Drive Conference Fun Theory ExperimentOne of the unspoken essentials of North Point staff culture is to have fun. We believe the same is true for most organizations, so we decided to test the “Fun Theory” at the 2010 Drive Conference. The theory is the thought that something as simple as fun is the easiest way to change people’s behavior for the better. Be it for yourself, for the environment, or for something entirely different, the only thing that matters is that it’s change for the better. Here’s what we learned from our Drive 2010 attendees.

One of our breakouts at Drive 2010 is titled “Partnering With Parents.” In this video, Billy Phenix shares a preview of what this session is all about and discussed our belief that what happens at home is really more important than what happens at church. At Drive, Billy will talk about the roles of the parents and the church in the spiritual development of our children, and what that looks like in our ministry environments.
