S.A.F.E. Training

Self-defense & Awareness For Everyone

Northeast Traditional Karate believes self-defense and awareness is for everyone, so we are currently working on this program for men, women, & children. Through SAFE we can provide men's/women's/children's basic self-defense, Women's specific self-defense, anti-bullying, & child abduction courses. SAFE is good for children and juniors to help teach the basic life skills of awareness and avoidance of potentially dangerous situations along with helping build confidence. While this training could never guarantee your safety, it will teach you skills to greatly increase your safety. If you feel as though more advanced training is needed there is always the opportunity to join Northeast Traditional Karate as a Student and become part of our Dojo family. This is always a welcome and healthy alternative. Contact us anytime for upcoming courses.
