You: know when to use Photoshop, when to use Illustrator and when to use InDesign, and can prove it. You’re a typography-loving, web-culture-knowing, detail-sweating, collaboration-desiring, direction-taking Designer who wants to work hard and learn. You've designed for the web and print. You have more than one good comp in you for any given idea/assignment. Your portfolio has a knack for solid typography, layout, and minimizing clutter.

Bonus point gold star cookies if you know some CSS/HTML, can write more than your grocery list, and can hold your own in an afternoon game of Foosball.

Us: Our team is small, fast-paced and handles the lifecycle of our website, print collateral, signage, and general communications. We love our open office environment. We don’t like handholding.

Web Developer

You are a curious, quick, meticulous front-end web developer who can take Photoshop or Illustrator files, wireframes, or Sharpie sketches and craft them into web pages. You are passionate about Jesus and His Church. You care about the web and its users. You've built something for the web in the last few weeks. You've been hand-coding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP for at least 3 years and can write them from scratch. You are well-versed in cross-browser compatibility techniques. You believe code is a craft and can be beautiful. You enjoy working in an open, collaborative environment, can make accurate deadline estimates, and have architectural familiarity with ExpressionEngine and CodeIgniter.

Bonus points are awarded if you're familiar with version control (we use Git) and user experience. Small, nondescript trophies await you if you've dabbled in typography, color theory, and layout.

KidSpring Designer/Illustrator (Non-Moving Content)
