUDRA YOJANA are women.
Maturity leave of 26 weeks.

4. YOUTH

Job Seekers are becoming Job Creators.
India become world's 2nd largest start-up hub.
National programme on "Artificial Intelligence" has been envisaged.

Govt e- marketplace (GeM)- Transactions of over 17,500 crore have taken place, average saving 25-28%.

6. DEFENCE

Defence budget will be crossing 3,00,000 crore for the first time in 2019-20.
OROP - 35,000 Crore.

7. INFRASTRUCTURE & RAILWAYS

UDAAN Scheme & Pakyong airport, 100th airport in Sikkim.
Sagarmala project ( Connect all ports by road)
Inland waterways (1st Varanasi to Haldia)

8. DIGITAL INDIA REVOLUTION & ENTERTAINMENT

3 Lakh Common Service centre (CSCs) employing about 12 lakh people.
1 Lakh village into digital villages over next 5 years.
JAM Trinity- 34 Crore Jan Dhan Bank account were opened
Single Window clearance for ease of shooting films, is also available for Indian Film Makers, earlier for foreigners only.

9. DIRECT TAX SYSTEM & GST

Tax collection increased from 6.38 lakh crores in 2013-14 to almost 12 lakh crore this year.
GST Average monthly tax collection in current year is 97,100 Crore per month as compared to 89,700 crore per month in the 1st year.
GST Returns filed online & e-way bill system is in the role.
The Main Tax proposal will be presented in the regularly budget. Now Indian taxpayers having annual income upto 5 Lakhs will get full tax rebate & therefore NO NEED to pay any income tax. 3 Crore middle class tax payers to be benefitted by this.

10. FISCAL MANAGEMENT

Fiscal deficit for FY20(2019-20)-3.4% of GDP
Fiscal deficit for FY19(2018-19)-3.4% of GDP
All are estimates, so original financial data may change by 0.1% up or down.

Player Unknown's Battlegrounds aka PUBG, is developed by PUBG Corp., Bluehole, the Company is a subsidiary of South Korean video game company Bluehole. It is hosted by platforms like Microsoft, Windows, Xbox One, Android and PlayStation 4. In India it has been available since 2007. PUBG has become highly popular in India and other global countries. Tencent Cooperation, worked on the game recently revealed that the game has over 200 million+ downloads globally and approx 30 million daily using players.

Why PUBG is in News?

Recently, 11 year old boy of Maharashtra, India wrote a letter to govt to ban on PUBG. Yes you read it correct, He's just 11 years old. He wrote an 4 page letter said the Online game Player Unknown's Battlegrounds Promote Violence and threat to the country and it should be banned. The Boy didn't get any reply from the Govt till now. He said he will do legal actions if the game is not banned in future. He has decided to file PIL in Bombay High court.

What actually happened?

Last week, Ahad, 11 years old kid wrote a letter to govt asking for Online Game PUBG mobile to be banned in India. He said it an "appeal" to ban the online game PUBG, as it promotes and violates and aggression.

In his letter he clearly wrote that " It is an appeal to forthwith ban online game Player Unknown's battle ground (PUBG), as it puts immoral conduct such as violence, murder, aggression, looting, gaming addiction and cyber bullying." He also added that, " I will be compelled to seek appropriate legal proceedings as per law, naturally at your cost and consequences, if it is not banned".

To Whom the letter was forwarded?

Ahad's letter was send to seven people including Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Vinod tawde (Maharashtra education minister) and Rani Shanker Prasad (Minister of electronics and IT), and 4 others. Ahad didn't get any reply even in the completion of a full week and has decided to file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the Bombay High Court

But yes PUBG creates distraction among the students, thats why Maharashtra being the 3rd state to raise voice against the game, after Gujarat and Jammu and Kashmir. Youth finds it difficult to cope up with their timetable especially now in the Exam season. So lets see how many requests will set up to ban online game PUBG, in the future..or it will keep on spreading its wings around the globe.

UNSC got a proposal regarding Climate Change as a security threat, because it has been seen that the Earth's temperature is continuously increasing due to carbon emission and energy production etc.
So UNSC suggested it as Security threat so that they have a full control on that issue.

What If It Happens?

If it will, then the Paris Climate agreement, that already exists, its value and importance gets decreased, and UNSC becomes a new leader of the Climate Change Issue, India is not glad to hear that. To Understand that lets first observe that why Climate change is a security issue.

Why Climate Change, a Security threat?

Nowadays Disasters are very common in the world, it happens usually every month in one place or other, it can be anything flood, earthquake, hurricane, etc.
So if a large disaster hits a very small country, then the result of this is gigantic, it disrupts all types of harmony completely, destroys law and order, and even creates a war between countries. Let me explain why, lets say; Hypothetically speaking, as we all know Bangladesh is one of the countries where climate issues are at there at max, so if level of water accidentally increased there and cyclones hit it. Many refugees will come to India i.e. in the Northern states. So this will effect Indian resources and also brings a tension between India and Bangladesh relationship.

Isn't UN Just Helping?

So from one side its good that UN is going to help the world, But you have understand. United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change i.e., abbreviated as UNFCCC, conference of parties meet every year, recently in poland, and results to the Paris climate agreement. So if UNSC takes full control on it and only those 5 permanent countries will decide about the climate change issues all over the world, it will effect the importance of Paris climate agreement. This will show a negative impact on developing countries like India, because many developing countries has been receiving billions of dollars to improve the Climate conditions on their areas. If this happens, may be the amount they gets in the name of Climate issues, may stop. due to the lesser importance of Paris climate agreement.

What India reacts in the UN ?

Mr. Syed Akbaruddin, an Indian Foreign Service officer serving as India's Permanent representative at the United Nations since January 2016.
He said,"Can the needs of climate justice be served by shifting climate law-making from the inclusive UN Framework Convention of Climate Change(UNFCCC) to decision-making by a structurally unrepresentative institution with an exclusionary approach decided in secretive deliberations."

Our Opinion

In Our Opinion, This will be an exclusive approach to deal with the Climate change, because only 5 countries are permanent and other countries are only temporary members that keeps on changing every two year. Right Now India totally disagree with this. So If India is not agree with this, Is It going to affect the decision of UN, Simply NO. India can only vocally oppose it, cant do anything else like any other developing countries. Mr Syed expressed it clearly and We think this should be resolved in the next UNFCCC meet.

So coming to our topic, upcoming latest Xiaomi phone will be Xiaomi Redmi 7, Redmi note7, and beast among them Redmi note7 pro, that will again reach to the next level of sales.

What will the specs of the upcoming note7 pro?

As per rumours concerns, it will be a full edge to edge glossy display with a slim notch in the top, and the slimmest phone of xioami, with obviously less weight.
