Vanilla instant pudding mix:-3 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Milk:-4 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;METHOD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Beat egg n sugar together till fluffy and add all wet ingredients.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fold in dry ingredients into wet and mix gently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bake the batter in preheated oven(350F) for 35-40 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cool the cake on wire rack completely before applying the frosting.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;FROSTING:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mix the pudding with cold milk and gently mix injuice, whipped topping and extract.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spread on cake and serve..&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Cook pasta as per package directions and set aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat butter in a kadai and fry onions and celery.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chicken stock and bring to light boil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add salt,pepper,oregano,cooked chicken,pastaand beans&amp;nbsp;and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Let it simmer for 5 min and garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot.&lt;/li&gt;

All purpose flour:-1 cup&lt;br /&gt;
Sugar:-2 cups&lt;br /&gt;
Milk Powder:-1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;
Cocoa Powder:-3 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Ghee:-3 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Warm Milk:-1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;METHOD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Heat&amp;nbsp;ghee in a kadai and add&amp;nbsp;all purpose flour&amp;nbsp;and fry till nice aroma emanates.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Set aside and add milk powder and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add cocoa&amp;nbsp;in the warm milk and set aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add ½ cup water to the sugar and boil it till it reaches soft ball consistency.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add maida mix little by little and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add the cocoa milk stir thoroughly.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Stir continuously till it become thick and leaves the sides of the vessel.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Put it in a greased plate and spread it. When it is warm,make roundals.&lt;/li&gt;

Garam masala:-1 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
Coriander powder:-1 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Salt n chilli powder:- as per taste&lt;br /&gt;
GG paste:-2 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Turmeric powder:- 1 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
Lime juice:- 1 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Oil:- 3 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Butter:-1 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Curryleaves:- 2 sprigs&lt;br /&gt;
Coriander leaves:- to garnish&lt;br /&gt;
Green chillies slit:-3&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;METHOD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cut and marinate chicken with salt,chilli powder,turmeric and lime juice,prefarably overnight.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat oil in kadai and add chopped onion and fry till pink.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add curry leaves,green chilli,GG paste and fry well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Soak cashews in hot water for 1 hr and grind to smooth paste and set aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;add chicken and fry till chicken is cooked.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chopped tomato and cook covered till most of the moisture evaporates and curry comes together.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add cashew paste and adjust salt and chilli powder and little water if necessary.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;More water can be added according to desired consistency.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add the spice powders and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Garnish with chopped coriander,curryleaves and green chillies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Serve hot.&lt;/li&gt;

Spinach:-1 bunch&lt;br /&gt;
Chopped Garlic:-1/4 cup&lt;br /&gt;

Mustard seeds,jeera,curryleaves,urad dal for tadka&lt;br /&gt;
Besan Flour:-1 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Salt and chillipowder:-as per taste&lt;br /&gt;
Oil:-1 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;Method:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Chop palak finely.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix besan in little water without lumps and set aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat oil in pan and add the tadka ingredients and fry till done.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chopped&amp;nbsp;onion and fry till light brown.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chopped garlic and fry.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chopped palak and fry till palak is cooked well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add salt and chilli powder.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add the besan mix and add little water and cook on low flame till besan is cooked and curry comes together.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rice and papad.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Dissolve coffee in 2 tbsp of milk.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sieve flour and baking powder and add milk and egg mixture and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Divide the batter into 2 halves.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix coffee in one half.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Grease cake tin and add vanilla batter and add coffe batter on top and let it spread on itself.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bake it in a preheated oven till toothpick comes out clean.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cool and serve warm.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Roast sooji in ghee and add milk and mix without lumps.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook on slow flame stirring continously till sooji is cooked in milk.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add sugar and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cook till required consistency and garnish with nuts.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Sift flour.baking powder,salt together and set aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Beat eggs n sugar until creamy.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add half of milk,oil,vanilla essence to egg mixture and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add flour mix and fold gently till well mixed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Divide the batter into 2 parts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Dissolve cocoa without lumps in the other half of milk and mix in one part of batter.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Grease a baking dish and pour a laddle full of vanilla batter and let it spread itself.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Now pour a laddle of cocoa batter and repeat the process till both batters complete.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;U&amp;nbsp;can&amp;nbsp;run a toothpick in the batter to get a zigzag design.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bake it for 35-40 min till a toothpick inserted comes out clean.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Let it cool on wire rack and serve.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cut chicken into bite size pieces.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mix marinade well and apply to chicken and set aside for 3 hrs,prefarably overnight.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry chicken and drain excess oil on paper towel.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat&amp;nbsp;2 tbsp of oil in another kadai and fry garlic,ginger,onion,capsicum one after other.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chilli sauce and chicken and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add cornstarch water and mix well till everything comes together.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Garnish with green chilli and serve hot.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Drain n pressure cook chana till soft but not mushy.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Wash n soak basmati rice in 2 cups of water&amp;nbsp;for 30 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat ghee in a kadai and add onions and fry till pink.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add gg paste,mint,chana and fry.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add coriander powder,salt n chilli powder and mix well.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Transfer the contents to the soaked rice and mix well and cook till done.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Serve with onion raitha.&lt;/li&gt;

