Not A Lawyer - Legal News and Current Events

Hi! I am Gerri, and you guessed it - I am Not a Lawyer. I am a former paralegal and current news junkie living in South Carolina. You may have seen my other site, AbsolutelyTrue.com, where I discuss weird and bizarre news stories with a splash of celebrity drama. NotALawyer.com is for legal news and articles, but I tend not to focus on things that I find dry and boring. I won't usually cite case law and I definitely won't give any legal advice here. I hope to simply entertain you with legal news and articles that are relevant to current events. Please feel free to leave comments and discuss my posts at any time. If you want a news site that is more geared towards political current events, my friend JoeHack.com has a blog you might enjoy - most especially if you are concerned about the war in Iraq and the policies of the current administration. It's definitely a good, old fashioned Bush bash over there, but definitely entertaining.

Casey Anthony, the Florida woman accused of murdering her two-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony, made an appearance in a Florida courtroom on March 2. At issue during this hearing was the release of reportedly thousands of photos Anthony had stored on various web accounts.

A defense motion to prevent the release of the jailhouse video revealing Anthony’s reaction as she heard the news the remains, which would turn out to be her daughter, had been found yards from the Anthony family home was also heard.

Anthony appeared at the hearing in ankle shackles, looking a few pounds heavier than before. She has put on a bit of weight while behind bars and is visibly plumper than she was in the party photos that were taken after Caylee disappeared.

In those photos, the world has already seen Casey Anthony at what was presumed to be her worst. However, at the latest hearing, her attorney said the release of thousands of additional photos of Anthony would be embarrassing to her. News outlets are now questioning the content of the photos and speculating as to what they contain that could be worse than what we have already seen.

So far, reporters are dancing around the subject. All are afraid to say that the thousands of photos may seem to chronicle Casey Anthony’s career in Internet porn. News reports are currently characterizing the mystery photos as “party pictures.”

Armchair sleuths have long speculated that Anthony may have been involved in online pornography. Some even believe that Anthony could have involved her daughter in child porn. I have uncovered inside information that may put an end to some rumors, or may fuel many more.

After Anthony’s arrest for suspicion of murder, a professionally done and explicit picture, seeming to depict Casey Anthony involved in a sex act surfaced. Mainstream media had no knowledge of the picture or refused to publish it because of its graphic content – this photo has never seen the light of day, until now.

This picture is likely one of the thousands of photos that could be released to the public in the coming days. The judge has denied Anthony’s motion and dismissed the argument the photos were irrelevant to the case. Anthony’s criminal defense lawyer, Jose Baez, claims these photos will taint the jury pool and deprive Anthony of a fair trial.

The photos in question, if they are in fact Casey Anthony’s body of work in the porn industry, may be more relevant than anyone realizes.

A forensic professional examined the photo contained in this post. It was her opinion Casey Anthony is the subject in the photo. Simply put, the XXX picture is not believed to be a work of fiction concocted in Photoshop.

Many people object to pornography for moral or religious reasons, but the fact remains that Internet porn is big business. The photo quality of the sample is professional. I spoke with a person in the industry, who shall remain anonymous, who gave me an insight into the world of online porn.

People who produce high-quality Internet porn generally operate professionally and strictly within the law. They make an enormous amount of money and will not risk being shut down or arrested by violating laws within the operation of their businesses.

Porn models are strictly screened for age requirements and a copy of legal identification is kept on file, along with a legal release giving the company the rights to use the images for the desired purpose. Models generally do not retain rights to the photos or film, but may have copies of their work to compose a portfolio.

Given the professional nature of this photo, it is likely the model was most likely working with an adult business that operates within the law. For this reason, it is not likely or probable that the porn company was in any way involved with Caylee Anthony. In the coming weeks, we can expect more details to come out about Casey Anthony’s alleged porn career and the companies for which she may have worked to be exposed.

In order to work in the porn industry, Anthony would have had to have a babysitter. Since the nanny she alleges babysat Caylee does not appear to exist, it has been speculated the child could have been drugged during her mother’s working hours. This could be one possible explanation for the chloroform and Xanax connection to the case and other evidence reportedly found in the trunk of Anthony’s car. Many believe Caylee might have died of an accidental drug overdose while her mother was working. It is evident Anthony had been terminated from her job at Universal long before her child’s death.

