Using melatonin sleep aids for a better night’s rest is actually a better option than most of the prescription medications available today. This article will discuss the importance of sleep and what happens when you don’t get enough of it, as well as information about the most effective natural herbal sleep aids available.

Insomnia and sleep deprivation are actually some of the most common complaints heard in a physician’s office. As a physician myself, I can tell you that I deal with this issue on a daily basis, and statistics reported by the National Institutes of Health state that over 40 million Americans suffer with health-related conditions due to a lack of sleep on a yearly basis.

What types of conditions can develop within the body if you don’t get enough sleep? Heart conditions, high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, hallucinations, and becoming more accident prone (which is very serious – they say that there are more car accidents as the result of driver fatigue than drunk driving).

The reason we develop sleep problems is because of a hormone called Melatonin. This hormone is released by the brain and causes the body to relax and sleep through the night. If you don’t have enough of it, you won’t be able to sleep, or you’ll sleep for a short period of time but then wake up and have a difficult time getting back to sleep.

Although there are medications available for this, most of them have serious side effects. These medications have been linked to heart conditions, high blood pressure, seizures, and headaches.

This is where melatonin sleep aids have a huge advantage – if you choose one that includes natural, herbal ingredients, you will avoid these side effects completely, and the nice thing is that they are very effective in helping you sleep as well.

The one product that I have recommended to my patients for quite some time is called Oxy Sleep. This herbal sleep aid has Melatonin in it, so you are able to replenish what you are missing. It also has a number of other natural ingredients that help your body relax and prepare for sleep.

Most of my patients report that they can tell a difference right away when taking it, and the nice thing also is that the company offers a free trial so you can see if you like it before deciding to continue using it.

If you’d like to learn more about Oxy Sleep and take advantage of their free trial offer, click the following link (herbal sleep aids).

sleep aides can be a very helpful alternative to the medications that are available for insomnia today. This article will cover the best over the counter sleep aids that provide the quickest results, how they work, and what you can expect from taking them.

Did you know that insomnia is one of the most common complaints people make in a physician’s office? Over 40 million Americans alone suffer with sleep deprivation.

As a doctor, this is a health problem that I see every day in my clinic. And the consequences of insomnia can be very severe. An individual who loses sleep on a regular basis can develop all sorts of health problems, including heart disease, depression, hallucinations, and anxiety to name a few.

The major cause of this health problem is a lack of a hormone called Melatonin. This hormone is released by the brain during the night, and encourages the body to relax deep enough for sleep. If you are lacking this hormone, you will not be able to sleep soundly during the night.

Some people are not able to sleep at all, while others are able to sleep for a short period of time and then report being up the remainder of the night.

Either way, the solution is to give your body additional Melatonin to make up for the lack of it. This is where sleep aides can be very helpful.

A good sleep aid will include Melatonin, as well as additional herbs for body relaxation. The best part about these supplements is that they do not have the side effects that medications have, but they’re very effective.

The medications that are available today can have some very serious side effects, the main one being addiction to them. However, there are other side effects that are just as bad, including chest pain, high blood pressure, and seizures or convulsions.

All of this can be avoided using herbal remedies. Out of all the products available, there is one that I have been recommending to patients for years that seems to be more helpful than most. The product I recommend is Oxy Sleep.

This over the counter sleep aids has all of the ingredients you need for a better night’s rest, and it seems to work more quickly than any of the others I’ve tried. Most of my patients report that they see improvements even after taking it the first time.

The other thing I like about this product is that the company offers a free trial so you can try it before you decide to continue with it. If you’re interested in learning more about Oxy Sleep, as well as the free trial offer, you can click the following link (sleep aides).

Using melatonin sleep aids for a better nights sleep is one of the safest, most effective ways to ensure your body is well rested and ready for whatever life throws at you. This article will talk about the best non prescription sleep aides available, how they help, as well as what you can expect from taking them.

As a physician, I can tell you that sleep deprivation is one of the most common complaints I hear from my patients every day, and the negative effects of this can become pretty apparent in an individual’s life pretty fast.

The real issue with this problem is actually hormonal. Your brain produces a hormone called Melatonin during the normal sleep cycle, and if you don’t have enough of this being made, you’re not going to sleep very well.

Under normal circumstances, Melatonin is produced in small amounts throughout the day, which helps keep a person calm. Between the hours of 10pm and 6am, the quantities produced increases substantially so you can sleep well during the night.

There are many things that can decrease the amount of Melatonin that is made, including stress, caffeine, alcohol, excitement before trying to get to sleep, the amount of light in your room at night, among others.

So, you would think that you could just change some of these things and your sleep pattern would go back to normal. Well, it really isn’t that simple.

You see, when your Melatonin levels are reduced for a long period of time, the body adapts and even if you make some changes within your daily routine, the body will still produce the same reduced amount of Melatonin.

This is where melatonin sleep aids can be very useful for a person. Many of these supplements will provide the body with extra Melatonin, as well as other helpful herbs and vitamins that help with relaxation.

There are medications for this purpose also, but there can be some negative side effects including addiction, headaches, convulsions, chest pain, and high blood pressure to name a few.

