200 gr. brašna&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

50 ml ulja&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
1 i po kašika začina&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
bibera po želji&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
3 litre vode&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
sok pola limuna&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
peršun &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Priprema: pržiti brašno uz stalno mešanje ( bez ulja ) dok ne dobije oker do zlatno žutu boju ... skloniti sa vatre i dodati ulje i dalje mešati ( ovde morate biti brzi jer brašno gori ) . Preliti potom vodom , dodati začin , pobiberiti i kuvati desetak minuta. Na kraju dodati limunov sok ili kašiku sirćeta. Posuti peršunom.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Počeo je post i ovu čorbu često pravim. U mojim kulinarskim počecima&amp;nbsp; sam stavljala previše ulja , pa su se žalili da je previše masno .... tako da sam se odlučila za južnjačku varijantu prženja brašna.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Post podrazumeva " čišćenje " organizma i duha ... posle dva meseca slavlja i svega što smo " proždrnuli " prija mala promena . Najbitnije , treba preskočiti sopstvenu senku&amp;nbsp; i otkloniti možda najgoru balkansku manu " da komšiji crkne krava ".&lt;/div&gt;

Držala sam se recepta. Namotavanje možda zahteva malo više strpljenja&amp;nbsp; .... kao kalup su mi poslužile tegle od 450 gr obmotane alu folijom. Držala sam se zakona fizike da se tela na visokoj temperaturi zagrevaju , a pri hladnoći skupljaju. Pekla sam oko 50 tak minuta ...u pleh sam sipala malo vode i počela sa temperaturom od 150 stepeni pri malo otvorenim vratima pećnice . Posle desetak minuta sam pojačala na 180 i pekla dalje 30 minuta , da bi pri kraju pojačala na 200 stepeni.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Imala sam problema sa skidanjem pečenih trdelnika. Dva od sedam kalupa su preživela . Početna misao da se tegle šire od toplote, a posle malo " skupe",&amp;nbsp; :D nije baš urodila plodom. Sledeći put ću obložiti debljim slojem alu folije ili koristiti ovu odličnu &lt;a href="http://1331999.blogspot.com/2012/02/kuvarijacije-kurtoskalacs.htm"&gt;ideju &lt;/a&gt;... ili ću kupiti manje oklagijice na pijaci ( investicija koja se isplati ). Bilo kako bilo- ceo ili u delovima :D, ukus je fantastičan i mogu svakom preporučiti&amp;nbsp; .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Priprema : prokuvati bosiljak sa vanil šećerom u 100 ml vode . Skloniti sa vatre i ostaviti 5 minuta da pusti svoju aromu. Procediti i pomešati sa omekšalim želatinom&amp;nbsp; ( prema uputstvu sa kesice ) . Malo ohladiti . Isitniti kruške u blenderu ili miksirštapom&amp;nbsp; i pomešati sa kiselom pavlakom ili umućenom slatkom pavlakom . Na kraju sipati " čaj " od bosiljka i sve sjediniti. Sipati u kalupe ili šolje za belu kafu ( ukupno 4 ) i ostaviti da želira 4 sata u frižideru . Poslužiti po želji ... sa kompotom ili karamel sosom.&lt;br /&gt;

Jelena je perfekcionista . Svidja mi se kombinacija očuvanja starih recepata od zaborava i hrabrosti da isproba nešto novo, što i treba da odlikuje svakog blogera. Recepti su praćeni slikama po koracima pripreme , tako da i potpuni amater u kuvanju može bez problema da pripremi specijalitete iz Jelenine kuhinje. Jelena je ljubitelj začina i zeleniša kao i ja ...&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp; Bliži se proleće , pa sam se i ja odlučila za tople boje. Kao ljubitelj limuna i bezea&amp;nbsp; , ova pita mi je odmah zapala za oko. Obično pripremam dva recepta , ali nekad vreme samo " pobegne " ... tako da sam se odlučila za varijantu " jedan , ali vredan :D ".&lt;/div&gt;