Each night, Nancy Grace announces “bombshell” developments in the Casey Anthony case. On Monday night, she tried desperately, with no success, to drag a porn connection from her expert panel. As of yet, no one claims to have seen the pictures Anthony’s lawyer, Jose Baez, is trying to keep under wraps with claims that they are irrelevant to the case.

Under the public access law in Florida, evidence in criminal cases is made available to the media and the public. Since the judge has denied Anthony’s request to keep the photos private, the world may soon see for themselves how she occupied her time while supposedly working at Universal. From there, conclusions may be drawn as to how an alleged career in porn might have led to her daughter’s death.

The video, reportedly of Anthony having a panic attack, hyperventilating, doubling over and breaking out in hives when she learned of the discovery of a toddler’s body near her home, may remain more of a mystery than the photos. The judge ruled to delay the release of the tape amid objections by Anthony’s attorney that making the tape public would violate her medical privacy rights and right to an attorney.

In Louisiana a 41-year-old man sits on death row for the rape of a child. The Louisiana Supreme Court has upheld the death sentence amid cries that capital punishment for the crime of rape is cruel and unusual and goes against a 1977 U.S. Supreme Court ruling that found the death penalty for rape unconstitutional. However, in 1977 the Supreme Court wasn’t weighing the punishment for the rape of a child – that case involved the rape of an adult.

While rape in itself is a heinous crime, the U.S. Supreme Court found that the rape of an adult did not warrant the death penalty. Shortly they may have an opportunity to clarify their position, as the rape of a child is an entirely different circumstance.

In 2003 Patrick Kennedy was convicted of the brutal rape of an 8-year-old child while she was sorting Girl Scout cookies in the garage at her home. Kennedy was the girl’s stepfather, someone she should have been able to trust. He raped her and then bragged that he had made her a woman. The Louisiana court decided that the crime rose to the standard of aggravating circumstances and Kennedy was sentenced to die.

Had he been executed many people, including myself, would have felt justice had been served for his young victim. However, Kennedy is fighting for his life and his case may make it to the United States Supreme Court where a battle will be waged over exactly what the phrase “cruel and unusual” actually means.

“Cruel and usual” is one of those phrases often thrown around when people are trying to make a point about how unreasonable they feel something is. Much like the issue of free speech, it’s often misinterpreted and misunderstood.

To some people, the idea of putting a human being to death may seem cruel and unusual. However, in our society the death penalty is an acceptable punishment and has been found not to be cruel. In order to qualify as unusual, the court would have to single out one person or group of people and punish them specifically. This is not the case with the death penalty. While certain crimes warrant the death penalty, no specific race, gender or creed of people are specifically included or excluded from being sentenced to die. Therefore, while hard for some to stomach, the death penalty is not cruel or unusual punishment and courts are well within the bounds of the U.S. Constitution in ordering a prisoner to be put to death.

The death penalty has generally been reserved for people who have been convicted of murder. Society has generally accepted that the people convicted of the most brutal and horrifying murders should face the ultimate penalty and pay the price for their crimes with their lives. However, the public has not had an opportunity to digest that in some states, such as Louisiana, the courts have expanded the type of crime that they consider the worst of the worst to include child rapists and these people may also be put to death if convicted.
According to Law.com, Kennedy claims in his petition to the U.S. Supreme Court that his death sentence is not only cruel and unusual, but it is cruel and unique because he is currently the only person on death row for rape. Also unique about Kennedy’s sentence is that he had not previously been charged or convicted of the rape or sexual abuse of a child. In the other states that have laws allowing the death penalty for child rapists, the conviction must be at least the second conviction for the rape of a child to qualify for capital punishment.

Kennedy’s claim of being unique may not hold true for long. In Missouri, lawmakers say that a man with no previous sex crime convictions who is accused of kidnapping, raping, sodomizing, choking and assaulting a 7-year-old girl deserves to die if convicted of the crimes. In response to this case, legislation has been proposed that would allow the death penalty in Missouri for anyone convicted of the forcible rape of sodomy of a child under the age of 12.

In addition to Louisiana and the proposed legislation in Missouri, lawmakers in South Carolina, Georgia, Oklahoma, Montana and Florida have already passed laws allowing death sentences for child rapists. Texas is also considering similar legislation. These legislators are attempting to send a clear message to pedophiles that child rape is just as serious a murder and will be punished accordingly.

