Motivul? Se cunoaste faptul ca
persoanele supraponderale deja manifesta un sindrom dislipidemic iar
consecintele unei alimentatii hiperlipidice manifesta o influenta negativa
asupra activitatii fibrinolitice, care deja e scazuta la persoanele
supraponderale. &lt;/div&gt;

In plus, lipidele au o

produs – fie el unt, ulei de masline, de soia, etc...&lt;/div&gt;

Reamintim aici faptul ca pentru

energetic global calculat pentru o zi. &lt;/div&gt;

Bineinteles ca in aceste 40-50
grame trebuie sa se regaseasca si grasimea continuta de celelalte produse
alimentare, neconsiderate „lipide” prin compozitie, cum ar fi: carnea, branza,

alege, cantitatea &amp;nbsp;aceasta va trebui sa

traditia, cu semnificatia belsugului ce va veni in casele noastre, dar sa si

Asistam tot mai des la conversatii sau afirmatii facute de asa pretinsi ”cunoscatori”, prin care isi sustin alegerea de a renunta la carnea de
porc in favoarea carnii de pui, decizie luata pentru o sanatate mai buna. Nimic
mai fals! &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;"&gt;
Carnea de porc, desi contine o cantitate de grasime invizibila mai
mare, s-a demonstrat ca este mai sanatoasa pentru organism decat dopajul cu
carnea de pui la care s-a ajuns in ultima vreme. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;"&gt;
De ce?! Nimic mai simplu: sistemul de crestere a puilor de ferma, prin
adoptarea sistemului de crestere intensiv, precum si&amp;nbsp; alimentatia mult aditivata. In plus, &amp;nbsp;se adauga lipsa de miscare a puilor. Toti
acesti factori ce au condus dus chiar la modificari in compozitia carnii de
pui: cresterea cantiiatii de de grasime la pasarile dela ferma!&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt;"&gt;
Iata deci carnea de porc ajunsa din nou pe farfuria noastra, de data
asta chiar din recomandarea nutritionistilor! Asadar, o friptura de porc la
gratar aleasa dintr-o bucata de carne slaba s-a dovedit a fi mai sanatoasa
decat o friptura de pui de ferma crescut in sistem intensiv! &lt;/div&gt;

Ca de fiecare data, cuvantul cheie este moderatia!&lt;br /&gt;

sa folosim un cantar de bucatarie. S-a constat ca, de obicei, tindem sa
aproximam “in plus” portiile pe care le mancam, fapt ce va fi in detrimentul
celui ce astepta rezultatele.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="text-indent: -24px;"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;In timpul regimului nu se consuma
alcool. Alcoolul, chiar in cantitati mici, are un efect de stimulare a
apetitului, iar separat, ca produs, aduce destule calorii. Asa ca, in acesta
perioada se evita cosumul acestuia, de orice fel.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="text-indent: -24px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 7pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="text-indent: -24px;"&gt;Daca tipurile de garnituri de&amp;nbsp; legume se pot inlocui un ape cealalta, alternandu-le
si apeland la bunul gust ori placerea celui implicat, carnea se consuma
obligatoriu!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="text-indent: -24px;"&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;Supele nu se ingroasa cu fainoase
(paste, fidea, galusti, crutoane, etc.).&lt;br /&gt;

8.&amp;nbsp;Se incerca ca meniurile sa fie cat
mai variate, diversificate, apetisante, &amp;nbsp;pentru ca regimul sa poata fi tinut timp cat
mai&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; indelungat.&lt;br /&gt;
9.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="text-indent: -24px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 7pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="EN-US" style="text-indent: -24px;"&gt;Sosurile se prepara din supa de carne
degresata si se dreg cu o lingurita de iaurt, lamaie, verdeata, cimbru, dafin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

In tratamentul obezitatii aplicat in regim ambulatoriu -adica regim care se poate tine &amp;nbsp;foarte bine si la domiciliu, deci care nu necesita regim de spitalizare- se recomanda un regim &amp;nbsp;de plecare, asa-zis "TIP".&lt;br /&gt;

constituirea tesutului adipos - fapt care a fost demonstrat stiintific.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

administrarea unui regim, chiar daca din punct de vedere caloric nu este reprezentativ, aflandu-se in limite rationale, &amp;nbsp;compozitia dezechilibrata a acestuia in glucide duce la constituirea
grasimilor de depozit. &lt;/div&gt;

Pe acest principiu este conceput
un stil de regim care ia in calcul un indice glicemic al alimentelor. &lt;/div&gt;

calorile IMC sau ale greutatii ideale calculate, de alte afectiuni asociate
obezitatii, etc, &amp;nbsp;regimul &amp;nbsp;dietetic va putea fi mai mult sau mai putin
restrictiv, inca de la inceputul lui. In timp insa, regimul dietetic trebuie sa
se ”normalizeze&lt;span lang="EN-US"&gt;”, adica sa
devina acel stil de viata sanatos catre care tindem cu totii, si nicidecum o
reintoarcere la obiceiurile alimentare anterioare care au dus la instalarea

