What an incredible winter in Portland! We’re back with a HUGE winter recap packed with several snow and ice events.

The guys also give their thoughts on the early tornado season in the midwest and talk about a temperature record on Antarctica.

Above is a tribute to actor Bill Paxton, who died.

Nearly 200 storm chasers paid tribute to the late actor Bill Paxton by spelling out his initials using GPS coordinates on a map depicting the heart of Tornado Alley.

The effort coordinated Sunday by Spotter Network spelled out “BP” to honor the leading man in the disaster movie “Twister,” which inspired a generation of storm chasers.

This week, the guys recap our beautiful summer in the Northwest and close the books on our relatively tame fire season.

They also answer your weather questions, including one about the big red blog off the Oregon Coast and what it could mean for winter.

Episode 39: Back from a Long Break

The boys are back! After a long hiatus, Mark and Brian return to the podcast with a recap on this crazy weather year. Last winter was one of the worst on record, this summer was the hottest on record… so what does that mean for the next few months? The guys will have an answer.
