Hello dear readers. A while back I introduced you all to a private property development investment opportunity that I am involved in. Back then we were looking for new members in order to fund a new development we were working on and eventually we gathered all the additional capital we needed. Shortly thereafter we closed to new investors. This was back in April of this year.

Now in the meantime things have moved on and we find ourselves yet again in a situation where we need a few more members to put together some new lucrative property development projects.

So what I am saying in a rather roundabout way is that we are once again opening our doors to new investors!

If you’re a serious investor this an opportunity you would not want to miss.

I am introducing this opportunity to you with great reluctance because frankly I and the majority of existing investors want to keep this to ourselves. However we find ourselves in the situation where if we wish to work on any project in the coming year we need a small infusion of additional capital. We wish this wasn’t the case but consider this your lucky chance to get in on the “rich man’s” game of property development.

Did You Know 20% of the Forbes TOP 400 millionaires list real estate development and investments as their primary source of wealth? That should tell you something!

Now let me tell you a few details about what we’ve got going on property wise and where your money will be put to work:

The first project involves the purchase and development of a gorgeous waterfront property. What we have in mind is to develop and sell cottage lots - essentially recreational lots. The property lends itself beautifully to this use as it’s located right on the shore of a large river and offers a magnificent view.

Expected return on this project is around the 200% mark (including principal)

The second project is a waterfront RV Park business. I bet you’re wondering what’s with us and waterfront properties. Well you see this is the kind of development we do - we work only with waterfront property because it is more valuable and that means more profits for us, and you of course - should you choose to join us.This project is barely started and we already have 16 RV spots already sold.

Expected net return is above 30% per year.

The third project is also a waterfront RV Park - we sure love these RV parks! This one is very close the the previous one - they’re just down the road from each other. It is smaller then the previous one but the return should be the same.

Now before I tell you how you can join I want you to read the two previous posts I made when I first made this opportunity available to the public. These posts contain some further details that I want you to know before even considering joining us.

Go here for the original introduction to this opportunity:

http://alansmoneyblog.com/2009/03/11/property-development-investment-opportunity/

Also please see the subsequent post I made with further details:

http://alansmoneyblog.com/2009/03/19/real-estate-investment-opportunity-details/

*Don’t skip either one as they’re equally important*

Now, let’s move on to another very important detail. To become a full member and start making money, you will be required to make a minimum unit purchase of $525 (Canadian Dollars)

We tell you this up front because we want you to know we are serious and we don’t want to waste your time and ours if you are not.

All interested parties please e-mail me at the following address:

opportunity@alansmoneyblog.com

Make sure you mention “Private Real Estate Investment Opportunity” in the subject line or something similar so I know what you’re e-mailing me about - don’t just send me a blank e-mail!!

Wishing you all the best!

Good day! Alan here with another forex related postl. I just got word from the people behind the Correlation Code trading system that they will accept new customers once again. Yes, if you didn’t already know the Correlation Code sold out a week ago (I made an announcement about it over here) , but like I’ve said, they’ve decided to relaunch it starting this coming Monday (November 16, 2009) so if you came late to the party sort of speak, you now have a second chance.

I’m not sure whether this time around they will lower the price, but to be honest I HIGHLY doubt it. The product is still overpriced in my humble opinion.

That being said, when the product first launched I decided to offer a $400 rebate to anyone who gets the system through me. This rebate is STILL AVAILABLE. Thus if you want to save some money by NOT paying the full price I strongly suggest you take advantage of this offer.

The risk to you is nil. If you don’t like the Correlation Code trading system, you simply return it and get your money back. If you do like it and decide to keep it, you’ll get your $400 rebate after 45 days .

Sounds good? Here are the steps you need to take to get this rebate:

To get this discount follow these easy steps:

Step 1) Please clear your Cookies before purchasing, or you will not receive the rebate!

Click here to learn How To Clear Your Browser Cookies!

Step 2) Buy the Forex Correlation Code via this link

Step 3) Send an e-mail to alan [at] alansforexblog.com Please put “forex correlation code discount” in the subject line and in the body please provide me with your name and the PayPal address you’d like the rebate to be sent.

That’s it! You then collect your rebate after 45 days!* Basically, if you keep the system you get the rebate.

One more thing. Also please do not forget to share your experiences with this system once you’ve traded it for a while. I recommend you join the Forex Nirvana Forum and get in on the chat:

http://www.forexnirvana.com/f60/correlation-code-1172/

This is a public forum, so please feel free to express your honest opinion. You will not be censored. I want to hear your honest opinions about this trading system.

I’ll try to get some more forex rebate offers lined up for all the NoBSInvest blog readers, so stay tuned to this blog so you won’t miss out.

Cheers,

Greeting to all you fellow forex traders. Yesterday I announced the availability of the Forex Correlation Code trading system on the blog I normally post at (see this post) and although many people say the system is worth buying a fair number of people have expressed concerns that the system is out of their price range. So that got me thinking, how about I try to get a discount for these people - and that’s exactly what I did!

So I’m glad to report that I can hook you guys up with a $400 discount off the regular price!!

The regular price is $1997, but with this discount that I’m offering the price will get knocked down to $1597.

To get this discount follow these easy steps:

1) Buy the Forex Correlation Code via this link

2) Send an e-mail to rebate@forexgurureport.com Please put “forex correlation code discount” in the subject line and in the body please provide me with your name and the PayPal address you’d like the rebate to be sent.