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Discutand anterior despre compozitia in
principii nutritive a regimului alimentar in obezitate, am subliniat
greseala frecventa care se face prin abordarea unui regim alimentar “de post”,
adica sarac in proteine de origine animala. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Simplul fapt de “privare” a organismului de aceste
principii importante, are rolul de a face individul in cauza sa se simta “slabit”,
adeseori senzatia fiind foarte aproape de realitate, insa fara nicio legatura
cu stratul de tesut adipos caruia i se adreseaza scopul nostru.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Importanta ratiei proteice este covarsitoare: in
primul rand s-a constat stiintific ca in obezitate exista o tulburare a metabolismului
proteic, marcata de o tendinta la disproteinemie, tendinta ce apare direct
proportional cu gradul obezitatii.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Apoi, fapt deloc de neglijat, proteinele au un rol
important in reglarea apetitului, scaderea aportului de proteine ducand la cresterea
apetitului. Acest fapt il gasim exemplificat la persoanele care tin posturile
religioase si se alimenteaza intr-un stil haotic, fara a tine cont de calitatea
hranei. Se concentraza pe gradul de satietate general si nu aduc prin
alimentatie un aport de proteine de origine vegetala corespunzator in masa
zilnica. La aceste persoane, mai ales ca regimul se intinde pe perioade mai
lingi de timp, se remarca un apetit crescut, cu o senzatie de “foame permanenta”.
&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Daca vom ignora acest lucru, riscul pe care il
asumam va fi utilizarea proteinelor proprii. Adica acea “slabire” a tesutului
muscular marcata ca o “slabire generala”, fara afectarea stratului de grasime
de depozit, adica a tesutului adipos.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
Asadar, in regimul
dietetic al obezitatii vorbim de o “ratie minima de proteine”, obligatoriu. Mai
mult decat atat, vorbim de o ratie de proteine care sa fie de valoare biologica
mare. Cu alte cuvinte, nu se face cura de slabire sanatoasa in lipsa carnii de
la masa! &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Bineinteles ca din aceeasi categorie, cea a proteinelor de origine animala, putem considera si laptele, produsele lactate, pestele, etc. &lt;/div&gt;

naturiste" gasim pentru a scadea in greutate, pot sa afirm ca din punct de vedere
al alimentatiei unei persoane supraponderale, singura masura adoptata care
poate sa functioneze, si sigur, si sanatos, este regimul hipocaloric. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Pentru a pierde in greutate - program &amp;nbsp;desfasurat in conditii obisnuite de
activitate, regimul hipocaloric de urmat trebuie sa aduca, &amp;nbsp;in medie, 1100-1200 de calorii.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Compozitia acestui regim este de asemenea foarte
importanta. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;In primul rand, proteinele nu trebuie sa
lipseasca. Este absolut aberanta ideea vehiculata sa tii postul religios ca sa
pierzi in greutate, in general acest post fiind partial sau chiar total lipsit
de proteine de origine animala, iar caracterizat practic, chiar si din cele de
origine vegetala. Continutul corect in proteine al unui regim hipocaloric este
de 1,2-1,5 g/kg corp, calcul facut avand ca reper greutatea ideala spre care se
tinde. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;In ceea ce priveste compozitia in lipide a
regimului, aceasta va fi &amp;nbsp;redusa,
bineinteles, vorbind de un continut lipidic de aproximativ 40-50 de grame. In
acesta cantitate avem in vedere si lipidele asa numite “invizibile”, adica cele
care intra in componenta celorlalte alimente, cum sunt: laptele, branza,
carnea, etc. Bineinteles, calculam si uleiul adaugat salatelor sau prepararii
mancarurilor. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Din punct de vedere al glucidelor, regimul nostru
hipocaloric va mai capata o caracteristica: va fi si hipoglucidic. Glucidele sunt primele formatoare ale stratului de grasime, desi, din punct de
vedere caloric 1 g de lipid furnizeaza dublu (9,3 calorii), fata de 1 g glucid,
care furnizeaza doar 4,1 calorii. &amp;nbsp;Astfel,
vor fi suprimate dulciurile concentrate si reduse drastic toate fainoasele si
painea.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Doar in conditii de internare in spital, in
clinici de specialitate si desfasurate sub stricta supraveghere medicala, se
pot practica si regimuri foarte restrictive. Aceste cazuri necesita imobilizare
absoluta la pat, precum si, asa cum am mai spus, stricta supraveghere medicala,
&amp;nbsp;fiind vorba de un aport caloric foarte
redus. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Aceste regimuri* sunt:&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;1.Postul complet – caz in care bolnavul primeste
doar 1500 ml ceai indulcit cu zaharina si vitamine administrate injectabil, caz
in care bolnavul este absolut imobilizat la pat;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;2.Regim cu 280 de calorii – bolnavul primeste
zilnic 300 g branza de vaci;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;3.Regim cu 400 de calorii – alcatuit din 250 ml
lapte, 100 g branza de vaci, 100 g carne, 200 g mere, morcovi, dovlecei,
albitura 100 g (sau alte legume cu 5% glucide = 500g);&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;4.Regim cu 600 de calorii – compus din lapte 250
ml, branza de vaci 100 g, carne slaba 150 g, mere 200 g, morcovi, dovlecei,
albitura 100 g (sau alte legume cu continut de 5% glucide =500g). &amp;nbsp;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Pana la postarea unor exemple de meniuri
recomandate in scopul pierderii in greutate in total echilibru cu sanatatea
nostra, si respectand baza stiintifica prezentata in tratatele de specialitate,
voi incerca sa exemplific celor interesati de ce este acest regim
hipocaloric-hipoglucidic este singurul eficient, de la care putem astepta rezultate
si in totala armonie cu starea de sanatate.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Majoritatea datelor existente in literatura
demonstreaza cresterea ingestiei calorice la persoanele obeze. Subiectivismul
persoanei implicate insa ne va relata ca “s-a alimentat normal din punct de
vedere cantitativ”, desi aportul caloric realizat va fi, dupa calcul, evident superior
nevoilor nutritive. Se mai intalnesc si cazuri in care bolnavul furnizeaza raspunzuri
false, regasindu-ne in situatia jalnica “adevarul doare”.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Decalajul intre “foame” si “satietate” sta la baza
mecanismului de producere a obezitatii. Reusind sa demontam si sa indepartam
orice forma de rezerva fata de adevaratul comportament, sustinand temeinic ca o
problema recunoscuta este pe jumatate rezolvata, constientizand pericolul si
agresivitatea obezitatii asupra starii de sanatate, vom reusi &amp;nbsp;sa sustinem persoana &amp;nbsp;implicata in actul terapeutic pe care il vom

