℗ 2012 Schoolboy/Universal Republic Records, a division of UMG
Recordings, Inc.

Biography
South Korean singer and rapper PSY became an international sensation with the outrageously silly video for his 2012 hit "Gangnam Style." The artist, born Park Jae-Sang, is a graduate of Boston University and Berklee College of Music and began his music career in 2001 with the album PSY from the PSYcho World! The album's in-your-face lyrics connected with Korean teens but concerned civil groups, causing PSY to pay fines and restrict sales to adults only. He capitalized on the controversy by releasing two more albums, Sa 2 and 3 PSY, a year later, which earned songwriting accolades at the 2004 SBS and Seoul Music Awards. Third album Sa Jib (Sa House) followed in 2006, along with more honors from the SBS Music Awards and M.net KM Music Festival. Aside from his regular recording and performing duties, PSY became a familiar face with appearances on Korean game shows like X-Man and talk shows like Golden Fishery, bringing his flashy style and offbeat charm to the masses. Fifth album PSY Five arrived in 2010 as the artist signed to YG Entertainment, one of Korea's largest talent agencies and record labels, and took home trophies from the Melon, Seoul, and M.net Asian Music Awards ceremonies. PSY kicked off 2011 with Best Album honors from the 20th High1 Seoul Music Festival and by the following spring he joined the cast of the Korean televised talent competition Superstar K as judge. His fame reached international status in summer 2012 with the release of the album PSY's Best 6th Part 1, propelled by the single "Gangnam Style," which he immortalized in a video with campy choreography that simulated riding a horse. Within a month of its release, the video racked up over 28 million hits on YouTube and inspired parody clips from all corners of the globe.

Customer ReviewsAwesome new Ghost Radar app!
by DocFreud
This does so much more than the previous Ghost Radar apps. I love that I can post my readings to Facebook and that I can take pictures when it speaks words! Can't wait to use the on my next ghost hunt :)
The best
by Blazey31
Glad to see the upgrade , and all the new features! Two words "BUY IT" won't regret.
Not as good as GR Legacy!
by Mike21345
After comparing the two GR legacy and connect app, I have to say - disappointing! In GR connect, The radar sweep was confusing to be configurable - the speed knob wasn't responsive to any kind of changes - the trick was to use two fingers to twist the knob - d'oh - not easy!
You can't use the cam obviously with the fone face down, yet the app doesn't change screen layout when laying on its side so that the cam would see anything. Lame!
I don't see a way to take pix when the voice is detected - no real options of any kind for auto EVP or pix with activity. Taking pix requires pushing the red camera button, but then you have to touch the screen which should disturb the field, right? Lame implementation of the cam, definitely.
Little to no documentation for the new app. Lame!
Each event has to be deleted separately! Lame!
C'mon devs - this is NOT worth the $3!

John Steinbeck’s Nobel Prize–winning tale of commitment, loneliness, hope, and loss—now an eBook enhanced with exclusive content, including an interview with James Earl Jones, for the ultimate educational experience An intimate portrait of two men who cherish the slim bond between them and the dream they share in a world marred by petty tyranny, misunderstanding, jealousy, and callousness. Clinging to each other in their loneliness and alienation, George and his simple-minded friend Lennie dream, as drifters will, of a place to call their own—a couple of acres and a few pigs, chickens, and rabbits back in Hill Country where land is cheap. But after they come to work on a ranch in the fertile Salinas Valley of California, their hopes, like “the best laid schemes o’mice an’ men,” begin to go awry. A rarity in American letters, Of Mice and Men achieved remarkable success as a novel, a Broadway play, and two acclaimed films. Now enhanced with additional content, Of Mice and Men: Amplified allows the reader to delve into one of Steinbeck’s most beloved novels as never before. Requirements: Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.Requires iOS 3.1.3 or later

Description

Oscilloscope for iOS is a powerful digital Oscilloscope & Signal Generator app. Designed to plot audio signals, monitor equipment, analyze events, and test circuits, it is also an excellent learning tool. Its GUI includes many standard oscilloscope controls, such as: triggering, time and voltage per division, signal measurement cursors, and more. The app also incorporates a signal (function) generator capable of generating sine, square, triangle, and sawtooth waveforms of up to 22 KHz. Calibration to an external reference signal is supported, guaranteeing the accuracy of measurements.

Input is acquired via the built-in microphone or a probe connected to the headset connector. For best results one could use an external accessory such as a dock connector audio input device for the iPhone/iPod touch, or USB audio input such as Griffin iMic for the iPad. When connecting external signals via probes, you should take care not to exceed 1V AC voltage. Currently iDevices only support AC input.

