<p><a href="http://www.membergate.com" rel="nofollow" onclick="javascript:urchinTracker ('/outbound/article/www.membergate.com');">MemberGate</a>: all-in-one, good for HUGE membership sites. A whopping $3,995 for basic to $29,995 for full-features. The oldest - since 2000.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.memberwing.com" rel="nofollow" onclick="javascript:urchinTracker ('/outbound/article/www.memberwing.com');">Member-Wing</a>: very military sounding name. Going at $79.95 for basics to $195 for full functionality. Since 2008.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.wpwishlist.com" rel="nofollow" onclick="javascript:urchinTracker ('/outbound/article/www.wpwishlist.com');">WP Wishlist</a>: I wonder why it&#8217;s a &#8220;wishlist&#8221; and not a &#8220;membership software&#8221;. $97 for single-site to $297 for multi-sites. Since 2008.</p>
<p>There are probably a couple of others more. I personally recommend aMember after looking at the others, because it is flexible, does the job (whether you sell products or subscriptions) and kind to your pockets.</p>

<p>I recently received an email from one of the &#8220;big boys&#8221; in Internet Marketing, recommending the product of yet another &#8220;big boy&#8221;. But&#8230; he got the name spelt wrong.</p>
<p>Ewen Chia became Ewen Chai.</p>
<p>Promoting the services of another person, whom you say you would entrust the world to, but dunno how to spell his name. That series of emails came, name after name, all in wrong spelling. Surely someone corrected him. I know I did.</p>
<p>It makes me feel like the JV is just another money thing. Do they even try the products before they promote them? Do they even know the person who is cutting them a commission?</p>
<p>Caveat Emptor, my friends.</p>

<p>Zillions of data packets ricocheting here and there, everywhere&#8230; where art thou?</p>
<p>Nepalese finally got themselves the internet.</p>
<p>More than 10,000 business ideas are implemented every day.</p>
<p>Gmail offers more than 7GB of email storage.</p>

<p>Media has always been the mainstay of our lives, we move at the speed of it. The day it sped up, the day we started growing exponentially. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The last post I was talking about 3 ways to grow a business, and it doesn&#8217;t take a rocket scientist to know that decreasing expenses the WRONG way can thwart your business growth. Let&#8217;s take a look.<br />
<strong><br />
What expenses should NOT decrease?</strong><br />
Expenses that are necessary for your business to function normally, like the stationery you use, the shipping costs you pay, the packaging of the product to protect it, and even the salaries you pay your staff.</p>
<p>You don&#8217;t cut corners on these expenses. And if I may add, it&#8217;s ridiculous to even consider the last point - cutting salaries of your staff.</p>
<p><strong>WHY NOT?</strong><br />
In doing so, it may be very &#8220;logical&#8221; to reduce expenses, but at the same time, you are also decreasing productivity and efficiency!</p>
<p>Productivity and efficiency = how fast you get to your results or desired outcome.</p>
<p>Why would you want to do that and move like a slow mo??<br />
<strong><br />
What costs should you decrease?</strong><br />
Costs like, delayed shipping or lost shipment, firing a non-contributing staff or one that slows down the productivity of others!</p>
<p>In fact, pay MORE just so that you can get your shipments to the destination ON TIME, ON TARGET (geographically). </p>
<p>Pay MORE just so that you can hire more productive and contributing staff.</p>
<p>Pay MORE to get the results you want. Cut down on the unnecessary expenses that slow down your business or eat into your productivity!</p>

2. Decrease expenses - NOT cut down on costs, but reduce unnecessary costs (more on that in my next post)<br />
3. Increase efficiency - sell more, maintaining the same no. of staff</p>