Intradevar, printre mijloacele terapeutice folosite, psihoterapia trebuie sa fie instituita&amp;nbsp; si aplicata sistematic. Ea are in vedere modificarea anumitor obiceiuri alimentare si reeducarea comportamentului alimentar. De asemenea, suportul psihologic va urmari crearea unor noi preocupari, care sa distraga individul supraponderal din preajma alimentelor si care sa-i mentina permanent vointa de a slabi. Fara o cooperare bazata pe incredere si sinceritate intre individul interesat de a slabi si consilierul in nutritie, orice tentativa de a pierde kilograme va fi sortita esecului. Deci, cooperarea deschisa si interesata a celor doua parti este decisiva pentru reusita!&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;
In decursul acestei cooperari, prima etapa cuprinde o evaluare a starii de nutritie a individului, cu stabilirea cauzelor care au determinat vicierea comportamentului alimentar, precum si felul cum se manifesta acesta. Fara o colaborare sincera, &amp;nbsp;nu se pot evidentia anumite elemente particulare care trebuiesc demontate si inlocuite cu alte optiuni. Aceste sunt elemente esentiale pentru a institui un tratament complet, corespunzator si in special pentru a-l urmari indeaproape.&lt;/div&gt;

Din punct de vedere practic, medicul trebuie sa obtina de la bolnav toate detaliile legate de comportamentul sau alimentar, sa controleze veridicitatea lor cu ajutorul celorlalti membrii ai familiei.&lt;/div&gt;

Impreuna cu bolnavul se vor analiza factorii care au provocat vicierea comportamentului alimentar. Persoana in cauza are un rol foarte important: &amp;nbsp;va furniza date legate de modul de viata, de munca, va detalia anumite obiceiuri si-si va recunoaste mici bucurii care-i dau satisfactii sau necazuri care-l framanta.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;
Etapa urmatoare presupune un examen clinic si biologic complex in urma caruia medicul reuseste sa faca un bilant al starii de sanatate sau de boala a individului. Impreuna vor puncta cauzele care au dus la cresterea ponderala. Medicul ii se va explica cum a ajuns obez si in special ce trebuie sa faca pentru a slabi.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;
Interventia medicului in acest moment este capitala. El atentioneaza in modul cel mai ferm asupra factorilor sociali, economici, profesionali, familiali si individuali ce au avut impact asupra si au favorizat un comportament alimentar neadecvat. Factorii sociali, economici si profesionali sunt mai greu influentabili sau deloc, in schimb factorii familiali si individuali por fi ameliorati cu succes. Intreg cercul vicios din obezitate trebuie interupt prin interventia a doua mari parghii:&lt;/div&gt;

De cele mai multe ori, din cauza existentei apetitului exagerat, apare nevoia de a-l inhiba cu ajutorul prescrierii de medicamete anorexigene.&lt;/div&gt;

