Hey,

Finally got my hands on all the colours I wanted from the China Glaze Collection Electric Nights. I finally used them for this mani.

I used all 9 colours then stamped using my UberChic 2-03 plate clouds first thenGoogle StMerry plate image on top. Both images stamped using MDU black and white.

Pics are all pretty similar. Lol. I find my hands look like claws when I take pics. It's still not natural for me apparently. Lol

Hoping you are all doing great! I was in contact with Born Pretty Store to review a couple of their awesome plates. I have bought plates from them a few times, some nail art products and some uv light bulbs too. I have been very impressed with their service and products.

This butterfly plate gave beautiful options for my nails. I started with a gradient base using the Woman of Valour Collection. I stamped with MDU stamping polishes and used my new Creative stamper.

Update On Past Few Months

Hello Everyone who has kept me on their Blog list. I haven't posted anything since August 2014 due to some personal issues going on.

I will be going slow and can't promise to be posting regularly but I want to start posting weekly. I have been on Facebook and Instagram a lot in the past few months. They seem to be easier to access. Since Google Reader left I haven't been able to enjoy my blog list as much as I used to. I did instal Bliglovin as recommended but honestly I really don't like it. I hadn't been logging on to read regularly so it got very back logged and when I tried to open and read it was just so full that it either crashed my iPod/iPad so I wasn't able to continue. Or at least I didn't know how to continue without just marking all as read. I am a member of Many Facebook groups so I have been able to get my Nail Stamping fix there and Instagram.

My family computer has crashed and I am left with my iPod/iPad(when I can get access to it cuz hubby and youngest son won't ever let me use it) lol it's pretty funny how my hubby had been so adamant about not getting the iPad. It's too expensive, no one really uses it that much or it doesn't do anything. Lol

I had wanted it for myself really. I figured that it would go mostly unused like our older had gone for days at a time with no use. Well, hubby apparently has seen the iPad light. If my youngest is in school or playing on his xbox one then hubby has the iPad or if my youngest has it then hubby will get it after bedtime and use rot till he goes to bed. Some nights that turns into 2-3 am. It's really sad actually. My hubby seems to be addicted to it. It's good that it is being usd and enjoyed better with newer model.

I was looking back on my previous posts to see what the dates were of my last few posts and what I had talked about. The last post was dared for the starting of August and I had talked about loosing our baby boy Jaxson who was born sleeping at 20 weeks April 10,2014. We had our meeting with our maternal/fetal care specialist about the autopsy results

We had hoped for some answers as to what happened or why I had lost two babies within a 14 month period. Unfortunely there was no known medical reason for our recent losses. Shawn and I had talked and decided that we were not going to attempt to carry again. The Dr had made it clear there was no reason to believe that we could carry to term with a healthy baby. We could have closer monitoring but with no medical reason there was also no medical solution or treatment to help ensure for a healthy baby.

I had a hard time with loosing baby Jaxson as I was farther along. Jaxson had been moving and I was really sad and was having more episodes of crying and also always seeing big round pregnant bellies or little babies in strollers or car seats. I wasn't going to many places during those few months. Drugstore, groceries and corner store that was the extent of my outings.

I realized in early September that I was passed my time but figured with having a baby few months ago and stress it was normal to be late. Shawn and I had been talking about being at peace with our decision not to have another baby and I was starting to have longer time periods of not crying or feeling so sad.

I had still not started so I was kind of worried but not really cuz after we lost baby Zoey in Jan 2013 we started trying as soon as we got home basically. It took 11 months before we conceived. I never was able to get pregnant easily as we had 8 year time gap with our youngest and our recent pregnancies. I truly just wanted reassure myself BUT was I ever surprised that we were in fact pregnant again. We hadn't taken any chances except for two times but shouldn't have been a fertile time. I found out I conceived Aug 9,2014 or so. I was 8 weeks when I had my dating ultrasound at the starting of September.

We had a very very huge weight that settled right on my heart and my head. I couldn't sleep, I was up all night and was only able to doze off in afternoons if I was lucky. I changed hospitals to a OBGYN clinic that was recommended as great care so I would be monitored. Our 13 week ultrasound checked out perfectly. We did our bloodwork but had positive results for Spiba Bifida but specialist fond no physical signs or markers during the ultrasound which was good or positive news. The test results could be attributed to my age 38(39 Dec 11) or to placenta problems. It wasn't possible to know.

