The format will be Exhibits from 9:30am to 11:30am, followed immediately by Lunch with a Keynote Speaker, then the Ceremony starts at 12:30pm, ending about 2:00pm. Expected attendance is 300. Sponsors needed, also advertisers for the ceremony program.