Acestea fac parte din masurile de prima urgenta in tratamentul obezitatii. Ulterior se incepe un proces de rationalizare a actului alimentar, ca si a modului de viata, prin demontarea acestor factori care au contribuit la instalarea obezitatii. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;
Pana la atingerea greutatii ideale, slabirea va fi un proces continuu, dar ea va fi intrerupta de perioade de stationare. Acestea nu trebuie sa-l descurajeze pe individul in cauza. Orice castig in aceasta lupta trebuie evidentiat si trebuie folosit pentru a alimenta pe mai departe dorinta individului de a slabi, incurajandu-l si impulsionandu-l.&lt;/div&gt;

Fie ca am reusit sau nu sa deslusim mecanismele de producere a obezitatii, slabirea ramane totusi un act mai dificil decat pare la prima vedere. Indiferent de factorii care au cauzat sau au facilitat depunerea de grasime, dincolo de ceaiuri de slabit si de pilule “minune”, &amp;nbsp;baza terapeutica a tratamentului a fost si ramane tratamentul dietetic. &lt;/div&gt;

Chiar si in tratarea obezitatii care s-a instalat in urma unor dezechilibre endocrine, tratamentul de baza este tot cel dietetic. Si acest lucru este foarte clar, mai ales ca s-a demonstrat faptul ca, oricare ar fi cauza primara sau factorii favorizanti, obezitatea nu se instaleaza decat in urma unui aport caloric care depaseste nevoile energetice ale organismului.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;
Pentru a incepe sa mobilizeze grasimile din rezervele adipoase, este necesar ca balanta energetica sa fie negativa, adica ratiile calorice administrate vor fi reduse fata de necesitati, dar aceasta reducere, pe cat posibil, sa nu trebuie sa produca dezechilibre nutritive. Acesta este si principiul terapeutic fundamental in obezitate: transformarea dezechilibrului pozitiv pana atunci, intr-un dezechilibru energetic negativ. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: normal; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;
Bineinteles, este necesar sa se cunoasca greutatea ideala la care trebuie sa ajunga in final si cerintele nutritive specifice ale persoanei implicate. Aceste cerinte sunt prezentate sub forma nevoilor energetice si exprimate in calorii.&lt;/div&gt;

Regimul alimentar clasic prescrie un aport caloric de aproximativ 1100-1200 de calorii, aspectul calitativ al ratiei fiind si acesta foarte important, si foarte mult speculat de multitudinea de diete comerciale care ne sunt &amp;nbsp;prezentate peste tot. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

In acest context trebuie sa amintim faptul ca nu exista si nici nu cred ca se vor “descoperi” curand substante, indiferent din ce ar fi extrase ele care sa “arda” grasimea depusa. Singura modalitate de a “misca” aceste depozite consta in asigurarea unor nevoi energetice neacoperite de aportul alimentar. Numai astfel organismul apeleaza la propriile sale rezerve pe care le arde tocmai pentru obtinerea energiei de care are nevoie si este neasigurata.&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp;“A slabi” a devenit astazi o problema aproape generala, preocupand pe toata lumea -&amp;nbsp; si pe cei cu o greutate superioara, dar si pe cei cu greutatea normala, de fapt &amp;nbsp;se adreseaza&amp;nbsp; omului obez adica cel a carui greutate actuala depaseste cu cel putin 20%&amp;nbsp; greutatea considerata ideala (stabilita printr-o&amp;nbsp; medie a greutatii &amp;nbsp;populatiei de aceeasi varsta si sex).&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp; Mentinerea greutatii corporale normale, una din functiile importante ale organsimului uman si care nu constituia o problema pana acum cateva decenii, a devenit o temere fata de care trebuie sa ne manifestam vigilenta. &lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Depunerea grasimii rezulta totusi fie din alimentele introduse in plus in organism, fie din cauza lipsei de miscare, a sedentarismului. Acest factor contribuie la depunerea grasimii chiar si in conditiile unei alimentatii normale deoarece nevoile energetice ale organismului sedentar sunt reduse, chiar si o alimentatie normala, rationala, &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;ducand in final la depunerea de grasime.&lt;/div&gt;

Cu timpul insa, lovindu-te de fel si fel de situatii realizezi ca “a slabi” depaseste faza cu matematica, si nu este chiar asa de simplu! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Daca secolul trecut “a fi grasa”, adica “grasa si frumoasa” -&amp;nbsp;privita ca o calitate! - era caracteristica certa doar a celor instariti tradand indestularea, in ultimele decenii &amp;nbsp;asistam la o modificare a acestei sintagme. &amp;nbsp; De cele mai multe ori “a fi grasa” se traduce - &amp;nbsp;in cel mai bun caz - fie prin nepasarea celei/celui&amp;nbsp; in cauza, fie prin asimilarea unor concepte eronate despre “nutritie si dieta”. &amp;nbsp;Iar despre concepte eronate, asa zisele “mituri despre slabit” &amp;nbsp;e plina&amp;nbsp; lumea virtuala…&amp;nbsp; &lt;/div&gt;

