Step 1: Service manual way (way 1)
1. Unplug POWER and USB.
2. Open the door of the printer and PRESS and HOLD the POWER button
3. Connect the POWER cable
4. Close the printer door, off the POWER button.
5. Turn on the printer as normal & should not blinking anymore
