Instructions
Actually, you just have to start the application - an operation is not necessary. The contacts (with address!) are displayed automatically on your approximate distance from your current location. If you move, green indicates you are nearer and red, you are going away. By clicking you can open the contact – for details, sms, call or navigation.

Informationen by the distance display
The distance is reduced
The distance is increased

The distance is since last update unchanged

The address was not found
The "<" indicates that the distance is below the measurement accuracy

Information by the address line
The address is present more than once (maybe incomplete!)

The address is incorrect or false formatted

Best practice
NextToMe requires contacts with full address. That is important!

Tips:

On fist time start a Internet connection should exist (position data is calculated).
The distance is calculated as approximated value - not as exact route. (exepeted the first run, no further data transfer!).
Between street and city should be a "," character.
GPS does not needed, but improves the result! (So you can save battery power)
One way to get complete contacts without typing: Use Google Maps and click "Add as contact"
Jump to top of list by clicking in the title bar.
Changed/deleted or added contacts are updated with the next progam start or with the "Refresh" button in the menu.

Anleitung

Why NextToMe? | Warum NextToMe?

2012-02-16T15:30:00.000-08:00

Why NextToMe?
The application shows you, which of your contacts are close to your current location.

Especially in the town it can often be difficult to estimate distances. Or by car, as you drive past clients/acquaintances or friends who are actually along the way or were very close. With NextToMe this will not happen any more!

With NextToMe you can directly display the contact record - for a phone call, a text message or navigation - everything easy to reach. NextToMe is useful for everyone who has contacts which she/he wants to meet. Private or business. And the question which of your favorite restaurants is the closest - with NextToMe ... it's just one touch away.

You will be surprised, how many of your contacts you have missed in the past!

All you need are contacts with valid addresses on your smartphone. NextToMe automatically calculates an approximate distance from your current location. That is great, try it - now!

Warum NextToMe?

(www.MAXCRM.de/mobil.htm)