I was seen every three weeks. I was given quick ultrasounds with each visit just to see him moving and to confirm he was healthy and growing. After 16 weeks we were able to hear babies heartbeat with our Doppler as was the Dr. At 18 weeks we had our anatomy scan and was told baby boy was healthy growing as expected, no physical abnormalities to be found. Every Dr visit I was feeling a bit more relaxed. I was past the 15week mark and baby was moving and ultrasounds were looking great. Our baby specialist did another scan at 20 weeks just to confirm everything was great.

Baby was moving very regularly and growing steady. I was able to just feel him move instead of needing to use the Doppler to check on him every couple of days. We had more scans for 28 weeks 32 and more as needed.

My 27 week which was Feb 2 was our normal Dr appt. I didn't feel the need for an intraday dad we were going in next week and Doppler was used and baby heartbeat measures 143-150 healthy and growing well.

Friday morning I had been up since 3am and wasn't able to sleep. Shawn and I were talking and I was wondering why baby wasn't moving around while hearing my voice. Around 7:25 I was still not feeling him as I should have. Dr had said it's too early to count movements yet but if I did it was 6 movements in two hours but I was still early. I decided to just use my Doppler cuz it would just ease my worry. I used it but wasn't find in his heartbeat spin thought I was sitting down instead of laying on my back so I layed down to use it. I was not finding it and was a little panicked so I put it away and told Shawn. He said take break try ago. I tried again after few mins but still found none. I was crying at this point and Shawn kept saying baby is laying the wrong way or something. I really needed to find out what was going on. I called my mom and asked to drive to hospital to get checked. We got there but had to wait 30 mins or so. The nurse came in and we heard a loud and quick heartbeat. I felt relief for a min but it sounded too close to my own heartbeat cuz I was crying. She was taking my pulse and confirmed we were hearing my heartbeat and wasn't able to find baby heartbeat, so we were waiting for Dr to come in to do ultrasound.

She did ultrasound and appologized that we had for a third time in 19 months lost our baby boy at 27weeks.

I started crying hysterically and started to throw up and couldn't stop. I could just not believe this was happening again.

Shawn was at home getting our boys ready for school so he didn't know yet. He was taking cab over. He was devasted. There was no way this was happening again. I really couldn't even think. It was a very cruel joke. 27 weeks is a viable pregnancy it's possible for baby to live. I had just bought my first baby items cuz I was too scared to go shopping. I didn't want to jinxed it.

I went home to pack and was admired to labour and delivery. The same nurse for the last two times was working and remembered us and gave me a huge hug cuz she couldn't believe I was back

I was induced and was in a Lot of pain for the last six hours of labour. I only had phentnol and it wasn't working well. I was in too much pain and was about to get an epidural but delivered our sleepng baby boy at 3:20am.

We were able to hold and kiss and hug our beautiful baby Maddox. We took pics cuz I wanted to remember our baby who had existed that no one would ever know. I was angry and sad and just so lost cuz I just can't understand why. I really can't. I have a neighbour who used drugs including crack for at least four months of her pregnancy. Doesn't take care of kids she has now including letting her three year old run around outside alone. Has had two abortions in the past three years cuz wasn't using birth control but yet she was pregnant with a completely healthy baby girl at 34 weeks. Why was she able to carry her baby? Why was hers healthy and beautiful and able to be born one week after I delivered my sleeping baby.

I am so angry and hurt. I don't wish her baby anything bad but I am just angry. It's not fair.

This baby was supposed to be healthy and safe. Why didn't I ask for an ultrasound? Why didn't I notice something was wrong? I am still spinning and trying not to drown. My youngest son is hurt and sad. All he's ever wanted was a baby in the house. Ever since he was 3 and up. I really don't know what I am going to do. Our baby will buried with his two brothers in May and we will be there to say goodbuy to another son.

BORN PRETTY PLATES STAMPING MANI

Hoping you are all doing good! I am getting by every day little by little.

I finally completed a mani for a weekly challenge theme. This week was crackle. I HATE crackle so I think I have used it a total of three times in my life of my polish addiction. lol

I got a couple new plates from Born Pretty plates QA91 and QA86. I was completely surprised to see they have made some images bigger and able to better fit my nails. I usually need to double stamp but the stripes fit perfectly. I also ordered some ball barring balls for my MDU stamping polishes. They are amazing but my older polishes are getting really thick. I hesitate to put thinner as I don't want to loose its opacity. I am sure it would not ruin it but still maybe I will be adding some when I get the balls in IDK.