Feature Highlights:
* Real-time waveform display (60 FPS)
* Triggering modes: Normal, Auto, Single
* Set trigger level and pre-trigger time
* Built-in function generator
* Reference signal calibration
* Pause function to get a screen capture
* Measure signal data using cursors
* Use "finger pinch" on screen to set voltage and time base
* Double tap screen to enter Black Panel mode
* Four color themes to choose from
* Retina display support

What's New in Version 1.9
- Signal generator switchable to the audio output. You can use that signal to stimulate external circuits and feed their output back into the iDevice input for analysis.
- Performance improvements.

Awesome tool

by Madscien
These guys are great. I asked for the audio out so you can study filter circuits and got a dual signal generator! Left and right separately programmable, frequency and wave shape. Great display. This app rocks.

Oscilloscope is like the real thing

by MicroHydroMan

Oscilloscope works right out of the box using the built-in mike for input. For more serious work the USB audio interface via the iPad Camera connection kit is recommended, though I have not tried that yet. The built-in signal (function) generator is useful as you can get audio feedback while viewing the wave shapes. All the controls and adjustments normally found on a scope are nicely integrated into the iPad / Pod / Phone environment. This app certainly costs way less than a comparable o-scope! -Rob-

“Lisbeth Salander is one of the most original characters in a thriller to come along in a while.”
--The New York Times

Stieg Larsson’s trilogy that began with The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo has become this generation’s international bestselling phenomenon.

Disgraced crusading journalist Mikael Blomkvist has no idea of the levels of conspiracy he will uncover when is enlisted to investigate the unsolved disappearance nearly forty years ago of a Swedish industrialist’s niece. And when the pierced and tattooed computer savant Lisbeth Salander joins him, together they unearth layers and layers of secrets and scandals that permeate the highest levels of society, from politics to finance to the legal system itself--at the bottom of which lies unimaginable cruelty perpetrated on the weak. In the course of these three shocking, unputdownable thrillers, we encounter one of the most heroic of survivors, as she battles some of the most heartless villains ever imagined.

Tat-Fire-Nest

by JuAnMiEd
This trilogy is worth reading, I read and watched these books and I recommend. In my opinion, the first book and film is the best with the second being well second and the last seemed to drag out the fact that the end was near. I am looking forward to the US version since i think the Swedish version could be a bit more graphic, so know that this is not for children. It is worth downloading and buying!!!

Phenomenal!

by jenwelsby
This trilogy is an amazing story with complex characters and a plot that is full of twists and turns. Sometimes the detailed historical descriptions of people and events become slightly overwhelming. I I think this is partly due to the fact that it is referencing people and events in Sweden which are completely unfamiliar.

If you can persevere through those sections, it is worth every second. It kept me riveted and I liked the books even better the second time around! Now I am anxious to see it come to life on the big screen!!

Girl with the Dragon Tattoo Trilogy

by Sandy Matuschak
Loved these books and were very are to put down! An intense story with very dense writing and graphic details, so not one to breeze through.. Larsson is masterful at keeping your attention at all times, and also uses his interest in political corruption throughout the story. There are many people, plots, and unusual twists that will keep you guessing and glued to these books. Very highly recommend, and by far the best thriller that I have read in years!

Description

Imagine a Britain stripped of democracy: a world of the not-too-distant future, in which freedom was not lost, but surrendered willingly to a totalitarian regime that rose to power by exploiting the people's worst fears and most damning weaknesses.

This is the setting for the parable of Evey, a young woman who is saved from death by a masked man calling himself only V. Beguiling and dangerous, V ignites the fuse of revolution when he urges his fellow citizens to wake up and shed the blanket of tyranny and oppression in which they have permitted themselves to be cloaked.

While those in power take steps to neutralize the threat, the police pursue the mystery of V, unaware of the terrible truth that awaits them at the end of the trail. It is Evey, however, who, with V as her enigmatic guide, sets out on the most painful path of all: a journey of deception and self-discovery, deconstruction and re-creation, vindication and vengeance.

Much better now with pasteboard functionality.
Thanks for making DM1 an awesome tool in the studio.

choice drum sequencing

by freesoulvw
This has been my favorite drum machine since it was first released. With the addition of all the new synths and different types of percussions other then the normal drum kits and electronic kits is amazing. I would love to see more of these in the future. The DM "house" kits are great. The automation is great. It's step/bar graph based and it works. I would still like to see the ribbon controller pitch mod be mapped to the record automation as well as the FX.

It's musical and experimental or it can be normal and traditional. It's really up to you.I think I paid $.99 when this app first came out. I am still amazed by it. Based on all the features it has now and what might come in the future I would have spent $20 on this one and still had a smile on my face. This app is the one to rule them all. If you are looking for a drum machine and are getting a little tired of ielectribe then this will be a treat. Buy this now guys. Not kidding one of the most creative tools I've ever used, and it's "just a drum machine".