Zamenila sam vodu sa neutralnim sojinim neutralnim&amp;nbsp; mlekom , ostalo po receptu. - stavila sam 6 jaja. U početku sam mislila da će biti možda malo sladja . Medjutim limunova kora i sok su joj dale svežinu. Oduševljena sam lakoćom pripreme . maslina sa paprikom&lt;br /&gt;2 barena jaja &lt;br /&gt;malo kečapa &lt;br /&gt;40 gr. edamera&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Priprema : &lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

 minuta . Na kraju dodati kari i senf , pobiberiti , posoliti ( zavisi 
od slanine ) , promešati i skloniti sa vatre . Kad se ohladi isitniti u

Podeliti na dva dela . Ispeći dve kore u pek papirom obloženom plehu 
prečnika&amp;nbsp; 30 cm 35 do 40 minuta na 180 stepeni , na srednjoj šini . 
Ispečene osloboditi pek papira i ohladiti. Filovati kore sledećim filom.

majoneza ) . Kad se ohladi&amp;nbsp; , sjediniti sa izgnječenom fetom , kiselom 
pavlakom, iseckanim barenim jajima , iseckanom pečenicom , alpskom 
salamom, edamerom i krastavčićima .&lt;/div&gt;

 i seckanim maslinama.&lt;br /&gt;

Obično se ne pridržavam recepta ... ali pošto sam prvi put pravila .. pokušala sam. Dubravka je sigurno pravila ovu pitu hiljadu puta , tako da postoji očigledna razlika u slikama :D.&lt;/div&gt;

Ja baš nisam neki majstor u štrudlama .... a ovaj recept sam morala prilagoditi sebi i znam sledeći put kako ću praviti .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Testo od 600 gr. brašna i 200 ml mleka , vode i jaja je previše tečno i malo teže za obradu. Ipak treba od 900 do 1000 gr. brašna , mada je i tad mekano .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Recept je čamio 20 tak godina u teci ... da bi ponovo bio otkriven. Ipak, neke vrednosti ne zastarevaju. Krem je možda malo " heavy " zbog margarina .. u početku mi se činilo da sam i presladila ( što se veoma retko dešava ) . Na kraju dodati limunov sok.Skloniti sa pare i ohladiti . Penasto umutiti margarin ili puter ( ko kako voli ) sa 100 gr. šećera . Dodavati u umućen margarin kašiku po kašiku krema i dalje mutiti mikserom dok se ne utroši krem . &lt;/div&gt;

ovo je brza varijanta ... ko voli jabuke u šlafroku , voleće i ovaj kolač. Testo je slično testu za palačinke, ali ni u kom slučaju nije gletav. Prilikom pečenja jabuke se istope , a testo bude lako , vazdušasto . Brzo se pravi i skraćuje vreme koje provedete za šporetom pohujući i cedeći ulje i mogu reći da je light varijanta . Ima kalorija , ali ne toliko kao istoimeni šlafrok :D .&lt;br /&gt;

Ovo je porodični recept ... u sezoni višanja glavni desert kod nas . Lagan i jednostavan .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Silom prilika sam sad uzela u hipermarketu ... i nisu nekog kvaliteta . Em su gorke , osušene .. a i&amp;nbsp; uvek kad uzmem kupljenu kutiju setim se uvek dedinog sela i voćnjaka tadašnje poznate firme koja je prskala&amp;nbsp; svaki dan - 15 dana zrele višnje kako bi opstale i stigle do potrošača. Kod nas ne postoji još kontrola prskanja , tako da bi preporučila svakom da u sezoni napravi kompote ili stavi u zamrzivač.&lt;/div&gt;

Vratiti na šporet i kuvati na tihoj vatri jo dva do tri minuta dok se ne zgusne - uz stalno mešanje . Ostaviti u frižderu dva sata .&lt;/div&gt;