I stamped using MDU pastel pink, pastel blue, Konad black and a white (don't know name) the base was 2012 Cheimoya crackle polish in pink and purple.

Very Personal Explanation for my long Absence

I am writing this post with a very heavy heart. I have been missing for a very long time. I wanted to explain why I have not posted in over a year I think.

If you have been following me for a while you may have been aware that Jan 28, 2013 my baby girl of 15 weeks had passed away. I was scheduled for an amino on this date and during my ultrasound we were informed that my gift that I had been been praying almost daily for over 15 years was lost to me. After the nurse abruptly left almost instantly I knew that she was gone.

If you have read in my history you are aware that Nov 3, 1994 I gave birth to Alexander Jake (31 weeks) was born without breath. His heartbeat for a sec or two then peacefully went to sleep. We had been advised at our 18 week appointment that we should abort due to my first born son having a serious birth defect that would be fatal. I was too devastated to think but I refused to end my first pregnancy after trying for a year, after hoping and praying and wanting a baby. I was told that I could loose him any time, I would deliver before my due date. My Asshole Doctor said terminate now and you can put it in a shoe box and have a family burial.. I am not a violent person but I could have kicked him very hard in his nether regions at that time.
My husband and I discussed what we would do. I could not bring myself to end this pregnancy. If god was taking him away then he would have to do it himself. I could not. I carried him till 31 weeks, had 4 days of labour. I was able to hold him, take pic to remember him always. We then went to the funeral home to say our goodbyes privately.
We had a service for family members and we buried him forever. I lost my mind for a few months after. This was Nov 1994. I prayed for another baby every day, begged for another baby. It took us till 1998 to become pregnant again. These were the scariest days of my life. We were advised that we now had a 1 in 4 chance that we would have the same birth defect again. We would not know till our 18 week ultrasound if our baby would be healthy. This was a very very very stressful time. At our 18 week ultrasound we were advised in less than 1 hour that I was carrying a healthy(as healthy as possible at this pregnancy stage) we were told another beautiful boy was coming. My baby shower was held very very late in term due to every day hoping for a healthy baby but always expecting bad news.
On April 13, 1999 5:07 PM Logan John was born, beautiful, healthy and ALL MINE!!!! Thank you god!!

It took till March 2003 to become pregnant again (I never used any birth control) I do not get pregnant easy so this was another amazing blessing.. However until 18th week this again was another stressful time for me. I never gained any weight during this pregnancy and my baby boy did not move very much so many many visits to our doctor but everything was fine. Hayden Harley Edward was born Dec 1, 2003 at 2:07pm. Healthy and beautiful and so very loved.

Now again I wasn't on birth control so in Nov when I was late I assumed it was miscalculated but took a test for fun and it was Positive. I was very very excited. I had been trying to convince my husband that I really wanted a third child and it was getting late in my life ( I am turning 39 Dec 11) so I need to have this baby now or not at all. Mind you we had been kind of careful but I am sure you ladies know that sort of careful is a crap shoot. But again I don't get pregnant easy so this was a huge surprise. On our 9th week ultrasound my dream came true and was completely shattered in one min. My doctor said Congratulations It's a Girl!!! I started crying I was so very very happy. I honestly have never felt this kind of happiness in my life(except birth of my boys) ever. In the next min she said BUT, I am see a huge problem. She has a whole in her belly, it looks like her intestines are out of her belly. Now, this can go two ways Either she is born in Specialised Hospital for an immediate operation to fix her intestines or she will pass away in utero. Right now I don't know. I was scheduled for an amino Jan 28th, 2013 at 15 weeks to see what was going on for certain. I prayed every day, Please keep her healthy, please keep her safe, please let me have her. I was trying to stay as positive as I could. I kept thinking God would not give her tome only to take away my little girl I have wanted, prayed, hoped for all my adult years. I already buried one son, please don't make me loose another baby in this lifetime. I was not even thinking that she would pass away inside me. Part of my soul died that day. I never knew that a person could survive this devastation twice in one lifetime. I had always considered myself lucky while trying to get pregnant cuz I at least was lucky enough not to have suffering miscarriages. That to me was worse than trying to get pregnant cuz that is a loss no one should ever suffer through.