Turmeric powder:-1/2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
GG Paste:-1/2 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Oil:-2 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Jeera:-1/2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
Onion Paste:-1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;
Coriander leaves:-to garnish&lt;br /&gt;
coriander powder:-1/2 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Coconut milk(optional)(1/2 cup)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;METHOD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Heat oil in a kadai and add jeera.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add onion paste and fry till pink.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add gg paste and fry.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chopped palak and fry till its wilted.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add paneer,peas and all powders and fry a while.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add little water if needed.(i had lot of water from palak..so didnt add water)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Close lid and let it cook till done on medium flame.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add coconut milk(optional) and cook for 2 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice.&lt;/li&gt;

Garam masala:-1 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
salt n chilli powder:- as per taste&lt;br /&gt;
Turmeric powder:-1 tsp&lt;br /&gt;
Shaajeera:-1 ts&lt;br /&gt;
Lemon juice:-1 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;
Mint leaves chopped:-1/4 cup&lt;br /&gt;
Green chillies slit:-4&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;METHOD:-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Marinate lamb with a mixture of 1 tbsp gg paste,salt,turmeric powder,lemon juice,chilli powder,half coriander powder,curd.Marinate for atleast 1 hr or prefarably overnight.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pressure cook lamb for 3 whistles or half cooked.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Heat ghee in a kadai and add shajeera and add onions and fry till brown.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add gg paste and fry a while.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reserve the liquid from cooked lamb and add lamb to kadai and fry.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add chopped mint and coriander powder,garam masala.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add rice and mix well and fry everything.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Measure the lamb liquid and add water if needed to make 2 cups of liquid.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add it to rice and transfer to rice cooker and cook till done.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings.&lt;/li&gt;

Tomato sauce:-2 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Toast the burget buns either in oven or in toaster to get a crunchy crust.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spread the sauce on buns and arrange the veggis as per taste.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Spread the grated cheese and sprinkle garlic powder and oregano leaves on top.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bake at 375F till the cheese melts and forms a golden layer on top.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;div&gt;whole Milk:-2 cups&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Lemon juice:-1 tbsp&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sugar:-1/2 cup&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Water:-1 cup&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;METHOD:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Boil milk in a kadai and once it comes to a boil add lemon juice little by little.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;keep stirring and add all lemon juice and let the milk curdle.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Boil till the milk solid seperates and strain it into a clean cheese cloth.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Squeeze out excess water from paneer and place it under a heavy load to remove excess water from it.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take paneer into a clean bowl and knead well into a smooth dough.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Make small roundals and set aside.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Combine suagr and water and bring to a boil.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add the paneer balls and close lid and let it cook for 10 min.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Balls expand almost double in size.So make sure the kadai is big enough.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Serve warm or chilled.&lt;/li&gt;