Expanding the death penalty for crimes other than murder may have serious consequences. The judicial system is far from perfect and already innocent people die for crimes that they did not commit. By including child rape as a capital offense, we open the door for more wrongful convictions that could end in death. The door also opens for legislators to decide upon other crimes, in addition to child rape, that may be repulsive enough to society to warrant capital punishment. And for that reason alone, many people argue that we should stop death penalty legislation in its tracks immediately rather than risk potential legislative abuses in the future.

There is also the issue of our already crowded courts. Death penalty cases go through an exhaustive appeals process. If the time comes that child rapists are routinely sentenced to die, what effect might that have on the judicial process? Certainly our already overloaded system would buckle under the pressure.

None of these reasons are satisfactory excuses for child rapists not to be sentenced to death, but these are the hurdles that the supporters of these laws and pending legislation must face. Ultimately the U.S. Supreme Court will issue a decision as to whether or not Kennedy may be put to death in Louisiana for the rape of a child, and that decision will either pop the top on a can of worms or quiet the debate for the time being. We will just have to wait and see what surprises the Supreme Court justices have in store for us on this issue.

After calling the dealership and having them offer me nothing more than having the part re-attached to the car, I contacted the BBB.

The dealership responded to the BBB and told them that they would re-attach the part and fill my car with gas and change the oil for me if I would let them.

I countered their offer and said that I never even wanted the chrome anyway, and would have rather have had something like a keyless remote entry. The chrome parts can’t be removed at this point because they are all in the dash and everything, so I would have the part that came off re-attached to the car.

I was informed, and after some research found it true, that car dealerships can call anything they want “chrome” as long as it is chrome plated. So in the auto industry, plastic can be chrome.

Anyway, to make up for the misunderstanding, they agreed. I went to the dealership and they actually did treat me very well. They changed the oil, filled the car with gas, fixed the part that fell off and installed a keyless remote entry for me at no charge.

So, case closed.

Except, the car has about 5,000 miles on it now and the “ESC off” light has come on for no apparent reason and will not go off. So I will have to return to the dealership for the third time for non-routine repairs since buying the car.

So far, I can’t say I have any confidence in Kia automobiles and you would not catch me in line to buy another one.

Maria Lauterbach in the backyard of the man she claimed had raped her, I can’t help but feel that this young woman has been victimized by many.

Lauterbach was 8 months pregnant when she disappeared. Her step-mother last spoke to her on December 14, and reported her missing on December 19.

In recent days, before the news came that Lauterbach was dead, the media had widely reported that her step-mother had told investigators that she was bi-polar and a compulsive liar.

Now, the fact that she is dead doesn’t change the fact that perhaps she did suffer from bi-polar disorder, and maybe she was a liar. However, stating these things to the media only led people to the conclusion that she had probably just run away, or that maybe she wasn’t even worth looking for after all.

<script type="text/javascript"

Even friends of Lauterbach posted messages online urging her to call home, saying “you know the number.” These kinds of things, while filled with hope that she was still alive and able to call home, served to further smear the reputation of the Lauterbach. Did her friends actually feel that she was the type of woman who would leave before the holidays and not contact anyone to let them know that she and her baby were okay?

I feel that Lauterbach was victimized again and again.

First, she was allegedly raped by a superior, Cpl. Cesar Armando Laurean, who was never arrested for the rape. Police say that because he had a lawyer they could not question him. Marine officials say that there were inconsistencies in Lauterbach’s story as well and it was also noted that she was friendly with him after the report of the rape. None of this changes the fact that this woman said she was raped and no one did anything about it. Lauterbach also said that her unborn child was the result of that rape.

After reporting the rape, Lauterbach had to move off base because her car was vandalized and she was assaulted and threatened.

Then, at 8 months pregnant, her step-mother had a conversation with her, telling her that she should give up her baby for adoption because she would not be able to take care of it. This was the last conversation the step-mother had with Lauterbach, and of course this information that “she wouldn’t be a good mother” was also all over the news, further victimizing the victim.

Now, of course, we know that Lauterbach was most likely murdered, burned, possibly dismembered and buried in the backyard by her alleged rapist, Laurean. Laurean is now on the run, having left his wife a note saying that Lauterbach had killed herself and that he had buried her in back of the house. There is currently a search going on in his back yard, while police attempt to locate him.