This was my first time having a baby dying inside me and because I was 15 weeks I had to be induced so I could deliver another dead baby. I went through 27 hours of labour to loose my baby girl that I will never have, never hold and never forget. I also had the added bonus of not being able to pass the afterbirth in timely manner. I had to be rushed for surgery to stop the bleeding.

I was given some pills and I can tell you I don't know anything I did or said in those first 10 days. Thank goodness I have no memory of those first few days.

We had decided if I was not pregnant by Dec 21, 2013 I would get my tubes tied cuz I could not keep being disappointed every month that I was not pregnant. I kept thinking maybe now I will deserve my baby girl, Maybe I will be rewarded with a girl again. Every month I was devastated again. I also had a close friend have a healthy baby boy, my next door neighbor who isn't fit to have a cat was also pregnant again with a fourth baby cuz she doesn't know what a condom or birth control is so her birth control is abortions... I hid in my house only going to my doctors appointments or the drugstore to get my prescriptions. I took care of my children had a limited existence. Every time I went anywheres I seen baby girls or big bellies carrying healthy babies that I could not have.

On Dec 24th, 2013 as a joke I took a pregnancy test hoping but knowing there was no chance that I would be lucky again. At 3:30pm I got a positive test. I cried. Every day I was scared, worried, stressed. I purchased a fetal monitor so I could hear my baby every day. I had to make sure the baby was OK. At our 13 week ultrasound we got the ALL Clear every thing looks good, baby doesn't have any defects and he's got a beautiful profile. I cried. Relieved. I was so excited I didn't even care if it was a boy. I made an appointment at U See Baby for our gender ultrasound $150 at 18 Weeks. I was starting to feel a little better (not much) I kept trying to hear the babies heart beat but at 16 weeks I still wasn't able to hear with my fetal monitor. I made an appointment for my doctor to please try to hear the heart beat. I need good news. The baby was moving a little. We went to the UC baby Gender scan feeling so excited. The lady was having a hard time to get a clear look. The baby face was turned into the placenta, she kept getting me to move and turn hoping to get baby moving. She kept commenting on how big and healthy my placenta was and baby was comfortable that is why not moving to give us good view. She had asked what we were hoping for. I said a Girl would be a miracle and what I was hoping for but at this point just a healthy baby would be a blessing. After about 30 mins of trying to get a better look she said "I can't promise but I think I am seeing a girl" I can't guarantee so you need to make another appointment in 4 weeks and come back so we can get another scan. I was so excited I didn't care that she said probably.. I took it as a Girl. During the whole appointment she kept commenting on how healthy and big and comfortable my placenta was and baby was just comfortable and not wanting to move. I gladly paid $150 for my one pic of my placenta and baby's side view. Beautiful baby Girl. This was on April 4th, 2014. I could not wait till the next week to find out the gender I had to know now.. lol..

The baby had been moving a little more and I was so happy and grateful. I was finally able to find baby's heart beat around 17 weeks so I was feeling better. I didn't want to take a chance on hurting baby so only listened every other day just in case.
Before I went to bed on Saturday April 5th, 2014 around 12am I had been trying to hear the heartbeat all day with no luck so I was getting stressed and getting more upset as I had no luck finding it at all. I felt a huge rush of deep sadness feeling something was wrong. I planned on going to ER in morning just to check. I cried for about 2 hours that night unable to let go of this sadness.I finally was able to lay down for sleep finally felt relief as I felt a movement I felt relief. April 8th, 2014 at our 19 week ultrasound so I was in good spirits hoping to confirm that I was having a healthy baby girl after all this time. My mother was with my husband and I all excited to see what we were having. The nurse said she was getting dates before the doctor came for the actual scan. She sat for a total of 2 mins before stopping and putting the prod away saying she was getting the doctor.

