6 ovos batidos&lt;br /&gt;
1 colherzinha de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
açúcar cristalizado aos poucos (ir provando o sabor doce)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Moer a castanha.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar os outros ingredientes.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar numa assadeira untada.&lt;br /&gt;

1/2 kilo de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1 limão espremido&lt;br /&gt;

Dissolver a gelatina na água.&lt;br /&gt;
Depois de morna, bater a gelatina na batedeira com o açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentar o limão e bater mais um pouquinho.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Despejar em assadeira untada com coco ralado.&lt;br /&gt;
Polvilhar o creme com mais coco ralado.&lt;br /&gt;

Levar à geladeira até firmar.&lt;br /&gt;

2 xícaras de chá de lentilha colocadas de molho por 2 horas&lt;br /&gt;
3 xícaras de chá de água&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara de chá de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
3 cebolas fatiadas em rodelas&lt;br /&gt;
3 xícaras de chá de arroz&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de chá de sal&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de chá bem cheia, de pimenta síria&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a água em uma panela e acrescente as lentilhas.&amp;nbsp;Deixe até levantar fervura e cozinhe, em fogo baixo, por cerca de 20 minutos ou até que as lentilhas fiquem ligeiramente cozidas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque o azeite em uma outra panela e frite as fatias de cebola mexendo regularmente para que fiquem douradas. Retire e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Escorra as lentilhas e reserve 1 1/2 xícara do líquido e, se necessário, complete com água.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque no azeite que ficou na panela, as lentilhas e o arroz.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tempere com sal, a pimenta síria, refogue um pouco, junte o líquido reservado e 2/3 das cebolas refogadas.&lt;br /&gt;
Cozinhe em fogo brando até que o arroz esteja macio, cerca de 20 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque em uma travessa e cubra com o restante das cebolas douradas e sirva&lt;br /&gt;

Cortar e ir colocando as rodelas de berinjela de molho em água, sal e vinagre (para não escurecer)&lt;br /&gt;

Escorrer bem, tirar todo excesso do líquido (espremer em papel absorvente)&lt;br /&gt;

Numa frigideira grande, colocar um pouco de azeite extra virgem, com um pedacinho de manteiga para não queimar o azeite.&lt;br /&gt;

sal à gosto&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dissolver o fermento no leite. Juntar o óleo, sal e a farinha.&lt;br /&gt;
Amassar tudo e dividir em 2 porções.&lt;br /&gt;
Abrir com o rolo cada parte e adicionar o recheio.&lt;br /&gt;
Enrolar, pincelar com uma gema de ovo.&lt;br /&gt;
Forno quente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Opções de recheio: fazer um mix de muzzarela, tomate, temperos, verduras, azeitonas etc.&lt;br /&gt;
