Windows 10 Technical Preview for Phone is Available; Demo Video is Released

Much awaited Windows 10 Technical Preview is now available. Now people can see and feel the Windows 10 on their phones. The build is only available to Windows insiders. Windows 10 is the same core platform for PCs, tablets and phones.

In order to get this build and be a part of this program, you need to first join the Windows Insider Program, then register your device to receive the build. The build will be available to you over the air. You can always roll back your phone to the OS version you were using earlier. You can send send the problem reports and suggestions to Microsoft using built-in Windows Feedback app.

Before you jump to Windows 10 Technical Preview for Phone, here is a first look video released by Microsoft's Joe Belfiore. In this video he explains the great new feature additions to Windows 10.

There is a good news for all Windows Phone users specially those who carry a low-end phone like very popular Nokia Lumia 520. As per Microsoft, they are trying hard to make Windows 10 available on every device running on Windows phone 8 and Windows Phone 8.1.

In a recent tweet made by Joe Belfiore, the chief of Microsoft's mobile and convergence strategy, he made it very clear that even the low-end Windows Phone with 512MB RAM will be receiving Windows 10 but not all features will be supported because of hardware restrictions.