3) Collect your rebate after 45 days! *

*This is to protect me from refund fraud - ie you get the rebate if you decide to keep the system*

Please DO NOT choose payment option #2 (the 3 month payment plan) as you end up paying a total of $2391. Payment option #1 with my discount is the best deal you can get.

If you decide to take this offer and get the Forex Correlation Code I wish you all the best of luck tradind the system. I hope it bring you many pips!

Good news for E-gold supporters. Douglas Jackson as with the rest of other directors of E-Gold is spared from jail term. More from Cnet,

Gold & Silver Reserve CEO Douglas Jackson was sentenced to 300 hours of community service, a $200 fine, and three years of supervision, including six months of electronically monitored home detention. He had faced a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and a $500,000 fine.

Jackson was spared a heavier fine because, according to his attorney, he’s deeply in debt. “Dr. Jackson has suffered, will continue to suffer, and may never be successful with E-Gold,” the judge said.

As of with Mark Herpel’s DGCMagazine as well. If you haven’t already read about e-Gold’s new goals to bow to the Feds on their requirements, get your fix from him. It spells out pretty well to where e-Gold direction will be heading for the next decade.

First, e-Gold bows to US legislation on getting ‘things straight’ that there will no longer be privacy. Now e-Bullion gets its own fiasco with founder James Fayed being apprehended for the same problem that e-Gold faces for not having licences to transmit money and suspected for a highly controversial case on his wife Pamela Fayed’s murder.

July 28th, 2008 was a Monday night like most other weeknights but as the sun set over the California coastline about 6:35 p.m. e-bullion’s Pamela Fayed was being murdered. This is a tragic event, a mother has died and she was someone the DGC industry knew very well. She leaves behind two young daughters. \\ Read this very detailed article from Mark Herpel, my favorite DGC source of news.

Aveis said James Fayed’s international business was an unlicensed scheme that netted $20 million worth of individuals’ investments. Goldfinger and e-Bullion provide trading services to people who want to invest in precious metals without the cost of storing, insuring and transporting bullion. The companies have vaults in Los Angeles, Delaware, Switzerland and Australia and act as wholesalers. \\ From SFGate

Police also seized $3 million in gold bullion, $60,000 in cash, 25 assault rifles and thousands of rounds of ammunition at Fayed’s house.

At this very point, the site was under maintenance from 5th of August till now. I’m suspecting the Feds are raiding the servers and you guys would probably see e-Bullion being placed in a receivership really soon. That’s my guess. Wait out for James Fayed hearing on the 18th of August.

Nothing like freedom or privacy exists in the US. Period.

What’s new in Firefox 3?

I suppose most of the time, for me it’s got to do with security whenever we update. One excellent new feature of Firefox is that it instructs your AV to scan any executable downloads. The list is pretty exhausting in terms of improvements. You can check out Chris Pirillo’s blog after his beta test.

It’s about a day away from me. Woohoo!

The best place to put your hard-earned money is where it can make you some more money, the more the merrier. But with the plethora of financial investment vehicles that exist today, how do you pick and choose where to park your money? Is a higher return all that matters when you’re saving for your future? While a financial advisor would be the best person to help you with your investing needs, these tips provide an insight to a few time-tested strategies that work in the investment world:

If you’re not experienced in dabbling in the stock market, put your money in mutual funds – the risks in one stock are balanced by the returns in another.

For the stock market investor to make money, the knowledge of when to sell and when to buy is a must. Buying when prices are low and selling when they’re high is the most obvious strategy, but things do not always work like clockwork in a market where no one can achieve the perfect timing. The trick here is to adopt the dollar-cost-averaging method where you buy stock for a fixed amount of dollars on a regular basis, irrespective of the price of the stock. Accordingly, the lower the price of the share, the more shares you own, and vice versa. The reasoning behind this strategy is that you’re minimizing your risk because the average cost per share of the stock will become lower with time. Set a time frame that suits you, monthly or fortnightly, and work on this systematic investment.

Avoid herd mentality by following the crowd and investing in a stock just because most people you know (or don’t know) are doing it. Invest according your needs and capital.

Take time to plan your portfolio – allocate your assets to various financial vehicles according to your needs. This is the fiscal equivalent of the good old adage “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket”. The reasoning behind this approach is the definition of the term “getting higher returns”. It’s not enough that you manage to beat the market when the going is good – what’s important is being able to protect your downside when the going tough and the markets are down.

High interest rates are good but they’re not always the focus of an investment. Oftentimes an investment may be made in a low interest-yielding option because of other advantages like tax deductions.

Seek the services of a financial consultant before you invest in stocks, bonds or funds of any kind.

Unless you’re a long term investor. As we always know Gold has been the safe haven when it comes to protecting your money against inflation. With the disturbing strengthening of US dollar back, maybe it’s a good time anyone can learn some technical trading (yada yada on fundamental vs technical again). Let’s flip the charts and take a look.

Gold Today

On the daily chart, gold looks weakened pretty much. If you’re a punter and you’re expecting gold prices to go up within the next few days, it might just be a losing battle for you.

On the weekly chart, it looks just as weak, with the technical indicators like MACD and candle falling towards the MA lines below. Though the general trending for gold is still generally on the upside, we won’t really know.

Go For Gold Today Unless…

You think you know what you’re doing and you wouldn’t mind keeping gold for good in the long run. As we know whenever the dollar goes up, gold prices comes down and vice versa. There doesn’t always seem to be a perfect time to own gold in a way. Gold, being traded as a commodity, has its intrinsic value backdated since decades ago and will continue to be the same.

In short, I’m pretty skeptical of gold breaching pass the $1030 mark an ounce this year, but I might be wrong.
