&lt;span style="color: #660000;"&gt;Una de las Pastas más típicas de nuestro “Bel Paese” son los “Spaghetti”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="color: #660000;"&gt;El modo más típico de cocinarlos al estilo napolitano son aquellos que se sirven con almejas, en lo que se denomina “&lt;strong&gt;Spaghetti alle Vongole&lt;/strong&gt;”. Sin embargo, otro de los platos típicos de la cocina napolitana a base de pasta es el &lt;strong&gt;Ragù&lt;/strong&gt; (&lt;em&gt;o rraù'&lt;/em&gt; en dialecto de la zona), denominado a veces “ragú del guardiaporta”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: #660000;"&gt;El Ragù está hecho a base de &lt;strong&gt;Carne de Buey&lt;/strong&gt; y daditos de jamón aliñado con &lt;strong&gt;Pimienta&lt;/strong&gt; y hojas de &lt;strong&gt;Mejorana&lt;/strong&gt; y verduras como &lt;strong&gt;Zanahorias &lt;/strong&gt;y &lt;strong&gt;Apio&lt;/strong&gt; (todo cocido muuuuy lentamente, en algunas recetas de habla de 6 horas), todo junto con la&lt;strong&gt; Salsa de Tomate&lt;/strong&gt; concentrado y&lt;strong&gt; Caldo de Carne&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="color: #660000;"&gt;Existen otros platos de pasta elaborados con &lt;strong&gt;Fusilli, Rigatoni, Tortiglioni o Maccheroni&lt;/strong&gt;, y todos caben en la denominación de la famosa “&lt;strong&gt;Pastasciutta&lt;/strong&gt;”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