Herbal sleep aides do not cause these side effects, which is the major reason that I always recommend that people try these first. In addition to that, they are not addictive.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve done quite a bit of research on this topic not only because I had sleep problems myslef, but also because I wanted to be able to help my patients more effectively with this problem.

The one product that I’ve found to be the most helpful is one called OxySleep. This herbal supplement includes all the ingredients you need for a better nights sleep. Also, it works very fast – most individuals see an improvement in their sleep patterns immediately.

If you’d like to learn more about OxySleep and receive a free trial of the product so you can try it first, click the following link (over the counter sleep aids).

Over the counter sleep aids are truly a great alternative to some of the medications available for sleeping issues today. In addition to the fact that they are not habit-forming, one of the best benefits of using them is that you won’t have the side effects caused by medications.

This article will cover the most effective melatonin sleep aids available, as well as how they work and what you can expect to experience when taking them.

Before we discuss that information, though, you have to understand that the major reason so many people have issues sleeping is because of a hormone called Melatonin. This hormone is released by the brain at night time and helps the body to relax to the point of sleep.

Due to our busy lifestyles today, most of us have a lack of this hormone being produced within our body. Many things will reduce the amount of Melatonin produced, including stress, caffeine, alcohol, becoming excited just prior to bed time, too much light in the room you’re sleeping in at night, as well as exercise just before bed time.

And, although you may change some of these things in your lifestyle, you may not see a change in your sleep patterns. The reason for this is because your body adapts to the reduced levels of Melatonin over time.

In other words, even if you get rid of the issues in your life that are reducing your Melatonin levels, your body will no longer produce more of the hormone because it’s become used to doing what it’s doing now.

This is where over the counter sleep aids come in. The primary ingredient in any good natural sleep aid will be Melatonin. You essentially have to supplement what you’re missing. Also, you need to find a sleep aid that includes other herbal ingredients that encourage the body to relax.

There are many supplements on the market, but my experience has led me to believe that one stands out above the rest. I’m actually a physician, and the way I became interested in this subject originally was that I had so many patients complaining of insomnia and the consequences of it.

In addition to that, I started to have sleep issues in my life, so I felt I needed to find a good solution.

After doing some research, I found out that melatonin sleep aids are really a better choice than the medications available, primarily because of the side effects. For example, did you know that sleep medications have been associated with convulsions, headaches, chest pains, and even high blood pressure?

melatonin sleep aids do not have these side effects, and actually seem to be more effective from what I’ve seen in myself and my patients.

The one that I always recommend is called Oxy Sleep. It’s all natural, and includes everything you need to help you experience a better night’s sleep. Also, it seems to work really fast in most individuals. Many have indicated that they have better sleep even after taking it the first time.

If you’d like to learn more about the benefits of taking Oxy Sleep, and learn about the free trial that they offer, click the following link (homeopathic sleep aids).

The peneal gland located in a person’s brain produces a natural hormone called Melatonin. Once darkness or nighttime befalls us, the eyes will send a signal to the brain to produce this substance. Its primary function is the regulation of one’s body clock, in other words one’s sleeping and waking up cycles.

Today, modern technology has found out the many benefits of melatonin intake for the body. Adults that have sleeping disorders such as insomnia partakes melatonin as a sleeping aid in order to help induce sleep. Although common, there are still concerns about prolonged exposure to a melatonin sleep aid.

Melatonin is a hormone commonly found among biological organisms and has been named scientifically as 5-methoxy-N-acetyltryptamine. The amount of it contained in an organism’s body depends on how much amount of lighting the body has received. 2am to 4am is the peak time where the pineal gland naturally produces vast amounts of this melatonin. About 5 to 25 micrograms of melatonin are produced by young adults and middle aged adults once nighttime falls.

The amount produced by the pineal gland is adversely reduced as a person comes of age. Because of this, older people have trouble sleeping that younger people. Melatonin sleep aids could help with sleeping problems.

The modern day use of melatonin now comes in the form of natural sleeping aids. It comes in the form of herbal capsules widely popular for people with sleeping disorders. It can be consumed before nighttime in order to increase the blood level of melatonin as it produces natural drowsiness and helps a person go to sleep even when it is daytime. When blended together with vitamin C and E, melatonin greatly displays its protective property. As such, it may also be used as a natural protection from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays.

Women find Melatonin helpful for helping in the fight against caner as of date. It has been researched and proven that women who have breast cancer have drastically lower amounts of melatonin compared to cancer free women. The reason for this is because melatonin prevents the growth and maturity of certain kinds of breast cancer cells. It can also boost the effectiveness of some widely used chemotherapy drugs.

People who suffer from anxiety, panic and other kinds of depressions and seasonal affective disorders or SAD tend to have low levels of melatonin. The serotonin levels of one’s body have been shown to increase in different experiments conducted by scientist. Once the serotonin level rises, it helps in eliminating the different kinds of symptoms of the most common depressions and anxieties.

The body’s immune system is also greatly affected by Melatonin. Infectious diseases such as viral and bacterial infections have been prevented in studies conducted by scientists studying melatonin. The body’s immune system is greatly strengthened especially if melatonin is combined with calcium because the combination acts as an immunostimulator.

Other diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, circardian rhythm disorders and sexual dysfunctions are also treated with the help of melatonin.
