I am in North Caddo and received a letter from the above company. Has anyone had any dealings with them. I have no knowledge of this business and am seeking advice. We have less than an acre.

This is their offer: Is this good or bad! Help!

Our lease offer consists of one of two choices:

$2000.00 per acre signing bonus with an 18.75% royalty, or
$1500.00 per acre signing bonus with a 20% royalty

This offer is for a 3 year paid up lease with a 2 year extension at 2/3 of the initial bonus. Attached is an example of our lease form for your review.

Clueless on Jefferson Paige rd....I've received 2 letters for my minerals last August 2021 but only to purchase. Im at 5549 Jefferson Paige rd and the well is just around the corner from my house. When the Shale first began I heard homeowners were getting about $27k per acre (who knows). The letters I received are stating up to $20k per acre. But I did not want to sell I wanted to lease. But I haven't received any netorking of homeowners this time around. I'm reaching out for all participants and their experience with Haynesville Shale. Glorias Ranch Wells - Exco

Does anyone have any info on Exco’s Glorias Ranch wells in Sec. 4 and 9 of 15N-15W in Caddo Parish? Exco drilled three wells in January of last year, but I am assuming never completed them.

In order to help a NW LA mineral owner who has been denied the opportunity to fully benefit from their Haynesville Shale acreage, I am asking the members for their assistance. I need to document lease bonuses greater than $10,000 per acre paid in 2008 between May and September. Documentation may take the form of a check stub, bank draft, cover letter, letter agreement, email or correspondence on the letterhead of the company that offered the lease. Documentation of royalty greater than 25% would be very helpful also.

Those wishing to remain anonymous may do so and all personal information can be redacted. For those that are willing to make their personal information available to assist in supporting the value of the minerals in question, an executed affidavit is all that is needed. It’s not often that an opportunity comes along to help fellow GoHaynesvilleShale.com members get what they rightly deserve. So many who were taken advantage of may never get that chance.

Completion and allowable data will be online sometime next week for the Comegys 6-7H, Comegys 32-29H and the Volentine 5-33H. I think there are additional completed and tested wells that will follow soon after those first three. I'll post results here once the data is uploaded to the state database.