De cele mai multe ori prosperitatea materiala este insotita in tan-dem de cresterea ponderala. Adica, individul in cauza, vrand-nevrand, prin “oferte” inedite cade in plasa celor care incep sa manance mai mult. Adica, cantitativ. Insa, nu de putine ori, ne intalnim in jurul nostru &amp;nbsp;cu situatia “mananc putin”. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Colaborarea mea cu oameni care-si doreau sa slabeasca, oamenii ca-si impusesera un nou stil de viata, mai sanatos, m-a facut sa sesizez ca, singur fiind fata-in –fata cu problema slabitului, faci uneori greseli pe care nu le sesizezi. &amp;nbsp;Iata de ce e important ca atunci cand iti propui schimbarea atitudinii fata de supraponderabilitate, sa pleci la drum “in doi”, macar. &amp;nbsp;Altfel, esti pasibil de greseli, greseli pe care le repeti, nu le remarci ca sa le poti&amp;nbsp; indrepta, iar faptul ca nu exista rezultatele asteptate la testul cantarului, ne face sa ne pierdem increderea in noi.&lt;/div&gt;

Pentru ca vreau sa spun si sa subliniez chiar acest lucru, a avea incredere in propria persoana este capital atunci cand ne inscriem in cursa slabitului. &lt;/div&gt;

Citesc, (bloguri respectabile, deh!) urmatoarea stire: “cu pachetul de slabit&amp;nbsp; ”slabeste usor si fara efort” , “slabiti rapid”! Nu va entuziasmati! Nu este &amp;nbsp;ceea ce cautam: atunci cand slabim, de regula..…nu ne grabim! Graba e doar tertipul celor care vor sa vanda!! Doar daca vrem sa facem o cheltuiala inutila, si sa ne pacalim psihicul cu un alt mit, mit care in niciun caz nu o sa darame imaginea noastra din oglinda!&lt;/div&gt;

Daca de AZI &amp;nbsp;ne propunem sa slabim, avem la dispozitie exact atat timp…… cat ne-a luat sa ne ingrasam. Deci, daca slabim, in primul rand: nu ne grabim!!!&lt;/div&gt;

Etimologia cuvantului “obezitate” este de origine latina: “obesidas” , cuvant derivat de la verbul “a manca mult si lacom”=”ob edo, od edere”, adica a manca in exces.&lt;/div&gt;

In general, obezitatea apare ca urmare a dezechilibrului&amp;nbsp; generat intre aportul alimentar al individului si nevoile organismului sau.&amp;nbsp; Obligatoriu, ca factor extern descries in aparitia obezitatii vom gasi abuzul alimentar, iar ca factor favorizant predispozitia constitutionala. Cei doi factori nu pot fi izolati unul de celalalt, s-a demonstrat ca exista o dereglare a echilibrului functional normal existent in centrii hipotalamici (acolo unde se afla centrul satietatii si al foamei) ce are repercusiuni asupra comportamentului alimentar, care, la randul sau, devine abuziv si &amp;nbsp;produce tulburari endocrinometabolice ce influenteaza pozitiv progresia obezitatii.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
In acest sens este celebru un studiu efectuat pe un lot de soareci care erau déjà obezi si la care s-a putut observa o accentuare a depunerii de grasime, studiu efectuat comparativ cu un alt lot de soareci ce aveau dimensiuni normale. Pe langa aceasta accentuare a depunerii de grasime s-a observant si o&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; incetinire in utilizarea stratului de grasime existent déjà, plus o crestere a cantitatii de hrana pe care o ingerau, astfel ca pana la urma, soriceii obezi &amp;nbsp;au facut si diabet.&amp;nbsp; Cercetatorii au redus cantitatea de hrana pe care o administrau soriceilor, iar acest lucru a dus la reducerea diabetului pana la disparitie chiar. Desi a fost privita ca o victorie asupra evolutiei sanatatii la acesti soricei, soriceii au ramas in continuare constitutional obezi. &lt;/div&gt;

De aici concluzia ca obezitatea realizata prin abuzul alimentar nu exclude de fapt influentele genetice, ci&amp;nbsp;ea se produce tocmai in cazul in care supraalimentatia se intalneste cu predispozitita constitutionala.&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Obezitatea se intalneste mai des la femei, cu precadere in perioadele in care este simtita o “criza genitala”, si anume: la pubertate, in sarcina, la menopauza, atunci cand in organism au loc o serie de modificari neuroendocrine, psihice, sociale&amp;nbsp; toate sustinute si alimentar.&lt;/div&gt;

Alti factorii in aparitia si sustinerea obezitatii sunt:&lt;/div&gt;

