To reform health care, we must change the nature of competition itself. Redefining Health Care provides an overall framework for diagnosing and solving this immense problem, with detailed action steps for all participants in the health care system. Per capita health care cost in the United States surpasses that of most other developed countries. U.S. Consumers report higher dissatisfaction with their health care system than do consumers in other developed nations.  Although U.S. Costs are high, they have not enabled greater access to medical care in the United States than elsewhere. There were 45.8 million Americans without health care coverage in 2004, up from 39.8 million in 2000.

Today this number is approaching 50 million. Although hospitals provide free care for the uninsured, that approach is far from ideal. Access to primary care, rather than just emergency treatment, is essential to providing good care. Higher cost U.S. Health care does not result in longer life expectancy for Americans than for citizens of other developed countries, or more years of good health. Also out of a thirteen countries studied for health care indicators, the U.S. Ranked twelfth, with the worst ranking on years of life lost from preventable medical conditions before age 70. Extensive study shows that there is not a gap, but a chasm, between the quality of care that Americans should receive and the quality of care that most actually do receive. The best American health care is world-class, but the average quality leaves a bad taste in your mouth. A recent RAND study of thirty types of preventive, acute, and chronic care in twelve metropolitan areas found that Americans receive, on average, only about 55 percent of the care that is suggested by established medical standards. Medical errors at todays pace is the leading cause of death in the United States.

 In 1999 the Institute of medicine said their research showed that on average annually 67,000 deaths occurred in hospitals from medical treatment errors. In 2004, HealthGrades estimated about 195,000 per year died from medical screw ups. Today, this estimate by many third party organizations is said to be 240,000 per year die from hospital medical errors! Quality varies across regions and among providers. Recent research on Medicare found that there were very different standards for different regions. These variations cant be healthy for any system. Differences in spending among states are present across the board, in Medicare, Medicaid, and private health care spending. But higher cost does not mean higher quality. Regions with higher spending do not have more access, better outcomes, higher satisfaction, reduced mortality, or improved access to care. The creation and implementation of medical knowledge is extremely slow. On average, it takes about seventeen years for the results of clinical trials to become standard clinical practice. This delay is not seen in almost all industries in this nation.This helps also helps create less quality care. Malpractice premiums and lawsuits disrupt care and costs. Professional liability premiums are growing at an unprecedented rate, with U.S. Doctors spending more than $6 billion per year on malpractice premiums. Lets not even mention the addition of billions of dollars spent each year by hospitals and nursing homes.

More damaging than the cost of premiums may well be the threat of malpractice suits, which causes doctors to practice “defensive” medicine. This can be seen as unnecessary tests, over diagnosis, and redundant or unnecessary treatment. Administrative costs are just stupid high and rising. Estimated health care costs spent on administration are a staggering 25% of hospital spending and are estimated to be over 30 percent of all health care spending.

These groups came about after the many genocidal murders committed by Israel and the IDF. Hundreds upon thousands of Lebanese, Palestinians being killed, with the majority of them being innocent civilians, women and children. Israel need helps to re-create its image worldwide. What better place than the internet?

Why the internet? Because the internet is a huge echo chamber. It also influences what news you see on your television or MSM news sites, like CNN, ABC, MSNBC and CBS for instance. It also influences what you read in your newspapers worldwide. With today’s 24 hour news cycle, the need for fresh news is quite important for retaining viewers and readers. So, many news publications and organisations turn to the internet to see what the “buzz” is and then report on that. Also, due to the internets wide range of people and access to webcams, videos and blogs, many times regular individuals get important news online before main stream media does. Given these facts, who ever controls the internet controls the news and controls the battle for the hearts and minds of the general public.

Winning public opinion is extremely important, remember Americans vote, and they could, if organized, exert pressure on their government and President to stop handing over their hard earned tax dollars to Israel. . Another important reason is “war” Israel needs Americans to be afraid of Muslims, it needs Americans to think everyone in the Middle East are either terrorists, supporting terrorists, swayed by terrorists, and that only little isolated Israel (with the 4th largest army in the world AND having nuclear weapons) is the only friend America has, and on this premise, Americans should back everything Israel does as they are our “friends” (even though they murder American military and cover it up, see below)

Their “job” is to win the battle of public opinion online. In other words, they want to influence what people think of Israel. Why is this important? Well, the obvious answer is NOT that Israel really cares what you think if it. After all, if it did perhaps it would begin adhering to some of the more than 60 UN resolutions it has against it, or perhaps stop breaking international law, or perhaps allowing international investigations when it murders people in Palestine, Lebanon and US Military men onboard the USS Liberty;

The USS Liberty off the coast of Egypt was attacked without warning. The attack lasted 40 minutes and 34 Americans were murdered, with 17o injured and the Ship destroyed.

theories as to why Israel would take such drastic action against its superpower ally is that the Liberty, a $40m state-of-the-art surveillance ship, was eavesdropping on an Israeli massacre of Egyptian prisoners of war.

So, to sway public opinion of Israel and it’s war crimes in Lebanon and Palestine, back in 2000 they decided to create an online group called JIDF or Jewish Internet Defence Force, to manipulate polls and message boards and blogs by spamming comments and votes. Notice that this JIDF group infiltrated and then took over a FACEBOOK group using some type of software, because they did not like the answer they got from FACEBOOK when they complained. The group, according to FACEBOOK was a political discourse group, and as such, FACEBOOK refused to close it down. So the JIDF took action themselves. See here:

Jewish Internet Defense Force ’seizes control’ of anti-Israel Facebook group
In the JIDF’s latest efforts, the group has been working around the clock to dismantle the group on Facebook titled, “Israel is not a country! Delist it from Facebook as a country.” That group had tens of thousands of members.
Facebook’s negligence and abdication of responsibility gave us no option but to take matters in our own hands,” the JIDF added.

