There are a number of areas available for hire for VIP exclusive private parties. The Panorama deck is fully furnished, can accommodate up to 230 people, as well as having space for a DJ, bars, seating and a dance area. The Lido deck can also be hired, and can accommodate up to 115 people. There are also two other decks suitable for smaller and more intimate events.

Should you wish to stay the night, there are also a number of luxury 5 star suites, ranging from 21 to 30 square metres, some with private balconies, and all with outside views.

With the mooring being less than 10 minutes travel time from the Olympic site, and only 20 minutes from the West End of London, the MS Caledonian Sky offers magnificent accommodation, and the perfect venue for private VIP events for the  duration of the Olympics.

Canapé and Cocktail Reception, 90 Guests.

On arrival in the private house in Chelsea, Noble House Events set about turning the home into a beautiful event space. Furniture was shifted out carefully, and placed in another room out of the way, ready to be put back at the end of the night. A bar was created along one side of the open-plan kitchen, while the chefs got to work in the rest of the area preparing the canapés. As it was a party that would last all night, a lot of food was on the menu- no one was going to be hungry! 16 canapés per person were served by our chefs, with a selection of fantastic savoury canapés followed by mouth-watering sweet delights. Champagne, 3 different cocktails, and the client’s own wine were served.

The Venue: Trinity House, Tower Hill

Laurent Perrier Champagne and Soft Cocktails accompanying canapés were served to the guests as they arrived.  After a 45 minute reception dinner was called, and everyone made their way through into the dining room, which had been laid with linen in the company colours, as well as elegant cutlery and glassware to suit the occasion and setting. Noble House Events had also arranged the table centres, which were stunning floral arrangements, once again matching the company’s colour theme. The meal was accompanied by music played by a band situated in the minstrel’s gallery.