Anyone who has suffered a loss during pregnancy knows that they only stop when baby is gone. I started to cry thinking to myself no I felt the baby last night, I immediately thought about Sat night and when I just had the strongest feeling I lost my baby again. The doctor came in to confirm and to say " I am sorry but your baby is dead. She then started to go on about what she was seeing. I had NO amniotic fluid. The placenta was extremely large, they estimated the baby had stopped growing and quite possibly died as early as during the 18th week. She said the baby was only measuring about 16 to 17 weeks and had not grown since then. She was very surprised that I had been feeling movement during the past week. In my mind I kept going back to Sat night I am sure he moved. She said yes movement can still be felt after a baby has passed. We kept trying to understand how some stupid woman who charged me $150 for a scan telling us how healthy my placenta was and how happy my baby was and that she was pretty sure it was a girl. Baby is so happy.. She had no freaking clue what the hell she was doing. They should not be aloud to have a business when they have no clue what the hell they are doing. This was not some small mistake, she told me what she thought I wanted to hear. She charged a huge amount of money without having any training or knowledge of what she was saying.

I was trying to understand what the hell happened between my 13 week ultrasound which we were given the all clear. No defects detected, good size, measuring perfectly. How can I loose all my amniotic fluid and not notice? Doctor said my placenta was unhealthy and not producing it. The baby had no room so he had some deformed limbs. I was living my worst nightmare again. This is my 3rd dead baby all lost after the 12 week mark. The highest chance of loss. Most don't loose babies late term. They kept telling us with Zoey Alexis (baby girl) that this was a fluke. The chance of it happening again are so very little. Being told by doctor after doctor.. Chances are very good will carry a healthy baby next time.
On April 10th, 2014 around 8pm after 37 hours of induced labour so I could deliver another dead baby. This time for fun my cervix wouldn't open after dose after dose of medication The doctor thought it would be fun to insert some balloon device to open my uterus and pump it open while I was screaming for about 20 mins cuz I thought she was trying to kill me. I wasn't in this much pain when I gave birth to my two healthy full term babies. I was on Phetnol 100mg every 7 mins and was still screaming for her to please stop. My dosage was three times the normal dose and could kill me if they increased it any more. After I was screaming, crying and begging for her to please stop. It had a long tube taped to my leg. I had to get up to pee. When I came back to the bed the balloon fell out and I started crying and begging for her to please do something else anything else. I gave birth about 7 mins later. This time my placenta came out normal but after the 20 mins of torture I figured I was due for a break. Jackson Alexander was born and his death certificate was signed. This time we wanted an autopsy to see what went wrong and if any information could be given or to know what happened and will this happen for a fourth time? I was given twice the amount of Valium this time so the rest of the month of April is pretty much a blur.. I only remember crying while at the doctors, while waiting for my medication. Crying during a conversation with my older son. I was surprised by how much more devastated I felt this time around. We figure I had some post partum depression on top of my grief. The grown was too frozen for a burial so we had to wait till the funeral home contacted us for the burial date.

We were relieved that we could bury Jackson with his brother Alexander. On June 10, 2014. We laid our third baby to rest with his brother Alexander. I was able to feel a little relief that neither baby will be alone again. I haven't felt up to blogging since last year. I have been doing little more than existing. I take care of my two children, paint my nails sometimes. I am trying to survive, I get through each day and kiss my boys hard. I am so grateful for my two boys. I know that should be enough but I can't help but feel angry and sad and resentful. We need to make a decision to try again or not. I am 38 and I don't get pregnant easy and with thinking or trying it makes it that much harder. My fertility is decreasing with every month and soon I won't be able to become pregnant either way.

I honestly don't think I can survive loosing another baby. I almost didn't make it this last time so I am not sure if I want to even try. I can't stand the thought of going through labour to deliver another dead baby. If I was loosing them early maybe it would be easier or something. i don't know. Feeling a baby move for days or weeks. Feeling my belly get bigger and bigger only to end up with a baby who has died in my belly is a feeling only another mother can relate or imagine.

I am sorry for going on and on and on. I have so many feelings or thoughts and try not to think about it but it just seems to be non stop today. I just wanted to explain where I have been. I was hoping to start again. I thought that doing my nails again and posting or keeping in touch with others would be therapeutic or something..

I really don't know anymore.

I love and miss you Jackson, Zoey and Alexander so much. I am grateful for the time I was able to feel you and I am sorry I wasn't able to kiss you.