Alfons Schubeck je poznati nemački kuvar . Nazivaju ga i Kräuterhexe ( vidar, biljar )&amp;nbsp; zato što kuva dosta sa biljkama . U petak sam videla njegovu emisiju i ovaj recept mi nije izlazio iz glave. Kandidati&amp;nbsp; ni( su ) baš ispunili zadatak ... a ja radoznala , rešila da se oprobam . I mogu vam reći .. nisam odavno jela ovako dobru čorbu. Ko voli da experimentiše ....izmenila sam malo recept , jer je moja bila previše gusta .. tako da&amp;nbsp; pravilo 1/3 povrća i slatke pavlake i polovina supe nije važila u mom slučaju.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
Dašak svetske kuhinje u domu kada se sami osećate kao vrhunski kuvar. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sastojci :&lt;br /&gt;
640 gr. celera iseckanog u kockice&lt;br /&gt;
2, 5 litre vode&lt;br /&gt;
1 i po kašika začina&lt;br /&gt;
1 kašičica soli&lt;br /&gt;
bibera po ukusu&lt;br /&gt;
1 kašičica djumbira&lt;br /&gt;
6 oljuštenih jabuka i isečenih na ploške&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr. putera&lt;br /&gt;
2 kašike šećera&lt;br /&gt;
na vrh noža cimeta&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr. mlevenih badema ili oraha&lt;br /&gt;
250 ml neutralne slatke pavlake&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Priprema :&lt;br /&gt;
Staviti celer da se kuva u vodi , sa začinom 30 minuta na tihoj vatri .&lt;br /&gt;
Za to vreme karamelizirati šećer u tiganju&amp;nbsp; i dodati 50 gr. putera i jabuke . Dinstati 5 minuta uz povremeno mešanje. Posuti cimetom.&lt;br /&gt;
Kad je celer skuvan , miksirstapom usitniti&amp;nbsp; ( stavite neku kuhinjsku krpu preko šerpe da ne prska okolo ) i dodati djumbir&amp;nbsp; .Posoliti , pobiberiti i dodati 50 gr. hladnog putera i slatku pavlaku. Miksirstapom miksati dok se ne stvori pena .&lt;br /&gt;
Serviranje : staviti dinstane jabuke na sredinu dubljeg tanjira , okolo sipati supu i posuti sa kašikom mlevenih badema ( u originalu oraha ).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Možda će vam se kombinacija činiti čudnom , ali " papreni " ukus celera , bibera ublažava slatka pavlaka i putar ... sa prodinstanim jabukama .... saaaaan. &lt;br /&gt;

2 kašičice Matcha japanskog čaja&lt;br /&gt;
4 kašičice hladne vode&lt;br /&gt;
10 gr. belog želatina u prahu&lt;br /&gt;
sok jednog limuna&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
75 do 100 gr. maline ( sveže ili iz zamrzivača ) &lt;br /&gt;
Priprema :&lt;br /&gt;

Skloniti sa pare i dodati omekšali želatin ( prema uputstvu ) i limunov sok . Dobro izmešati i ostaviti da se malo ohladi.&amp;nbsp; Matchu razmutiti u vodi i dodati kremu&amp;nbsp; ... Matcha se ne sme podrgrevati ili preliti vrućom vodom... najbolje žicom umutiti .&lt;/div&gt;

Umutiti 250 ml slatke pavlake&amp;nbsp; . Krem polako sipati u umućenu slatku pavlaku i mešati dok se ne sjedini .&lt;/div&gt;

Sipati krem u čaše i ostaviti sat vremena u frižderu da se stegne . Potom ukrasiti sa malinama i 150 ml umućene slatke pavlake . Ostaviti u frižderu da odstoji barem dva sata .&lt;/div&gt;