While Laurean deserves whatever he gets and then some, Lauterbach was also victimized by the media, police, her friends, her step-mother and the Marines. No matter what her shortcomings were in life, she certainly did not deserve what happened to her, nor the things that have been said about her.

Does it matter that this “news” is sponsors by the manufacturer of the Taser weapon? They have taken so much heat and bad press lately that it’s only natural that they would try to spin it back.

I don’t hate all police officers. I have a good friend who is a deputy and another who is a highway patrol. They are both good men. But I do have a general distrust of police. My friendship with these individuals doesn’t change what I feel in my heart. I’m glad they are in law enforcement, because it possibly cancels out two of the bad ones.. kind of. I know, that’s not really possible.

Anyway, I know most of you are sick to death by now of the Taser stories. And that may be a generous understatement, however, in the interest of balance I offer this story in which Tasers are not used inappropriately. The officers in these instances didn’t Taser babies, innocent citizens, mentally retarded people or invalids - instead they used the Taser to actually save lives.

That’s quite a spin, wouldn’t you agree?

Jenni asked me an interesting question in a comment on my last post:

I wonder if you can touch upon a subject for me in an upcoming post. What are some good ways for people who have been (surprisingly) arrested to find a good lawyer?

Imagine a situation like the above where the individual is taken into custody and just has his one phone call. What are some good ways to find a good legal defense when all you have is one phone call?

Please keep up the good work. Thanks.

The key is being prepared for anything these days.

My cousin, an intelligent young man, once showed me a business card for a law office that he kept in his wallet. On the back of the card the office had printed a statement saying:

I have the right to remain silent and I wish to exercise that right. On the reverse side of this card is the number of my attorney who must be present in the event you wish to question me.

When I saw that, to be honest, I laughed. I asked him: “What are you going to do, hand that to a cop as he is shooting you with the Taser? And furthermore, are you expecting to be arrested?”

He said he would just rather be prepared for any situation. And the more Taser stories that I read, the more I think he is right.

So, since no one really ever plans to get arrested, here’s what I think is a good idea:

Get word of mouth referrals now. Ask around, see if anyone you know has anything good to say about a lawyer.. hehe.. That might be difficult though, as no one generally has glowing remarks to make about lawyers (I’m kind of kidding) and you may feel uncomfortable asking people for a criminal lawyer referral. You may not know anyone who has had to use a criminal lawyer. Also, those who have had the misfortune of having to use a criminal lawyer after they have been arrested may not want to discuss it.

Ok, so word of mouth may not pan out. Let’s go on to another option.

Research it online and get online referrals now. There are good (and free) lawyer referral services online that you can use. The first that comes to mind is Attorney Find, because you can search for lawyers by their area of practice and their locality. So that’s a good way to find one near you.

So, once you have found a lawyer in your area that practices criminal law, give him or her a call or stop by to get his business card to keep in your wallet. While you’re there you can ask him or her if it’s a good idea to print on the back that you want to exercise your right to remain silent. At the very least, write down the name and address of a local criminal lawyer and keep it in your wallet. That way, should the unfortunate circumstance come up that you need it, you will have it. Better to have it on hand and never need it than need it and come up short.

Hope this helps! Thanks for asking,

For a while I have been reading the police use of Tasers articles and while it disgusts me, I have not really been afraid of actually being Tased myself.

For one thing, I rarely have any instances in which I interact with cops. I try not to break the law or give myself any reason to be around the police. Secondly, even though I don’t trust cops, if I do have an instance to be around them, I try to be respectful and not give them any reason to think I’m being difficult or obnoxious.

So, until reading this particular story, I wasn’t really frightened of the Taser. Now, I certainly realize that it absolutely CAN happen to anyone. And even further, these types of things are becoming more common and less the case of “isolated incidents.”

Consider this, and then tell me honestly and with a straight face that Taser use is not out of control.

Donnell Williams was in his own home, and had been bathing. He is a hearing impaired man.

So, there Mr. Williams was, in a towel and without his hearing aid when police barged into his home and Tased him.

Someone had falsely reported a shooting at his residence, so the cops forced their way into his home. When they began shouting orders at him, without his hearing aid he couldn’t hear them. As a result they shot him with the Taser gun.

