The fresh graduate students, who are moving out from colleges have to deal with meeting forums for getting career in Public Industry Financial institutions. Every applicant gets anxious originally that eventually impacts his/her performance. Here are some steps and recommendations to reduce anxiety and execute well in meeting classes.

Interview

Interview is a experience to deal with connections between interview panel member and interviewee. It is very useful in evaluating applicant's fine features. It helps in finding applicant's effort tacts, psychological performance, self assurance etc.

First Impression

The most amazing part of interviewee is his character and actions. Some points will help the applicants in impressing the selected panel associates, which are as follows:

Simple and official dress

Walking and seated in proper posture

Relaxed behavior

Smiling when coming into and making the meeting room

Looking at the interview panel member while talking

Shaking hands when welcomed strongly and briefly

Speaking clearly and loudly

Adhering to point of discussion

Logical approach

Undesirable Mannerism

Giving monosyllabic answers: It tends to provide an impact that the applicant does not have sound knowledge on the subject

Do not provide the solutions in low message, which is not sensible to the panel. This causes discomfort. You should talk clearly and fully.

Avoid Too Many Side Gestures

It is recommended to the applicant to not use too many hand actions as this makes bad impact in the thoughts of the selected panel associates.

In order to to meet
the growing demand of hospitality and tourism industry the Central Board of
Secondary Education (CBSE) has launched a new course in food production and
food & beverages under the hospitality and tourism sector. seeing the acute shortage of skilled professionals in
this industry, government and education department of India is taking all
necessary steps to meet this growing demand and produce skilled
professionals. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has introduced
two new vocational packages for students. CBSE has started these new courses
under hospitality and tourism sector - food production and food and beverages
services.

Vineet Joshi, Chairman, CBSE said that the country offer
diverse and immense opportunities for growth for hospitality and tourism
professionals. According to the data, more than five million tourists visit
India every year. The demand for skilled professionals in this industry is
nearly 2.03 lakh per year. Therefore, the industry has huge opportunities for
growth and expansion.

This new course consists of two vocational subjects, each in
classes XI and XII. Apart from this, students can choose one language and two
academic elective subjects which are very much correlated with the field. These
students can also take an additional sixth subject, which can either be a
language or an academic elective subject. Students, who complete the two
vocational streams and want to pursue a career in hospitality, will be able to
join this industry.

Joshi further added, "It has been observed that some of
the schools are still offering the following vocational packages (old) under H
& T sector - food service & management and hotel management and
catering technology. These schools are given the option to take up the revised
and recently introduced vocational packages instead of the old vocational
packages to enable students' better suitability for the job market under the
current scenario." The board has also suggested that no new admissions
should be given on the pattern of old vocational packages in the coming
academic session.

The Shiv Sena has warned that it would disrupt the UPSC
exams in Maharashtra if its demand to include Marathi in the syllabus was not
met.

The UPSC has notified the new pattern, which will spare
candidates from compulsorily qualifying other language papers like Hindi or any
of the VIII Schedule languages, which includes Marathi. Earlier, candidates had
to qualify in English and another language paper whose marks were, however, not
counted for short-listing aspirants.

The new pattern, which is aimed at giving more emphasis on
assessing general studies and aptitude skills of aspirants of country's most
prestigious exam, gives more weight to general studies and aptitude skills.

The UPSC has also introduced an English language paper,
whose marks will count in final selection of aspirants for services like IAS,
IFS, IPS, IRS and other sought after Central jobs. The civil services
preliminary examination will be held on May 26 this year and the last date for
filing online applications is April 4.