Šteta je ukuvati ribizle&amp;nbsp; zbog vitamina C i antioksidativnog dejstva ... odlučila sam se za 10 gr crvenog želatina i pola šolje vode ... rastopila prema uputstvu i pomešala sa ribizlama . 400 gr. mrkve&lt;br /&gt;
400 gr. bundeve&lt;br /&gt;
4 glavice crnog luka&lt;br /&gt;
1 glavica&amp;nbsp; belog&amp;nbsp; luka&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr. praziluka&lt;br /&gt;
6 kašika soja sosa&lt;br /&gt;
6 kašika&amp;nbsp; belog balzamikovog sirćeta ( može i crno kao zamena )&lt;br /&gt;
so , biber po ukusu&lt;br /&gt;
kašičicu začina&lt;br /&gt;
400 gr. ananasa&lt;br /&gt;
400 gr. kukuruza šećerca&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Priprema :&lt;br /&gt;
Iseckati crni luk, beli i praziluk&amp;nbsp; i propržiti na ulju. Dodati iseckanu bundevu i dinstati oko desetak minuta . Potom dodati kukuruz i&amp;nbsp; začin , promešati i dalje dinstati oko 8 minuta.... zatim dodati mrkvu promešati i dinstati dalje oko 15 minuta.&amp;nbsp; ( vreme kuvanja bundeve je 30 minuta, kukuruza šećerca 20 , a mrkve 12 minuta ).&lt;br /&gt;

Posle dodati iseckani ananas , posoliti , pobiberiti ... preliti soja sosom ... dinstati još 5 minuta. Skloniti sa vatre i preliti balzamikovim sirćetom i dobro izmešati .&lt;br /&gt;
Dobra je i hladna i topla. Servirati po želji. &lt;br /&gt;

svake godine se potrudim da napravim nešto novo ...ove godine je Pesak torta došla na red ; u posnoj varijanti ... isti recept je i za mrsnu ... samo zameniti sojino mleko sa mlekom.&lt;br /&gt;
Kad uzimate sojino mleko .. gledajte sastojke . Postoji i sa mlečnim proteinima . Mi ne koristimo posni šlag. Ko želi .. može ukrasiti .&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sastojci :&lt;br /&gt;
1,7 litra sojinog mleka neutralnog ukusa&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;6 vanil pudinga&lt;br /&gt;
12 kašika šećera&lt;br /&gt;
300 gr mlevenog posnog keksa&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr prženog , oljuštenog , mlevenog lešnika&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr. blanširanog, oljuštenog , mlevenog badema&lt;br /&gt;
75 gr. kokosa&lt;br /&gt;
250 gr. margarina&lt;br /&gt;
sok jednog limuna&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Priprema :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Razmutiti&amp;nbsp; prašak za vanil puding u 200 ml sojinog mleka . Staviti preostalo soj. mleko da se kuva sa 6 kašika šećera . Kad proključa sipati razmućeni vanil puding i kuvati 1 minut uz mešanje . Skloniti sa vatre . Staviti alu foliju na puding ( da se ne bi stvorila kožica... ako se i stvori - lepi se za alu foliju ). Ostaviti puding na hladnom mestu da se ohladi .&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Umutiti penasto margarin sa&amp;nbsp; 6 kašika šećera . Dodavati kašiku po kašiku skuvanog pudinga i dalje mutiti dok se smesa ne utroši . Dodati keks i limunov sok&amp;nbsp; , izmešati i podeliti na tri dela .&lt;/div&gt;

U prvi staviti lešnike , drugi kokos i u treći bademe . Staviti na tacnu prsten za tortu , dno posuti kristal šećerom i mazati prvi fil od lešnika, potom fil od&amp;nbsp; kokosa i na kraju fil od badema . &lt;/div&gt;

Premazati glazurom od čokolade : 100 gr. posne crne čokolade rastopiti na pari sa 50 gr. margarina , 4 kašike šećera i 4 kašike vode . Ostaviti preko noći da se stegne .&lt;/div&gt;