-traumele psihice si nervoase: fie sub forma de&amp;nbsp; leziuni organice ale sistemului nervos (lovituri, raniri, etc.), fie sub forma atat de raspandita a zilelor noastre: stresul; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
-consumul de alcool: se stie ca alcoolul consumat in cantitati acceptabile, moderate, mareste apetitul, dar&amp;nbsp; si ofera un aport suplimentar caloric care nu este de neglijat. In plus, consumul de alcool suprima utilizarea energetic a a stratului de grasime, favorizand depozitarea&amp;nbsp; directa a principiilor alimentare sub forma de tesut adipos;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
-cauze endocrine: exista o serie de afectiuni in care obezitatea apare ca simptom, fiind descris&amp;nbsp; in literatura de specialitate un sindrom endocrin caracterizat prin hiperinsulinism, hipercorticism, hipogonadism si hipotiroidism.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
Desi este privita ca o ''defectiune'' pur estetica, obezitatea &amp;nbsp;este de fapt, o afectiune a intregului&amp;nbsp; organism!&lt;/div&gt;

Am incercat sa consemnez,&amp;nbsp; succint, cauzele care produc cresterea ponderala. Cuvantul “dieta” provine din limba latina si&amp;nbsp; inseamna&amp;nbsp; toate elementele care influenteaza intr-un fel oarecare metinerea starii de sanatate: &amp;nbsp;aer, hrana, temperatura, exercitiu fizic, odihna, etc., deci, &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;intr-un cuvant, maniera omului de a trai, de a se adapta la mediul ambiant. &lt;/div&gt;

In ziua de azi, semnificatia &amp;nbsp;termenului “dieta” s-a restrans la notiunea &amp;nbsp;de “regim alimentar”, sensul lui fiind sinonim cu restrictia alimentara. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
Dietoterapia&amp;nbsp; ca stiinta s-a dezvoltat in paralel cu progresele&amp;nbsp; inregistrate de celelalte stiinte biologice&amp;nbsp; ce au impact intre om si mediu care il inconjoara: biochimia, fiziologia, metabolismul intermediar, dar si alte ramuri ale medicinii. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
Regimul alimentar are un rol important in tratamentul dietetic al multor boli: diabet, hipertensiune arteriala, dislipidemia, obezitatea, ulcerul gastric, colecistita, hepatita, etc. &amp;nbsp;Alimentatia dietetica este de fapt o alimentatie rationala care prin utilizarea unor procese tehnologice specifice, ori sau prin restrictia sau simpla limitare a unor alimente stabilite in context cu sexul, varsta, munca depusa, starea de boala, etc, &amp;nbsp;contribuie la ameliorarea sau vindecarea bolii. Modificarile aduse prin regimul alimentar instituit trebuie sa aiba in vedere&amp;nbsp; insa mentinerea echilibrului nutritional. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in;"&gt;
Dietoterapia are in ca obiectiv &amp;nbsp;nu numai afectiunea existenta la nivelul unui&amp;nbsp; organ sau sistem, ci ea se adreseaza intregului organism. Astfel, in aplicarea sa, dietoterapia trebuie sa&amp;nbsp; respecte urmatoarele principii generale*:&lt;/div&gt;

1.&lt;span style="font: normal normal normal 7pt/normal 'Times New Roman';"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;-Dieta aplicata -preventiva sau curativa-&amp;nbsp; trebuie sa fie conforma cu principiile alimentatiei rationale;&lt;br /&gt;

- &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; -Dieta trebuie adaptata obiceiurilor si preferintelor alimentare ale individului si va tine seama&amp;nbsp; seama de interrelatiile dintre om si mediul ambiant;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;-In prescrierea unei diete se va tine seama de toti factorii de comportament: starea emotionala, starea culturala, profesionala, sociala, etc., deoarece o dieta incorect adaptata va avea repercusiuni negative asupra personalitatii individului;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;-Tulburarile nutritionale sau metabolice ce insotesc boala de baza vor fi tratate concomitent cu acesta;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
- &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; -Prepararea alimentelor va fi facuta cat mai simplu, fara a se renunta insa la rafinamentele gustative. Se va exclude tot ce este nociv in gastrotehnie, fara insa a se prepara o mancare fara gust.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .25in;"&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; -In aplicarea sa, dietoterapia nu trebuie sa suprime placerea de a manca si nici obiceiurile alimentare, atunci cand acestea nu sunt nocive organismului, fiind total gresit sa se considere ca rolul dietoterapiei este doar satisfacerea nevoilor naturale.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: .25in;"&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Rolul dietoterapiei nu trebuie subestimat, dimpotriva, ar trebui intensificata &amp;nbsp;educatia alimentara a omului prin toate mijloacele, astfel incat el insusi sa devina, dupa o vreme, artizanul propriului&amp;nbsp; regim alimentar, in echilibru cu nevoile sale si adaptat afectiunilor sale. Spun asta deoarece, pentru unele boli, dietoterapia este singurul remediu, iar in spitale, adesea peste 50% din tratamentul administrat este cel dietetic.&lt;br /&gt;

