Siêu thị nào ở Nhật cũng hầu như có bán cá thu đã được ướp muối sẵn. Gần đây, tôi tìm được loại cá này ở một siêu thị Hàn Quốc, và cả ở siêu thị Việt Nam mới mở. Bao bì bên ngoài in chữ Hàn. Hỏi thăm người bạn Hàn Quốc mới biết ngươì Hàn chế biến loại cá thu ướp muối này bằng cách chiên với dầu. Bài đã lấy một sự việc cụ thể xung quanh chuyện gọt và không gọt trái dưa leo.