Stylish is as Fingerlab does

by @GreyBurkart
Update: Chances are the dropped MIDI notes are not from DM1's side but from the sequencer. Enjoy that well-deserved 5th star, my bad.

comment: Awesome app

Description
There is a competitive advantage out there, arguably more powerful than any other. Is it superior strategy? Faster innovation? Smarter employees? No, New York Times best-selling author, Patrick Lencioni, argues that the seminal difference between successful companies and mediocre ones has little to do with what they know and how smart they are and more to do with how healthy they are. In this book, Lencioni brings together his vast experience and many of the themes cultivated in his other best-selling books and delivers a first: a cohesive and comprehensive exploration of the unique advantage organizational health provides.

Simply put, an organization is healthy when it is whole, consistent and complete, when its management, operations and culture are unified. Healthy organizations outperform their counterparts, are free of politics and confusion and provide an environment where star performers never want to leave. Lencioni’s first non-fiction book provides leaders with a groundbreaking, approachable model for achieving organizational health—complete with stories, tips and anecdotes from his experiences consulting to some of the nation’s leading organizations. In this age of informational ubiquity and nano-second change, it is no longer enough to build a competitive advantage based on intelligence alone. The Advantage provides a foundational construct for conducting business in a new way—one that maximizes human potential and aligns the organization around a common set of principles.

Works great

by George Steinmetz
I wondered what the 60 Hz electrical hum would sound like in UK, so I downloaded this and easily entered 60 Hz & 50 Hz for comparison. Next I mucked with US & UK dial tones, ringback tones, etc. (One improvement could be to link multiple frequencies together so they can be turned on & off together, and (this one's harder) possibly on/off cadences. Also, I quickly filled up the 12 entries, but I just deleted unneeded ones.)

Does what it says.

by RCBucket
Would be five stars if it were easier and faster to get to tones that are far apart. Either adding +1000, +100 and +1 buttons would help or I would really like to see a way to type in a frequency rather than having to push the .1 button a ton of times to get what I need.

Great Program

by CelloCool
I use this program to practice my intonation during scales. Easy to use, although I agree that adding a +/- 100 would be useful.

Description
When Ivy met Rachel, the result wasn’t exactly love at first sight. Sparks flew as the living vampire and the stubborn witch learned what it meant to be partners. Now Kim Harrison, the acclaimed author of Pale Demon and Black Magic Sanction, turns back the clock to tell the tale—in an original full-color graphic novel.

Hot-as-hell, tough-as-nails detective Ivy Tamwood has been demoted from homicide down to lowly street-crime detail. As if rousting trolls and policing pixies instead of catching killers wasn’t bad enough, she’s also been saddled with a newbie partner who’s an earth witch. It’s enough to make any living vampire bare her fangs. But when a coven of murderous witches begins preying on werewolves, Rachel Morgan quickly proves she’s a good witch who knows how to be a badass.

Together, Ivy and Rachel hit the mean streets to deal swift justice to the evil element among Cincinnati’s supernatural set. But there’s more to their partnership than they realize—and more blood and black magic in their future than they bargained for.

Great app that just keeps getting better

by max buxton
I initially recommend this app to a customer of mine (I'm a consultant) based on various reviews I read on the web. After setting him up and showing him how to access his files via Dropbox, I was very impressed. Picked up a copy for myself and never looked back.

I love that it will work with my MS Office files as well as my iWork docs.

Developers are very responsive and the product keeps maturing.

One very happy customer!

Best document app ever!

by Bradley Davidson

Awesome app

by Ngawang Jugney
Don't understand the negative ratings. Maybe people are not aware of what office suites for iPhone overall can and can't do. They all have their own problems, and there's a lot they still can't do, so don't expect all the features of a desktop program. Do your homework first. I've tried 2-3 office apps for iPhone and this is my favorite. It's not ugly and it has a lot of sensible interface decisions that make working with documents on a phone (a somewhat strange thing to begin with) reasonable. The main reason I got this was to have quick access to my cloud accounts, and it also does this well. I'm very pleased.

Excel! On my phone!

Update 8 Nov 2011: Still love & use this app :-)
-----
I am so glad I won this app at MacWorld! I don't use MS Office much, other than Excel, so I probably never would have discovered this app, let alone bought it, otherwise. But being able to not only read but edit --and even create-- Excel compatible spreadsheets on my iPhone is fantastic. If I hadn't already won it, I would buy this app for that alone. Being able to view, create & edit Word and now PowerPoint files is just an added bonus.

I really like the idea of this - trying for a Weight loss - Challge, and having the application tell me something new every day. It's almost like an advent calendar but with advice instead of chocolate! I noticed there's an option to skip ahead and view all days but I've resisted so far.