Hello ladies,

Hoping you are all well. I wanted to start off by saying that NEGATIVE comments of any kind will only be deleted so please do not waste your time. I am well aware the shape of my nails used to be very yuk.. I am not trained, I am not a professional, I do not do everyone's nails to be able to practice. I do my own, once a month that is it. So when you tell me my nails are gross or disgusting in my earlier posts it only tells me how ignorant you are because they haven't been that shape in over a year. I have had them filled down professionally about 6 months ago and they still look the exact same as my $50 fill..Yes everyone is entitled to their opinion but leaving anonymous comments from almost two years ago is just hurting me for nothing. I never go to anyone's blog and Say I hate your nails.. They are too short or ugly or shaped weirdly as I find all the time. I don't. I leave positive comments or I don't leave comments at all. No one is forcing you to come here and look at my gross or disgusting nails so please MOVE ON!!!!

Hello ladies,

Just wanted to share today's mani using my new AMAZING stamping polishes found here Mundo de Uñas. They also have the most amazing image plates too.. I am just showing a few of the 13 colors that came in Friday.. I also have a few posts using a fabulous image plate that she sent for me to review. I was so very very honored and excited that she chose me to do a review. For now I used a different color on each 5 fingers except for the white and the black. I do think my combination of colors could have been chosen better but please do not let that interfere with the AMAZING STAMPING CAPABILITIES of these polishes.. Konad could learn something from this lady. Do not get me wrong FabUrNails and MyOnline Shop also have the MOST AMAZING stamping polishes and amazing plates but now we have 3 amazing shops that give us addicts the most color options, plate options and each company has their own special plates, none are the same, each is original. I have purchased from these amazing ladies and each one has offered the best customer service, quick and courteous responses to my many questions, emails or pm's on Facebook. I strongly urge you all to go take a look!!!!!

My mish mash mani is just a mixture of different colors, images and base colors just to see how amazingly they would stamp..
I know too that my pics are crappy, my camera is currently unavailable..

Hoping you are doing awesome! I have been gone again for awhile but now I am back. I finally have my new camera too! I am so having to learn about how to use it and the settings, I have it on the basic settings for now trying to get used to it. I was so disapointed when I finally had it in my hands. I always thought that because it was digital it was a normal camera where you look on the screen and shoot. BUT apparently it did not. lol. I had only heard it was a great camera, I didn't know anyone with one so I was a little sad. I am also not used to using the eye thingy for taking my pics. It also makes taking close pics an issue. I think I have a macro lens cuz it has a little flower pic on the lens itself but the clerk at the store that I got it didn't know. If u do know how to see if I do have a macro lens please feel free to share. I tried to see online for suggestions but I don't know which numbers to look at or compare to see if I do have a macro lens. Thank you for any help you can give :)

I have been taking lots of pics but they aren't very forgiving so I am not left with many that I am ok with sharing. I know there will be a learning curve but I feel that you all have put up with crappy pics for long enough. lol

Here are some pics that I made and liked. The last images I wasn't really happy with but I am also sharing my fails in this nail journey so hoping you enjoy the better pics..

Hoping your all having a wonderful day! I got some some nail mail today so it started out awesome!! I have been on a no buy for months now waiting for my camera to be paid on so when my hubby said I could get $50 worth of something I quickly went to WowSoCool.com to get me some more stamping polishes.. That is always a good cheap buy. They offer free shipping for Canada and US locations for orders $20 or more so that usually gets 4 plates or stamping polishes for a little over the $20 mark. I am always on the lookout for new plates so usually that takes up most of my monthly amount for nail stuff but I usually can swing $20 so I can get some extra stamping polishes. I have been doing that for about 2 years and now I have almost every Konad polish and Konad Princess polish that is available from their site. I only wish they would get the neon colors that are listed in some other retailers that won't ship to me in Canada.

On to my nails!! I am in love with how these turned out. I can't ever seem to just use one color or one stamp so I am always stamping multiple images on each nail. I really loved how this mani turned out. It seemed to just go together. I finally got some of the new CG Sunsational polishes last month for Mother's Day. Love these new colors!!

Hoping you are all doing awesome!!! Just wanted to share a mani I did last week but forgot to share with you all..
I loved the neon look for any stamping so when I was looking through my plates and seen a new plate that I still had not tried out yet I felt that I needed to use it for this mani.

