De jonge en levensluchtige Johanna (Sylvia Hoeks) is via haar man Ties (Matthias Schoenaerts) verzeild geraakt in "de bende van Oss", een bende die bijna dagelijks samenkomt in haar café. Onder leiding van de geweldadige Wim de Kuiper (Marcel Musters) zorgt de groep voor een golf van misdaad en moord in het Brabantse dorp Oss. Terwijl Johanna haart uiterste best doet het criminele milieu te ontvluchten, raakt ze ongewild steeds verder verstrikt in het web van oplichting, prostitutie, geweld en moord.