Raportat la nivelul actual al cunostintelor, este greu sa consideri o formula “idela” utilizata pentru calculul unei “greutati ideale”, cand nu ai in vedere si contextul clinic general al persoanei respective. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;
Un examen fizic general intotdeauna aduce completari pretioase in cadrul evaluarii starii de nutritive prin &amp;nbsp;masurarea pliului cutanat, cirumferintei abdominale, determinarea masei tesutului adipos si indicele abdomino-fesier.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;
Totusi, in activitatea practica sunt folosite mai multe metode pentru determinarea greutatii ideale:&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Indicele de Masa Corporala (IMC)&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt; sau BMI (din engleza, Body Mass Index) reprezinta in sine o formula &amp;nbsp;teoretica de calcul a greutatii corporale:&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;

I= Valoara inaltimii calculata la patrat (IxI). &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;
Valoarea IMC ne da date asupra aprecierii greutatii corporale si incadrarea &amp;nbsp;in una din cele 3 mari categorii: &amp;nbsp;subponderal, normoponderal si supraponderal, cu limita maxima ce separa greutatea normala de supraponderabilitate de 27 pentru barbati si 25 pentru femei.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;
O valoare situata intre 20 si 25 ne da indicii de normalitate a greutatii la femei, la barbati valoarea maxima a normalitatii fiind 27. Sub 20 ne ragasim in segmental subponderabilitatii, iar peste 25-respectiv 27 in segmental supraponderabilitatii.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Binenteles ca nu este &amp;nbsp;formula perfecta sau, ea poate fi &amp;nbsp;perfectibila, doar ca este cea mai utilizata in practica. &amp;nbsp;Valorile sale sunt pur teoretice si se bazeaza pe studii&amp;nbsp; epidemiologice efecuate pe mase mari de populatie, urmarindu-se corelatia directa a populatiei respective cu speranta de viata &amp;nbsp;inregistrata in zona studiata. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;
Formula este o apreciere stricta a greutatii corporale, fara a se tine seama de alti parametri, cum ar fi varsta &amp;nbsp;sau, si mai important, starea clinica. Cei doi factori scosi din acest context genereaza de multe ori rezultate false: cazul celor cu dezvoltarea exagerata a masei mulsculare – body building, adica masa de tesut muscular mult crescuta peste medie, &amp;nbsp;sau cei cu retentie hidrosalina. Asa ca, pentru o apreciere avizata este necesar examenul fizic complet, care va face distinctia intre fiziologic si patologic. &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 0.5in;"&gt;
Din proprie experienta pot spune ca multa lume nu se doveste satisfacuta de rezultatul acestei evaluari rapide a masei corporale.&amp;nbsp; Consideratiile pur estetice cat si popularizarea intensa prin mijloace mass-media&amp;nbsp; a lipsei tesutului adipos au dus la nemultumirea fata de propria “imagine” a adolescentelor si tinerelor femei, manifestata de cele mai multe ori prin dorinta expresa de “a slabi”, chiar daca se incadrau cu succes in categoria persoanelor cu greutate normala.&lt;/div&gt;

Alta formula de calcul al greutatii ideale este &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Formula lui Lorentz&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;, devenita clasica si utilizata mult in Europa si care, prin simplitatea ei s-a impus in toata lumea:&lt;/div&gt;

Formula este utilizata numai pentru aflarea greutatii ideale la adulti. Ea a fost imbunatatita fata de formula lui Lorentz care, indiferent de varsta si sex, la aceeasi inaltime exprima aceeasi greutate ideala, ceea ce contravine cunostintelor de fiziologie. &lt;/div&gt;

Alta posibilitate de aflare a greutatii ideale este &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;formula lui Broca&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;, o formula mai veche si destul de simpla, formula care nu mai este acceptata azi in practica medicala, dar simplu de retinut si aplicabila imediat:&lt;/div&gt;