Sastojci :&lt;br /&gt;
1 kg brašna tip 400&lt;br /&gt;
1 ravna kašičica šećera&lt;br /&gt;
200 ml ulja&lt;br /&gt;
1 puna kašičica soli&lt;br /&gt;
40 gr. svežeg kvasca&lt;br /&gt;
350 ml mlake vode&lt;br /&gt;
malo svete vode&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Priprema :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Prosejati brašno . Rastopiti kvasac u vodi i sipati u brašno. Dodati šećer , ulje , so i osvećenu vodu&amp;nbsp; i mesiti dok testo se ne odvoji od ruku . Prekriti krpom i ostaviti da nadodje na toplom mestu&amp;nbsp; ( otprilike sat vremena ).&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Razmesiti testo na brašnjavoj podlozi . Podeliti na jednu veću jufku i dve manje ( od kojih pravimo ukrase ) .&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Veću jufku staviti u podmazan pleh prečnika 28 ili 30 cm&amp;nbsp; i ukrašavati ostatkom testa . Ja obično stavljam krst , ocila , goluba - predstavlja Svetog Duha , groždje i pšenicu - simbolišu hleb i vino potrebne za svetu Evharistiju itd.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Kad završimo sa ukrašavanjem&amp;nbsp; , premazati uljem i ostaviti da se testo " digne " 30 minuta i potom peći 80 minuta na 180 stepeni.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Teško je naći dobar kakao kod nas, jer u većini slučajeva su već pomešani sa prah šećerom .. inače sa kvalitetnim kakaoom kontrast je jači , a da ne pričam o ukusu . Bilo kako bilo... bitan je ukus . Priprema :&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
 Prosejati brašno sa praškom za pecivo . Dodati jogurt, ulje i izmešati i potom preostale sastojke .... mešati dok se ne sjedini . Podmazati pleh prečnika 36 cm&amp;nbsp; i sipati pola smese i peći 20 minuta na 200 stepeni.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Za to vreme staviti bundevu iseckanu na kockice da se kuva u 200 ml vode 20 minuta . Potom ocediti vodu , izgnječiti bundevu i dodati šećer , rendanu koru limuna i limunov sok.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Namazati fil od bundeve na polupečenu koru&amp;nbsp; , preliti preostalim testom i peći još 40 do 45 minuta na 200 stepeni.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Kolač potpuno ohladiti i potom seći .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Ko voli može dodati i kašičicu cimeta u smesu za kore, a mislim da i par kapi neke arome primer kajsije ili breskve u fil&amp;nbsp; ne bi škodilo. Moji su komentarisali da fil liči na kajsiju .. verovatno zbog limuna je delovalo voćkasto. &lt;/div&gt;

pola češnja belog luka&lt;br /&gt;
1 kašika karija&lt;br /&gt;
 2, 5&amp;nbsp; litre vode &lt;br /&gt;
1,5 rendane bundeve&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr. krompira&lt;br /&gt;
1 do 1, 5 kašike začina ili soli .. zavisi od slanine&lt;br /&gt;
kašiku ili dve mirodjije&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Priprema :&lt;br /&gt;

Propržiti slaninicu da otpusti mast , dodati crni luk i beli i dinstati dok luk ne omekša. Posuti&amp;nbsp; karijem - ne sme dugo da se prži , postaje gorak. Dodati bundevu,krompir ,&amp;nbsp; preliti vodom ... začiniti, pobiberiti i ostaviti da se krčka oko pola sata . Potom&amp;nbsp; miksirstapom usitniti ... posuti mirodjijom. Skloniti sa vatre i ostaviti da odstoji 10- tak minuta . &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ko voli kiselo&amp;nbsp; - može dodati kiselu pavlaku... ko masnije - slatku pavlaku .... sve zavisi od ukusa. Ja volim u izvornom obliku.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bundeva ima diuretično dejstvo - dobra je za pacijente koji imaju probleme sa bubrezima itd. &lt;br /&gt;