I know my pics are crappy.. They are iPod pics but I will be all done paying on my awesome new to me camera on July 1st.. YEY!!!! Can't wait. I haven't even had any cash to get polishes or plates.. The only thing aloud to purchase were remover and the pads that is it. I have been dying to get some of the newer plates that are out but can't afford to get but I think my camera will make it worth all my suffering worth it. lol

My clean up was non existent too. Sorry. So, you ladies can call it a fail but I really loved how it looked I will be doing it again with my new camera so next time promise to do a clean up first.. lol.. I know that DSLR's can be non forgiving if not cleaned up right.. lol I will be going through all of my fav pic's of stamping mani's out there that I will be redoing with my new camera just to get back to doing my nails more often. These past few months I have really been going through my own personal hell. My due date is coming up too July 20th which will bring about some new pain at loosing my baby girl so I am really trying to keep my mind busy and my life stress free as possible..

the next two pics are just a couple that I had done awhile ago. I just thought they were kind of cutesy and thought some of you might like them..

Pastel Neon KOTD

Today's KOTD is a fav of mine.. I seen this mani on my favorite stamper of all time Kerrie. I met her through a group on Facebook and I have been so very inspired by her talent.

I am including her original mani and my version of it. I am still paying on my camera so today is only a Iphone pic..

I used the Claire's pastel set that I got three sets of last winter after not being able to find the original pastel set with six colours that I have been searching high and low for.. These are as close as I will get..lol. They are still beautiful, bright and almost neon quality. For the stamping I used my new Monster High plate and Sugar Bubbles for the zebra print.

New Image Plate KOTD

Hello Ladies,

Hoping you are all doing great! I got a couple new image plates a while ago and I was excited to try it out. I know these are a little messy so please don't mind them. I took these with my Ipod. I am still paying on my new to me Canon EOS 30D camera so it will be about another two months before I can play with my new toy.. lol..I never thought I would be lucky enough to even own one and May first I found a used one with an extra lens, battery pack for sale and they have layaway. I was very excited I was actually doing a little dancing while he was entering my information in the computer.. My youngest son thought we had won something. lol

I was just playing around last night to try this new plate and liked how it turned out so I just wanted to share with you.

Below is my new beautiful camera. I have been drooling over the DSLR cameras that I keep seeing and hearing about and now I will finally have one for myself. I am also looking forward to be able to take some good pics of my family especially my boys. We don't take many pics of our boys but we should.

Today wanted to share some Neon KOTD that I was playing around with. I am trying to use at least one image from all the Gals image plates. I filled down my nails to make it easier to use the images. I know my nails are still pretty long but for me they are shorter..lol

I hope you like them. I am doing them as French Tips to make them easier to stamp. I don't mind double stamping but some images don't double stamp well.

I got my nails filled today and shortened. I am enjoying shorter nails lately. They are easier to stamp. I don't mind double stamping but some images just don't look as nice double stamped.

I was playing with my shorter nails doing an Easter mani for fun. I only have couple of pics to share. I also realized too late that my designs are upside down so my pics aren't great. Next time I will pay better attention so picture taking will be easier.

Nail Mail Stamping Plates

Hope you are all having a great week so far! I just wanted to share with you some Nail Mail from past few months.
I found out about Betina plates from a blog I follow in France(I think) and I fell in love with some of them right away.
My first order with them I only picked two plates cuz the other plates I wanted we're sold out. I didn't realize the first time when I ordered that they also carried Apipila plates. I didn't explore the site better and while taking a quick glance only the XL plates at the very bottom had caught my eye. I didn't realize there was something in between the two types..lol
I was expecting a 2-3 week wait for these orders so when they came in the following week I knew that I had found a permanent favorite shopping site. Here is the link.

This was my first time ordering Sugar Bubbles plates. I had seen a few posts or KOTD using images from these plates. I found them for sale here so I decided to get them all. I was taken aback with the total amount for the order but the plates looked cute so I went ahead and paid. I was a little disappointed after opening them. The quality wasn't as expected and they were smaller in size than I had thought they would be. I tried a couple of images from most of the plates to see how well they did actually stamp. Again, I wasn't overly impressed with the stamped image. Most of the images I stamped worked but I don't think I will be purchasing again from this plate maker, unless they improve their plate quality and pricing. Lesson learned on my part "Only order 1 or 2 plates from new plate maker" lol

Bunny Nails also had some new image plates that I was really looking forward to purchasing. I wasn't able to get these in time for Valentines Day so I missed being able to use these for my Valentines Day Manis.. I will be doing some Easter Manis for sure..
