1. Pukul Gula dan Mentega hingga kembang @ putih...&lt;br /&gt;
2. Masukka 6 biji Telur... 1 persatu... Pukul hingga sebati..&lt;br /&gt;
3. Masukkan Esen Vanilla, Tepung naik sendiri sedikit-sedikit....&lt;br /&gt;
4. Akhir masukkan susu segar sbyk 2 SDM dan coklat chips... adun sehingga rata..&lt;br /&gt;
5. Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu sebelum masukkan adunan... Suhu 170'c selama 30/40 minit...&lt;br /&gt;
6. Bila suda masak kek... keluarkan dan sejukkan belah kek utk masukkan filling Cream Cheese d tengah....&lt;br /&gt;
7. Apabila sda masukkan filling... tutup semula bhgian atas kek... tuangkan sos coklat dan taburkan gula icing... Siap... Sedap dmakan Sejuk2.... :)&lt;br /&gt;

- Ayam gaul dgn telur dan tepung jagung. Kemudian goreng pada api sederhana dan ketepikan setelah selesai.&lt;br /&gt;

* Butter 2/3 sudu ( ikut sendiri, nak tambah lemak ble tambah byk lagi...)&lt;br /&gt;
* Susu Pekat Manis 2sudu ( Ikut rasa sendiri )&lt;br /&gt;
* Susu Cair&lt;br /&gt;
* Garam&lt;br /&gt;
* Serbuk Perasa&lt;br /&gt;
* Daun Kari ( xde pun xpe... tp klu ada lg sedap ^.^)&lt;br /&gt;
* Cili besar merah + hijau potong kecil2 untuk hiasan&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Step 2:&lt;br /&gt;
- Panaskan butter hingga cair, susu pekat cairkan dulu bersama air sedikit, tuang susu pekat 3/4 sudu, masukkan susu cair ( ikut sendiri nak byk mana), garam, serbuk perasa sedikit. Lepas tu masukkan ayam goreng dan taburkan daun kari ( jika ada ).&lt;br /&gt;
- Kalau nak berkuah ble la tambah air, kalau x nak biarkan kuah pekat... kalau saya lagi pekat lagi sedap.....&lt;br /&gt;
- bila da masak, taburkanlan dgn hirisan cili besar dan telur dadar rangup.&lt;br /&gt;

* &amp;nbsp;1 cawan Gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;nbsp;1 cawan Air&lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;nbsp;250gm Mentega&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;em&gt;Bahan B&lt;/em&gt;;&lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;nbsp;4 biji Telur&lt;br /&gt;
*&amp;nbsp; 3 cawan Tepung gandum (diayak)&lt;br /&gt;
*&amp;nbsp; 1 cawan Gula kastor (saya guna &lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;3/4 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;cawan je)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
*&amp;nbsp; 2 sudu kecil Soda bikarbonat&lt;br /&gt;
*&amp;nbsp; 1 tin Susu cair&lt;br /&gt;
* &amp;nbsp;1 sudu kecil Esen vanilla&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara buat:&lt;br /&gt;
1. Buat gula hangus terlebih dahulu, caranya masukkan gula dalam periuk dan masak dengan api perlahan &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; hingga gula larut dan berwarna perang.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Padamkan api dan masukkan air, nyalakan api dan kacau hingga semua larut. Masukkan mentega, kacau &lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; rata dan ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Putar telur, gula dan esen vanilla hingga kembang dan masukkan gula hangus tadi.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Kemudian masukkan susu selang selikan dengan tepung. gaul hingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Perap adunan selama 30 minit.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Panaskan pengukus dahulu.&lt;br /&gt;
7. Selapas itu, masukkan adunan ke dalam acuan. (Letak penuh pn tak apa,adunan tak melimpah juga)&lt;br /&gt;
8. Kukus selama 15-20 minit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Bahan-bahan:&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 bhg Isi dada ayam (potong macam fillet)&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 biji telur&lt;br /&gt;
* Sedikit Maggi cukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;
* Sedikit Lada hitam&lt;br /&gt;
* Sedikit Bread Crumbs/ Serbuk roti (warna putih)&lt;br /&gt;
* Sedikit Tepung gandum&lt;br /&gt;
* Sedikit susu cair&lt;br /&gt;
* Butter/Minyak masak untuk menggoreng&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara buat:&lt;br /&gt;
1. Perap ayam bersama lada hitam dan maggi cukup rasa selama 15 minit.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Kemudian masukkan sedikit susu cair. Gaul hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Letakkan bread chumbs, tepung gandum dan telur dalam bekas yang berlainan. (Lebih cepat)&lt;br /&gt;
4. Celupkan ayam tadi ke dalam telur, tepung gandum dan bread crumbs.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Gorengkan ayam yang telah dicelup menggunakan butter/minyak masak. (Goreng dengan api sederhana)&lt;br /&gt;
6.Setelah siap boleh dihidangkan bersama mayonis dan sos cili...Sedap!!..&lt;br /&gt;

* 125gm Mentega&lt;br /&gt;
* 200gm Gula Kastor&lt;br /&gt;
* 150gm Serbuk koko&lt;br /&gt;
* 250gm Tepung naik sendiri&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 sudu besar Air&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 sudu besar Coklat Emulco @ Coklat Hoko&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 sudu kecil esen vanilla&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara buat:&lt;br /&gt;
1. Panaskan oven terlebih dahulu pada suhu 160c.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Pukul mentega dan gula hingga kembang.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Masukkan esen vanilla dan telur, pukul hingga kembang.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Masukkan coklat emulco/hoko.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Masukkan tepung, serbuk koko dan air sedikit2.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang dan ratakan.&lt;br /&gt;
7. Bakar selama 40 minit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Kek ini sangat sedap, gebu dan ringan... Boleh ditambah dengan cream cheese&amp;nbsp;jika suka.. hias dengan kreativiti anda. * 1 sudu kecil Esen vanilla&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 sudu besar Tepung kastard&lt;br /&gt;
* 120gm Gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bahan Karamel&lt;br /&gt;
* &lt;strike&gt;2005m&lt;/strike&gt; 200gm&amp;nbsp;Gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara buat:&lt;br /&gt;
1. Pukul telur dengan gula pasir sehingga sebati.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Kemudian masukkan susu cair, air, esen vanilla dan juga bancuhan tepung kastard. Kacau rata dan ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Kacau bahan karamel di dalam kuali hingga gula cair dan terus masukkan ke dalam loyang yang telah tersedia di atas kukusan.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Tuangkan bancuhan kastard tadi kedalam loyang berisi karamel tadi.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Kukus selama 40 minit.&lt;br /&gt;