Napolju je ispod nule .. magla , tmurno vreme ... slobodnog vremena na pretek .&lt;br /&gt;
Videh temu.... i zasukla rukave ... &lt;br /&gt;

Težina pripreme je srednja . Uglavnom sam se pridržavala recepta... pravila sam duplu meru i ispekla tri pleha mirisnih kiflica. Jedne sam filovala sirom , druge paštetom i treće ajvarom.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Ne premazujem kiflice nikad belancetom... uvek uljem , iz razloga što mi uvek zagori... a ne volim " gorak " ukus kiflica.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/div&gt;

Podržavam ideju da se starinski recepti spasu od zaborava ... to mi svi nekako i činimo . Obično ljudi gundjaju da se ljudi ne pamte po hrani . Nije u pitanju hrana ,nego neka vrsta vremeplova ili rituala koji su naši stari imali. Samim pravljenjem se oživljavaju neka stara vremena ...prenosi kolektivno znanje- tradicija&amp;nbsp; s jednog kolena na drugo. Taci je to uspelo i&amp;nbsp; mislim da je Ana ponosna na nju . &lt;/div&gt;

Sastojci :&lt;br /&gt;
3 šolje rendane bundeve&lt;br /&gt;
1 šolja ulja&lt;br /&gt;
1 šolja šećera&lt;br /&gt;
1 šolja mlevenih lešnika ili oraha&lt;br /&gt;
2 šolje brašna&lt;br /&gt;
2 vanil šećera &lt;br /&gt;
1 kašičica sode bikarbone&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr. suvog groždja&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Priprema :&lt;br /&gt;
Izmešati sve sastojke i smesu sipati u podmazan pleh prečnika 32 cm. Peći 50 do 55 minuta na 200 stepeni. iznenadićete se koliko je dobar kolač ! &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Za kore :&lt;br /&gt;
1 litar jogurta&lt;br /&gt;
750 gr. kukuruznog brašna ( uzela sam grublje , mada može i mešano fino i grubo pola - pola )&lt;br /&gt;
200 ml ulja&lt;br /&gt;
6 kašika šećera&lt;br /&gt;
2 vanil - šećera&lt;br /&gt;
6 žumanaca&lt;br /&gt;
sok pola limuna&lt;br /&gt;
1 prašak za pecivo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fil :&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr. putera&lt;br /&gt;
800 gr. rendane bundeve&lt;br /&gt;
5 kašika šećera&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Za šne :&lt;br /&gt;
6 belanaca&lt;br /&gt;
6 kašika šećera&lt;br /&gt;
6 kašika hladne vode&lt;br /&gt;
sok pola limuna&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Priprema :&lt;br /&gt;
Pomešati kukuruzno brašno sa praškom za pecivo i naizmenično dodavati jogurt i ulje uz mešanje ... na kraju dodati šećer, limunov sok i žumanca i mešati dok se ne sjedini. Podeliti smesu na dva dela .&lt;br /&gt;
Prvi deo sipati u podmazan pleh dijametra 36 cm i peći 20 minuta na 185 stepeni.&lt;br /&gt;
Fil :otopiti putar , dodati bundevu i šećer - kuvati 5 minuta dok bundeva ne omekša.&lt;br /&gt;
Izvaditi polupečeno testo iz rerne i premazati ga bundevom i sipati drugi deo testa preko . Vratiti u pećnicu i dalje peći još 35 minuta na istoj temperaturi dok kora ne dobije zlatno - žutu boju .&lt;br /&gt;
Šne : 6 belanaca penasto umutiti ... dodati šećer i vodu i dalje mutiti dok ne postane čvrst šne ( otprilike 5 do 7 minuta ) . Na kraju dodati limunov sok .&lt;br /&gt;
Kad je kolač pečen, premazati šneom i vratiti da se zapeče 5 minuta na 200 stepeni.&lt;br /&gt;
Seći po želji kad se malo ohladi.&lt;br /&gt;
Serviranje : preliven karamel sosom . &lt;br /&gt;

