Financial Planning Ministry Coordinator

The Next Step Team is looking for a Financial Planning Ministry Coordinator. This position requires a person passionate about teaching others how to be a good steward of all God is giving to them with high integrity and grace-filled leadership. Proficiency in the Bible, public speaking and Excel desired, and experience in financial money management is a must. This role will require travel to all NewSpring Campuses and will help lead financial coaches.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Help NewSpring Church reach 100,000 people for Jesus by 2020.
Provide an environment of hope in Jesus Christ with financial planning knowledge and leadership.
Lead financial coaches at all NewSpring campuses.
Develop new ways to teach others about biblical money management and stewardship.
Train financial coaches and individuals.
Manage financial coaching schedules and financial planning ministry events.
Improve training processes for financial coaches and curriculum/class development.