When they realized their mistake, they apologized to Mr. Williams.

I really don’t know when the Taser gun started being a standard issue item for police officers. I know that the Taser was invented in 1969. According to Wikipedia, they were introduced in police work as a less lethal alternative to guns.

Well, maybe. It seems that in the news we hear more and more about people dying from being shot by police with Taser guns.

One news report about one of three men in Canada who have recently died as a result of being shot with an electroshock weapon said over and over that he was resisting arrest and that the cops had to shoot him with the Taser weapon in order to subdue him.

So, now police can legally kill you if you resist arrest?

I remember in my study of torts in school there is an “eggshell skull rule.” It means that you take the victim, or plaintiff, as they come. That means that if you knock someone down and they happen to die because their head falls off or because of some other condition they had that you didn’t know about, it’s still your fault. Basically, if you cause much greater damage to a person through your negligence or intentional acts because of some unforeseen condition that they have, it makes no difference, you are still liable for whatever happens.

However, I think this must not apply to police actions. The way they use the Taser left and right, without knowing if someone could have a heart problem or some other medical condition seems quite reckless, but I have not yet heard of a successful lawsuit against the police for use of the Taser. Perhaps it’s just too early yet.

Does anyone know if police officers have special protection from the eggshell skull rule? If not, I would think that we will begin to see lawsuits about the use of the Taser and the deaths that have resulted from its use. Time will tell.

I think that some lawsuits and perhaps some stiff punitive damage awards might not be a bad thing if it slows down this liberal and seemingly indiscriminate use of the Taser gun.

In Ohio, a pregnant woman who was on the ground was shot with a Taser gun by a police officer because she refused to answer his questions and resisted being handcuffed.

The woman had arrived at the police station with her 1-year-old son in tow and asked the police to take custody of the child because she was tired of dealing with his father. When questioned, she refused to answer and just tried to leave with her child. The officer decided to detain her because he says that he feared that letting her leave with the child could have put the boy in danger.

So, as the officer grabbed her, she resisted him and ended up on the floor and resisted being handcuffed. She was wearing a winter coat, so the cop didn’t realize she was pregnant and pulled out his trusty Taser and shot her with it.

This officer remains on duty as the FBI investigates the case to determine if excessive police force was used. The police department says that they are also investigating the incident.

Meanwhile, the condition of the woman and her unborn child are unknown.

I guess the question should be: Is there anyone who does NOT want to smack OJ Simpson?

I want to beat him about the head with a hot cast iron skillet. Not because he brutally murdered two people, got away with it and then wrote a book about how he did it. He deserves far worse for that crime, but the justice system failed.

It’s this latest armed robbery thing. Not the fact that I believe he is guilty of the 12 charges against him, and not even the latest smug shot.

Here’s why I just want to pound him into the ground. Have you seen him in court?

He doesn’t say a word, and he doesn’t have to say anything. All the eye rolling and huffing and puffing is far more than enough.

At the four day preliminary hearing he didn’t just sit and listen to the testimony like a sane defendant might. There was a lot of pulling faces, shifting around, the previously mentioned eye rolling and heavy breathing and sighing.

And that’s why, right now, I feel in the mood for some violence against OJ.

What if someone were selling you a necklace, and the necklace was pretty enough that you would buy it anyway but the seller told you it also happened to come with a sweet little diamond that would make the necklace sparkle even more? And what if later on, just by chance, you found out that the diamond what just a chunk of glass?

I call that a material misrepresentation.

Well, something similar just happened to me and it cost me $1,295.00.

In July, I bought a new car. I had picked out the one that I wanted online after talking with a salesperson to clarify the trade-in deal that the dealership was offering. When I got to the dealership it was pretty much a bait and switch, what they told me on the phone was not true and I could not get the same car that I had picked out from their inventory for the price I had expected. Instead, to get the great trade-in value for my old car I had to pick a car from their “savings zone” selection of cars.

I needed a car and I was already there, so I looked through their “savings zone” selections and found a car that I liked. It had a lot of extras piled on that I never would have asked for, but they were already on the car and were part of the deal.

As the sales person was showing me the car, one of the selling points that he used was that the car had chrome trim on the interior. While that is not something I would have ordered if I had been building my own car, it did dress up the interior and it was not like I could reject it since it was already on the car. The price tag on the invoice for this chrome trim was $1,295.00.