Teoretic, se considera ca un individ este obez atunci cand greutatea sa depaseste 20% din greutatea ideala. Cei carora greutatea depaseste valoarea greutatii ideale cu procente cuprinse intre 10 si 20%, sunt etichetati ca “SUPRAPONDERALI” – deci, nu obezi!&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;In ziua de azi, civilizatia a dus la schimbari importante ale alimentatiei: stresul, sedentarismul si industria alimentara ce produce alimente &amp;nbsp;cat mai rafinate, prefabricate, concentrate, &amp;nbsp;ne-au “robotizat” preferintele alimentare, facandu-ne sa consumam mai mult decat trebuie&amp;nbsp; “produsele civilizatiei”, uitand de&amp;nbsp; nevoile de baza ale organismului si implicit, de sanatatea noastra. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Asa cum am spus si la inceput: alimentatia este un act psiho-social: ne strangem in jurul mesei si la durere si la bucurie, &amp;nbsp;dar mai ales “mancam” si “preferam”. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Cele superficiale ne fac sa ne alegem alimentele si se gasesc la originea valorii simbolistice a alimentului. E la moda si se poarta NUTRITIA! &lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Nu mai vorbim de inflatia de nutritionisti si sfaturile acestora!! &lt;/span&gt;Ori reguli sau mituri mai mult sau mai putin célèbre.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;Alimentatia e privita azi, mai mult ca oricand, &amp;nbsp;ca valoare-indicator pentru &amp;nbsp;statutul social al individului. Nu atat cat priveste compozitia de baza, ci mai mult “eticheta”. Optiunea fiecaruia privind obiceiurile alimentare dintre noi tine de statut, dar tine si de gradul de cultura. Vrem etichete, mai mult sau mai putin “bio”, atunci ne hranim cu ele... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span lang="IT"&gt;E si alimentatia o moda. Ea a evoluat de la simplitate&amp;nbsp; pana la rafinament, chiar&amp;nbsp; opulenta -&amp;nbsp;afisata nu rareori. Nu mai vorbesc de fenomenul de globalizare, care, in esenta nu pare un lucru rau. &amp;nbsp;Slow-food-ul impotrivindu-se fast- food-ului&amp;nbsp; scoate insa la iveala&amp;nbsp; dizolvarea cultului mesei la romani.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Cum sa ne protejam sanatatea prin alimentatie?! ? Nicidecum alimentandu-ne rational, ci apeland la o CURA! Oricefel de cura! Suntem interesati sau ne imaginam cel putin, cum se compune&amp;nbsp; “dieta ideala”, una care sa corespunda tuturor. Binenteles, si asta este tot ca un sablon… &amp;nbsp;S-a stabilit ca, intre anumite limite, aceeasi stare de nutritie se poate atinge de mai multi subiecti care apeleaza la stiluri de alimentatie diferite.&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Suntem unici, in felul nostru, avem o structura morfofunctionala unica, o personalitate specifica, o dinamica fizica particulara adica termeni care implica un regim alimentar particular. &lt;/div&gt;

Ce ne ofera alimentatia in afara de proteine, glucide si lipide?! Alimentatia trebuie sa ne confere satifactie, implinire interioara. Chestiune de optiuni, iar optiunea noastra depinde de factori de stres, factori sociali si financiari, economici si nu in ultimul rand de educatie. &lt;/div&gt;

In fond, oricat ne-am fi dorit de mult sa ne alimentam rational eu cred ca fiecare dintre noi avem momente bune cand toate lucrurile merg bine, ne simtim bine in pielea noastra si putem gestiona totul cu usurinta, dar si momente&amp;nbsp; mai grele, cand&amp;nbsp; nu mai suntem asa siguri de toate, cand esecuri de orice fel ne fac stingheri, devenind prizonieri in propria carapace, alimentandu-ne mai mult emotional.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Asta e momentul cand alimentatia noastra devine “supapa de reglare” a propriilor nemultumiri, insatisfactii – fie ca vorbim aici de sfera profesioanala: stresul de la serviciu, suprasolicitarea, etc., fie ca e vorba de planul emotional-afectiv: nesiguranta relatiei cu partenerul de cuplu, dominatia, neintelegeri trecatoare sau majore. Intr-un cuvant -suferinta. De orice fel. &lt;/div&gt;

Asta e si momentul cand alimentatia &amp;nbsp;scapa de sub control. Uneori nu mai dam importanta momentului in sine, sau drumul pe care pornim e asa de lung ca rareori ne vom da seama de asta.&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Alimentatia rationala ramane una din pietrele fundamentale ale prosperitatii biologice ale organsimului uman si ale starii de starii sale de sanatate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Alimentatia abuziva (consumul exagerat de glucide, grasimi, corelate cu nocivitatea dovedita a alcoolului, cafelei si nicotinei ) ne obliga sa recunoastem ca este vorba de un impact negativ intre om, pe de-o parte, &amp;nbsp;si factorii nocivi alimentari, pe de alta parte. &lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Acest impact are loc de cele mai multe ori sub forma acelor avataruri ale zilelor noastre prospere care sunt festinurile gastronomice, amplificate de coloratura bahica, de savoarea nicotinei si de placerea aburinda a cafelei.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Neindoielnic, &amp;nbsp;toti am trait astfel de momente, practic nu putem eluda existenta si&amp;nbsp; chiar menirea lor in viata noastra. &amp;nbsp;Important este sa nu le prelungim peste limita intensitatii la care placerea se transforma in suferinta, &amp;nbsp;peste limita frecventei la care organismul, initial stimulat, cedeaza, devenind bolnav”&lt;/div&gt;
