Reminds me of the scene where Tom Cruise is using the virtual reality computer interface with his hands. It is a special effects tool that you can incorporate into Flash to make cool animations using ActionScript, Flash's programming language. (Technically ActionScript is a scripting language, but they are pretty much the same thing).