So, on Halloween, a piece of the “chrome” trim just fell off. As I picked it up I realized that it was not chrome, it is plastic and on the back were three pieces of double sided tape that had been holding it on.

Over the next couple of days I pulled out my invoice for the car and made sure that it actually said chrome on the paperwork and not “chrome tone” or some other language indicating that it wasn’t actually chrome. Nope. The paperwork says that I was charged $1,295 for chrome detailing on the interior.

So I called the dealership and after a little bit of a runaround I spoke with the guy who sold me the car. He said that if I came in they would reattach the fake chrome piece for me, but there would be no rebate, refund or concessions made to make up for the fact that I paid $1,295 for some cheap plastic that is, in fact, taped onto the car.

I feel ripped off. So I mentioned it to a friend of mine who happens to be a lawyer, and even if she weren’t, she’s very smart. She suggested that I look into the BBB and the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Office. I looked to see if the dealership had any outstanding complaints and they do not. They are a member of the BBB though. So I filed a complaint with the BBB and we’ll see how it goes.

I know that I probably can not be the first person to complain about this dealership. So I’m thinking that they will most likely work with me to settle the issue. If they had unsettled complaints against them it would show up on the records, I think.

So here we go. I’ve filed the complaint and the ball is in their court now. I will keep you posted on how it goes. If I get no satisfaction I can always file a complaint with the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Office, and I may do that anyway. The only reason I haven’t yet is because they want to have copies of your documentation and I don’t have scanned copies to send them yet. I do have all of the documentation though, so that may be a task for tomorrow.

No indictments and no criminal charges have been filed against David Copperfield, yet it seems that through media leaks he has already been smeared in the public eye.

A woman is claiming that Copperfield created the illusion of a party, but there was no party and he allegedly hit her and raped her while she was visiting him in the Bahamas. Copperfield owns a series of islands there.

So, the FBI raided his warehouse and also visited the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino where he performs in Vegas. Did they find anything? No one knows yet. They supposedly confiscated some items, including a computer hard drive and digital cameras.

There are reports circulating about how Copperfield uses his shows to target women he is interested in from his audiences. Now plenty of women are coming forward and saying they think they were targeted and were asked by Copperfield’s people about where they like to vacation, among other things.

My question is, if Copperfield was so shady, why didn’t any of these women come forward before? None of them made a peep until this woman from Seattle said she was assaulted and sexually assaulted by him. I find that quite shady.

So the investigation continues. Unless this woman has the results of a rape kit to back up her accusations I don’t really look for this case to go very far. Sounds more like morning after regret to me, if anything.

A mom who likes to drink and drive has been arrested for drunk driving, reckless endangerment of a child and assault of a child after she allegedly bit her child on the hand to keep him from speaking with the 911 operator.

A mom who has a habit of driving drunk was reported for drunk driving by her 8 year old son.

The woman, was allegedly driving drunk while her son was in the car. The smart little boy decided to use a cellphone to dial 911.

Paulette Lynn Spears, 33, was arrested Saturday night after she drove to a fire station and told people there that she had a medical problem. It turns out, the problem was that she was drunk.

Her son, riding in the car with her, had been repeatedly calling 911 and trying to describe landmarks as they passed them. Using global positioning technology and the little boy’s descriptions, the police located the car at the fire station less than a minute after the woman and her son arrived.

Before the little boy had called police, they had received another call about the vehicle driving erratically. When the little guy got in touch with police he told them that his mom wasn’t acting normal and that he didn’t know exactly where they were.

At least twice when the boy was trying to get police help, his mother interrupted the calls. At one point she reportedly bit her child on the hand to try to get the phone away from him.

A five year old child was also in the car with Spears. Both children were placed in the care of a relative and Spears was arrested for suspicion of DUI, reckless endangerment and assault of a child. She has at least one previous conviction for drunk driving.

A Chicago man was awarded $4 million dollars in his personal injury lawsuit after a Chicago policeman inserted a screwdriver into his rectum during a drug arrest.

I think the Chicago police officer who assaulted this man should go on trial for sexual assault, and when found guilty he should have to register as a sex offender. What kind of sick human being puts a screwdriver into someone’s rectum?

I am glad that the man will receive $4 million. He deserves every penny of it.
