				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The reconstruction of these streets will begin April 1st until July 15th from 7 am to 7 pm.</p>
<p>Disruptions may be experienced during this time, but the contractor will attempt to keep it to a minimum.</p>
<p>If residents could abstain from parking on the street during the above construction hours it would be greatly appreciated.  There will be no disruption of your garbage/recycling during this time.  Please have items to the curb by 7 am.</p>