10 kašika žutog šećera &lt;br /&gt;
800 gr. brašna tip 400 &lt;br /&gt;
1 prašak za pecivo&lt;br /&gt;
 1 šolja jogurta&lt;br /&gt;
1 šolja kisele pavlake&lt;br /&gt;
1 šolja ulja&lt;br /&gt;
sok i rendana kora jednog limuna&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
za fil : &lt;br /&gt;
360 gr. kikirikija&lt;br /&gt;
5 kašika žutog šećera&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr . čokolade&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Priprema :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Prosejati brašno sa praškom za pecivo . Dodati preostale sastojke i mesiti dok masa ne bude homogena . Ostaviti da odmori pola sata . Podeliti testo na dva dela . Potom razviti&amp;nbsp; jednu jufku&amp;nbsp; oklagijom&amp;nbsp; debljine 1 cm&amp;nbsp; i namazati filom od kikirikija .&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Kikiriki fil : propržiti kikiriki , dodati šećer i karamelizirati . Skloniti sa vatre i ohladiti. Grublje samleti na secku . Otopiti čokoladu i pomešati sa mlevenim kikirikijem .&lt;/div&gt;

Premazano testo uviti . Ponoviti postupak još jednom.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Peći 50 do 60 minuta na 180 stepeni. Posuti prah šećerom.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Tema ovog meseca časopisa " Pošalji recept " je bila štrudla .&lt;/div&gt;

Štrudla nije moja jača strana :D ali Bože moj, dala sam sve od sebe . Pravila sam još i od maka, rogača i oraha ... ali recept&amp;nbsp; ću objaviti jednom drugom prilikom . Ova mi je ipak najbolje uspela .&lt;/div&gt;

Bilo nas je tridesetak&amp;nbsp; ...bile su štrudle : sa sirom , makom , pekmezom , orasima , višnjama&amp;nbsp; ... raznovrsnosti i kreativnosti nije bilo kraja . Ova manifestacija je humanitarnog karaktera ... sve štrudle su namenjene deci ometenoj u razvoju u Veterniku .&lt;/div&gt;

Deep desch&amp;nbsp; na naš način .. kad lene pite mogu biti slatke, mogu i slane
 . Lagana večerica ili kao predjelo na nekom slavlju ....&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Testo :&lt;span class="block g_2 txt_r"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 šolja jogurta &lt;br /&gt;1 šolja ulja&lt;br /&gt;
2 šolje brašna&lt;br /&gt;
1 prašak za pecivo&lt;br /&gt;
pola kašičice soli&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
3 jaja&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fil :&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr. rendanog kačkavalja&lt;br /&gt;
150 do 200 gr. salame po želji&lt;br /&gt;
6 kašika kečapa&lt;br /&gt;
3 feferone&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
za premazati :&lt;br /&gt;
3 kašike pesta od bosiljka&lt;br /&gt;
50 gr. rendanog kačkavalja&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Priprema :&lt;br /&gt;
Prosejati brašno sa praškom za pecivo, dodati ulje i jogurt&amp;nbsp; , jaja i 
sve izmešati. Podeliti smesu na dva dela .&lt;br /&gt;
Podmazati pleh prečnika 32 cm i sipati jednu polovinu smese . Peći na 
200 stepeni 20 minuta. Izvaditi iz rerne , namazati kečapom, posuti sir ,
 salamu i feferone i premazati drugim delom smese .&lt;br /&gt;
Vratiti u rernu i peći na 200 stepeni još 25 do 30 minuta. Izvaditi 
ponovo i namazati pestom od bosiljka i posuti sa 50 gr. kačkavalja i 
zapeći u rerni 5 minuta. Ostaviti da se ohladi - 5 minuta i potom seći u