The JIDF would not specify what technological methods it used to gain access to the group, but said it succeeded in doing so after the old administrators left.

The JIDF received a response from Facebook, he said, which called the anti-Israel group “legitimate political discourse.” Facebook was not available for comment.

“[The JIDF] gained control of the group without compromising Facebook’s security,” Oboler said. “What they have done… is taken away the hate that was spreading through [the group's] membership. It’s a shame that Facebook themselves did not remove it. It has taken a lot of effort from [the JIDF], while it would have taken Facebook one click.”

The JIDF said its efforts are not limited to Facebook, but extend to anti-Semitism and anti-Israel posts found throughout the Internet, including on sites such as Google, Google Earth, YouTube and Wikipedia.

According to the AFP news agency, Yesh Din, an Israeli human rights group, said that Israel’s chief military Rabbi distributed pamphlets to soldiers urging them to show no mercy to their enemies (the people of Gaza). Yesh Din said that the pamphlet borders “on incitement and racism against the Palestinian people”. The rights group also said these messages can be interpreted as a call to act outside of the confines of international laws of war”.

It’s not only a single rabbi or officer advocating genocide for the Palestinians. Brainwashing of leading Israeli scholars has prompted the most insane self-justification and rationalization for the atrocities committed against the innocent victims in Gaza.

Israeli educators, scholars and politicians openly advocate the annihilation of all Palestinians. Dr. Nachum Rakover, a legal scholar, opined “They voted for killers and sent them to kill us. To call them (civilians) innocent is a tragic comedy… Civilians are partners of the killers.”

Many other politicians called for the need for “wiping off Gaza from the face of earth”, and “annihilating of every moving thing there.” The right-wing Israeli politician Avigdor Lieberman proposed nuking Gaza following the US example when it dropped the atomic bomb on Japan during World War II.

“All of the Palestinians must be killed; men, women, infants, and even their beasts,” cries the religious opinion of Rabbi Yisrael Rosen, the director of the long-established Tsomet Religious Institute.

Zionists have few reservations about expressing their disdain for Palestinians, whether they are in Gaza or the West Bank. Largely, their open contempt comes from what James Petras refers to as the control of American politics through the Zionist Power Configuration (ZPC).

In his latest book on Zionism, Militarism and the Decline of US Power, Petras notes: ZPC power is exercised directly on political, academic and cultural decision-makers to make sure their policies back pro-Israel, pro-Zionist interests.

According to Petras, one of the mechanisms used to exercise indirect power is:

Parleying influence over a small group of Congressmen into a large majority. For example, AIPAC [American Israel Public Affairs Committee] wrote up the bill, presented by Senator Lieberman, co-signed by Senator Kyl, labelling the Iranian Revolutionary Guards as terrorists which paved the way for Bush to launch an attack. It was passed by 80 per cent of Congress.

With this kind of control over decision-makers in America, Israels hawks show little if any constraint when it comes to their slaughtering of Palestinians. As William A Cook has noted:

Israel systematically engineered the execution of more than 1300 people and wounded or maimed for life more than 5000, people locked inside a cage unable to protect themselves even by running away, for there was no place to run that the Israeli military could not see or destroy. Indeed, Israels foreign minister, Tzipi Livni, simply categorized Gazan civilians as fighters and their towns and villages military bases, thus enabling the IDF [so-called Israel Defense Forces] to continue its indiscriminate slaughter.

Apparently, little can be done to persuade sadistic Israelis that Palestinians are anything more than disposable goyim. However, decent Americans need to reconsider their willing support of Israel’s pathological murderers currently in control of America.

Liebman, who recently replaced Col. Pnina Sharvit-Baruch, was speaking at the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations in Jerusalem about the role of the law in fighting terror.

There is little chance that war crimes charges abroad will end in conviction, or, for that matter, in acquittal, since procedural issues will end up derailing the allegations before they reach that stage, Liebman told Haaretz. But that doesn’t much matter to those bringing the charges, he said.

“The goal is achieved when the charges are publicized,” Liebman said. “The objective is to cause damage to morale, more than legal damage.”

In Spain, for instance, legal charges are being brought over the Gaza war. Liebman says this is no coincidence: The country was the site of major protests against Israel while the fighting was taking place.

He also said the Israel Defense Forces would be completing five investigations within the next few weeks relating to a variety of wartime incidents. Although the military prosecution was involved in providing legal opinions regarding Operation Cast Lead, Liebman said it did not play a role in choosing the targets nor could it be present in the pilot’s cockpit.

“Even the brigade commander doesn’t always know what’s going on,” he said. “The fog of war applies to us as well. You have to make a distinction between planning the targets ahead of time and checking whether it’s possible to attack targets [on the one hand] and ad hoc factors in the field [on the other], when there are forces firing on our troops or a pilot has three seconds to decide one way or the other.”

If the investigations reveal that Israeli troops committed offenses or exceeded their authority, “they will be dealt with appropriately,” Liebman said.

“Commanders during the fighting shouldn’t be losing sleep because of the investigations,” he added. “It’s impossible not to make mistakes in such a crowded environment, under pressure. There’s a large gap between mistakes and the ‘war crimes’ people like to accuse us of.”

Indeed, international law expert Yoram Dinstein said at a conference at the Institute for National Security Studies in Tel Aviv late last month that a ratio of three or four civilian deaths per combatant death was the norm in most wars.
