Nel mondo del fitness e del benessere fisico si è detto e si continua a dire di tutto, promuovendo un esercizio piuttosto che un altro o un&#39;attività indoor rispetto ad una outdoor, individuale o di squadra, di gruppo che one-to-one con personal trainer. Ogni attività ha i suoi pro e i suoi contro, nessuna è in verità la soluzione agli obiettivi estetici e di benessere che vogliamo raggiungere.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name=&#39;more&#39;&gt;&lt;/a&gt;O meglio nessuna lo è, se non la completiamo di un aspetto fondamentale, semplice ma davvero sottovalutato! La COSTANZA !!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Nelle arti marziali c&#39;è un detto che dice : &lt;i&gt;&quot;La pratica rende perfetti&quot;&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp;. La ripetizione è la strada che porta alla perfezione del gesto, all&#39;efficienza dello schema motorio. &amp;nbsp;Avvinarsi ad una disciplina, sport o attività fitness senza la ferma convinzione che se non dedicherai tempo e dedizione non vedrai il ben che minimo risultato, è una cosa tanto ovvia a dirsi ma davvero poco usata nella pratica. Ma allora come si fa ad essere costanti? Anche questo è semplice nel concetto, bisogna avere una motivazione, una forte e radicata idea di voler raggiungere un risultato, un obiettivo.&lt;/div&gt;

Quindi puntato il dito su un obiettivo e disposti a perseguire un programma costantemente, sembra non servire nient&#39;altro, ma ancora non basta! Torniamo un momento ad analizzare l&#39;aspetto della costanza, questa è tale quando c&#39;è perseveranza delle azioni. Ciò vuol dire che bisogna allenarsi con cadenza settimanale (microciclo) all&#39;interno di un programma mensile (mesociclo), più mesi costituiranno il macrociclo ed è quest&#39;ultima l&#39;unità di misura temporale nella quale si raggiungono i risultati. E qui il punto dolente, allenarsi con frequenza e cadenza, fa la differenza tra un&#39;attività che porta i risultati e una che non li porta. &amp;nbsp;Qui ci vuole quell&#39;obiettivo - di cui prima sottolineavo l&#39;importanza- fortemente radicato. &amp;nbsp;Nel corso di un macrociclo, ci saranno: cali fisici, impegni lavorativi, mali di stagione, feste comandate, etc.. Mantenere il ritmo e l&#39;intensità sarà il duro compito e se tutto questo non succederà, la mente salverà la reputazione sfoderando il ventaglio -ormai ben noto- di giustificazioni :&lt;/div&gt;

