So new vegas came out today and i was at a local gamestop for the launch.
Can you say first copy in store?!

Yeaaaaaa thats right, and since this is from a text i cant make it super detailed and pretty, but heres my first opinions!

The game starts off with a bang in more ways than one. And you are thrown right into things.

They kept the whole s.p.e.c.i.a.l. Ranks and the skills and perks. They did tweek them and fine tune it a bit as well. And in other news, WEAPON CUSTOMIZATION! Even the ammo is customizable and convertable. Hollow point shots to armor piercing.

Weapons are a little more varied and now display their dps as well as damage. The game now has a very hard realism setting and thats definately something i will be trying to do, but when it says very hard it means it.

For those that played fallout 3 this game feels familliar but it also is very different, youre actually in civilization now, the nuclear holocaust isnt exactly far away but its not to noticable.

This is about all i can offer atm without spoiling anything so there you go!

Sorry for no daily update guys! Its been crazy slingin beans at work lately.

So i thought id post this since today i get to go to the midnight release of this haha.

I cant wait to start pouring my free time and soul into this miracle of the nuclear apocalypse.

I think most all of us enjoy video games and today im feeling nostalgic.

SO the question for todays blog (feel free to answer in comments duh) is, "What was your first video game, first console, and current favorite game that you play?"

The winner of my biased opinion will win a free nothing! But youll still be the winner so thats something.

As for the my first game was Mighty Morphin Power Rangers for the Sega Genesis, that was some seriously amazing stuff.

Current favorite game i play is hands down Fallout 3, soon to be new vegas, But i cant put the thing down.
