Grocery List

2015-11-18T16:39:00.003-06:00

I find it so cute when my older son gives his Papi a grocery list to make sure that he does not forget what he wants and needs. My husband is usually the one who do the grocery shopping since he is already working at Walmart, I am so glad that he does not mind doing that, one chore crossed out my list of what to do.

Today, my husband already bought the things our older son wrote on his list and he is so happy when he got home from school knowing everything he asked was bought.

We are missing you everyday Lola Belen, how I wish you have met my husband and our children, I know you will adore them so much but it is okay because I know you are watching and guiding us from Heaven.

2015-10-30T10:26:00.001-05:00

Most of us knows that there's more to vinegar than just an ingredient for cooking or dipping sauce. Before coming to America, I did not know that vinegar has many uses, I used to think that vinegar was only used for cooking and dipping sauce since that's what we do in the Philippines but now I know more.

There are so many amazing uses for vinegar, that is why I have decided to share this video as soon as I saw it online. I hope this post could help you learn more.

The video used on this post is not mine and thank you to the one who made and uploaded this video on youtube.

Folding Clothes

2015-10-12T22:13:00.002-05:00

I am folding clothes right now and I must admit, folding clothes is one of my least favorite things to do around the house. My husband is usually the one who do the laundry and fold/iron the clothes while he is watching football or his favorite tv series but since he's been really busy at work and I already feel so bad because I know how tired he gets when he get home, I took the initiative to do it.

On another note, I am so glad that I have some recorded tv shows that I can watch while I am folding clothes. I guess I have to end this for now so I can finish what I am doing.

Thanks for the visit folks, goodnight to you all! :-)

Elizabeth Ramsey Dies At 83

2015-10-08T22:48:00.005-05:00

I was really shocked when I heard about Elizabeth Ramsey's death, she's 83 years old. Elizabeth Ramsey is one of my idols when it comes to comedy, she was really a great performer, she was a great singer and a very funny person.

Elizabeth Ramsey died while sleeping because of a hyperglycemic attack. Last time I saw her performed was on the tv show called Your Face Sounds Familiar, where Melai Canteveros impersonated her.

I will surely miss you and how you make me laugh Ms. Elizabeth Ramsey, may you rest in peace, I am sure you'd make the Angels in Heaven including my late grandfather who was a fan of yours laugh out loud.

Seattle Seahawks vs. St. Louis Rams

2015-09-13T15:39:00.001-05:00

My husband and I were watching the game between Seahawks and Rams. I must say that the Rams is really doing great because they beat the Seahawks which is one of the best teams in the NFL.

The score between the two teams were 10 until the 3rd quarter. The rams were leading the game until they gave so many turnovers which made the Seahawks lead the game. Less than two minutes in the game, the Rams were able to get back to the game and scored a touch down which tie the score and made the game go to OT.

The Rams received the ball and had a field goal which gave the Seahawks a chance to score a touchdown and win but they've lost it. The Rams won with scores 31-34.

Oh well, what ever the reasons were, it does not matter now because I am back to blogging again. I did not realize how I miss blogging until now. I am kind of sad because some of my blog pals are not really into blogging anymore, I guess I have to start visiting some blogs sites, hopefully some of them if not all are still active.

US Election 2014

2014-11-04T20:55:00.002-06:00

Did you vote for your chose candidates today? I hate to say that I did not. I know that when I became a US Citizen, voting is one of my responsibilities and I did not fulfill that responsibility today. I am still learning about US Politics and I did not feel like voting just because I did not know who to vote or what to do, I do not want to vote just to vote, you know?I really want to vote and I will try my best to do it next time.

Anyway, Congratulations to whoever wins and I hope you all will do your duties to this country, people chose and trusted you, please do not waste those votes.

Treehouse Masters

2014-01-09T21:39:00.000-06:00

I am watching tree house masters right now. I have just found this tv show tonight at Discovery Channel and loving it. This show is about these people doing tree houses. These treehous masters are really making great tree houses, I told my husband I want to have one in our backyard, too bad we do not have a single tree but who knows, right?

Anyway, I really want to have a tree house, I think it would be perfect for the whole family. Maybe I should start planning on planting trees on our backyard.