Si finisce con una bella sudata, soddisfatti di aver fatto un lavoro intenso e &quot;bruciagrassi&quot;! E invece le cose non stanno proprio così.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a name=&#39;more&#39;&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Si perché allenarsi con una temperatura esterna rigida &quot;costringe&quot; la nostra termoregolazione e il metabolismo ad un lavoro maggiore e pare che questi processi, attingeranno l&#39;energia necessaria dal grasso &quot;bruno&quot; ovvero quello più resistente e persistente.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Il nostro sistema immunitario sarà stimolato ad una difesa maggiore, regalandoci sempre una salute di &quot;ferro&quot;.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Non solo, il nostro workout risulterà più intenso, in quanto le pause saranno molto brevi e il ritmo sarà mantenuto sempre alto, per evitare il naturale raffreddamento. &lt;br /&gt;
Quindi allenarsi con temperature esterne basse offre interessanti benefici, che forse ci spingeranno ad uscire con piacere di casa per il nostro consueto allenamento. &amp;nbsp;Non dimentichiamo però alcuni importanti accorgimenti, uno di questi è certamente nell&#39;abbigliamento. Primo non bisogna esagerare, &amp;nbsp;fare la sauna dentro un piumino d&#39;oca da -20°C non è assolutamente la scelta migliore. Il freddo per cui rischi di ammalarti è quello che senti all&#39;inizio dell&#39;allenamento (nei primi 10 min) e quello che senti quando ti fermi, ma solo se gli indumenti che hai scelto (dall&#39;intimo alla giacca) non erano correttamente traspiranti. Quel vapore acqueo - non disperso- si fredderà addosso e non sarà certamente una piacevole sensazione! Proteggere quindi &amp;nbsp;piedi, mani, testa e busto con un abbigliamento tecnico studiato per trattenere il calore corporeo e disperdere l&#39;umidità. &amp;nbsp; Infine idratazione, riscaldamento accurato e progressivo in fase iniziale e il solito stretching a fine sessione, renderanno sicuro &amp;nbsp;il nostro winter workout vero &quot;bruciagrassi&quot;!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;a name=&#39;more&#39;&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Nell&#39;edizione di San Silvestro 2012 delle 19:30, a cura del tg3 regionale umbro, (dal minuto 00:14:35) è andato in onda il sevizio della nostra uscita notturna in punta di bastoncini. Tra le luci natalizie di Gubbio e attraverso l&#39;Albero di Natale più grande del mondo siamo arrivati fino alla Basilica di Sant&#39;Ubaldo. Soddisfatti solo quando abbiamo raggiunto la Stella che è all&#39;apice dell&#39;Albero. 6 km di percorso con una pendenza media del 13%, in 2.500 mt abbiamo superato circa 400 mt di dislivello. Dimostrazione che il Nordic Walking può essere inserito all&#39;interno di in un programma turistico/folkloristico come è stato per &quot;Gubbio Città del Natale&quot; senza perdere la sua natura di allenamento. &quot;Beccati&quot; dalle telecamere all&#39;inizio del percorso e intervistati nuovamente dopo un 1,2 km di salita ininterrotta, su un punto del percorso che registra una pendenza del 23% si giustifica un po&#39; di affaticamento nella nostra voce!&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Questo modo di pensare e poi di agire &amp;nbsp;credo sia un po&#39; troppo semplicistico della questione. E&#39; vero la tecnica la possiamo vedere da un video, ma solo vedere! Non possiamo verificarla sulla nostra persona, non abbiamo uno specchio per vedere gli errori che facciamo, &amp;nbsp;vediamo e controlliamo solo ciò che è alla portata dei nostri occhi, perdendo le giuste curve della &amp;nbsp;schiena, la rullata del piede, il braccio nella fase di estensione, la rotazione e contro-rotazione tra busto e bacino, tutti aspetti di cui abbiamo solo sensazione ma non visione. Avere la sensazione di far bene, non basta assolutamente per una tecnica come il Nordic Walking, collaudata negli anni che fa dei dettagli il suo punto di forza. Gestendo quanto detto si ha accesso ai tanti benefici che il NW offre, anche le ricerche scientifiche specifiche stanno iniziando a confermare, con dati alla mano, la grande differenza tra un principiante e un Nordic Walker esperto. &amp;nbsp;&lt;u&gt;Nell&#39;improvvisazione o approssimazione della tecnica, ci si aspetti pure la comparsa di tendiniti, infiammazioni, peggioramento di atteggiamenti cifotici, dolori lombari etc,etc.&lt;/u&gt;.Altro aspetto da &lt;span style=&quot;background-color: white;&quot;&gt;valutare è che la macchina umana differisce da soggetto a soggetto, potremmo trovare debolezza o retrazione delle catene cinetiche principali, differenza di proporzioni tra arti superiori, inferiori e addome, mancanza di coordinazione,etc, etc.. Pertanto per raggiungere una buona tecnica bisognerà risolvere e riequilibrare questi aspetti, difficile da fare da soli e, in verità, alle volte anche con persone qualificate al proprio fianco. Inoltre la fonte del video in rete, potrebbe non essere attendibile e potremmo vedere, a nostra insaputa, una tecnica non corretta!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;a name=&#39;more&#39;&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Il Nordic Walking è una tecnica completa e rigorosa nelle sue fasi motorie, versatile e adattabile al soggetto che la pratica. Il tracciato che si sceglie di percorrere in tecnica Nordic Walking determina l&#39;intensità dell&#39;impegno muscolare richiesto al soggetto e non l&#39;intensità generale del Nordic Walking. Mi spiego meglio con un esempio, si può dire che facciano la stessa fatica chi fa 1h di Spinning e chi fa 1h di cyclette in salotto? Non credo, anche se entrambi sono su una bike stazionaria e pedalano! Quindi, cerchi la performance allenante intensa? Si fa un percorso, con un certo dislivello, con una certa velocità e con una certa distanza. Cerchi il benessere, la postura, lo scarico delle tensioni, il movimento dolce delle articolazioni? Si fa un altro percorso che permetta il raggiungimento di questi obiettivi basilari.&lt;br /&gt;
L&#39;intensità del Nordic Walking è l&#39;intensità che vuoi dare alla tua uscita! Buon NW a tutti.&lt;br /&gt;

Nel caso specifico del Nordic Walking, l&#39;uso dei bastoncini (gli accessori) coinvolgono un maggior numero di gruppi muscolari, rispetto alla semplice camminata e obbligano ad un controllo propriocettivo del movimento in tutto la sequenza motoria, ripartendo i carichi tra: arti inferiori, superiori ed addome. Quando si raggiunge la padronanza di tutte queste componenti, ecco che la propria macchina umana ha conquistato quel miglioramento muscolare e neuro-muscolare che avevamo come obiettivo. Rendere protagonista l&#39;individuo che si allena, ha tra i benefici descritti, anche quello economico. Gli accessori di questi workout impegnano una piccolissima fetta delle risorse economiche, hanno un bassissimo impatto sull&#39;ambiente (una comune macchina isotonica o cardiovascolare sarà almeno 200 kg di ferro,plastica, cavi, gomma, monitor,etc.. da smaltire) e promuovono la formazione delle risorse umane. Nel Nordic Walking, come in ogni altro allenamento funzionale, se il carico è eccessivo per la condizione muscolare, ne risente fortemente la tecnica.&lt;br /&gt;

Quindi percorsi con dislivelli importanti solo quando si è padroni della tecnica corretta.
