I dont think that people relize how many unborn children die every DAY it is unbelievable. Here is my slideshow that expresses a lot about abortion and expresses what I think about abortion. This podcast shows what a high school student thinks about abortion. She shares her thoughts about what she thinks about the whole thing. This really relates to my topic because she explains what is right and what is wrong with abortion. She explains her opinion very clearly she gives examples also. Please be patient and what a minute it will take some time for the mp3 to load.

There are many podcasts that talk about abortion but i chose this one on the left. It is very interesting, it talks about prop. 85 . What prop. 85 is, is where abortions should be illegal. A lot of people talk on this podcast and they share there opinion about what they think. A lot of them think that if it passes then a lot more teens are in danger. In this podcast they do talk about the same topic as me but i do not agree with some of the things that they say. They do not think that abortions should be illegal. I also do agree with it though, they say that you have to look at both sides of the story and they give reasons. If you really want to know more then just use the link to listen to it. Be patient it might take a while, but trust me it is worth waiting for. I congratulate the people that made this podcast they did a great job, KFWB News 980.

When you discuss abortions everyone talks about how you have to look at both sides of the story. So I did, I Had some of my peers take a survey. The survey asked if they think that abortions should be illegal are legal. The way that I conducted this survey is at the end of every class I asked some students to take a minute and look at it. After 20 students took the survey i made two charts. The first chart showed me that more students think that it should be legal. I have also noticed that the higher the grade level the more students say that it should be illegal. On the other hand the second chart showed me some interesting information. One thing that it showed me is that more males think that it should be illegal then females. Most of the females that i surveyed don't think that abortions are wrong at all. In this generation now the abortion rates are getting higher at younger ages. That is the explanation why more people think that abortions should be legal because they think that a girl 15 should not have a baby. In my opinion as a teen, girls at that age should be way more safe. If they get pregnant it is there fault and they should take on the responsibility of having a child. After looking at my survey answers i went and looked at other surveys. I found one that is exactly the same as my survey. The survey has similar information. For example in there survey it shows that more people think that abortions should be legal.If you want to check it out your self here is the website kcweb.com.

The out come of abortion is death of an unborn child it also can mean the death of you. Doctors do nothing to discourage women from having abortions, all they do in fact is make them more dangerous. There are many of women in the world dying everyday because of unsafe abortions. For example there is a women named Michelle Madden she was only 18 years old and only a freshman in college when got pregnant and had her abortion. She wanted to have an abortion when the doctor told her that the medication she was taking would make her baby come out deformed. Three days after she had the abortion Michelle collapsed and had to be taken to the hospital. When she was at the hospital the doctors found a leg bone, two pieces of the baby's skull and some of the placenta inside her uterus. Michelle died of a blood infection resulting from the abortion. Her parents sued the doctor for malpractice. The jury awarded the parents 10 million dollars for their daughter's death. Now that is a reason that it is unsafe to have abortions. The reason some women even put there self in danger is because they have either been rapped, sexually assaulted, and mutilated. There are many sites that show this information like this one called deadly toll it tells you about the causes and story's about women that have died because abortion. It is unbelievable how many women want abortions and die from abortions every day.

The topic that I chose for this blog is abortion. This topic is extremely controversial,and a lot of people argue about it. Some say that it shouldn't be illegal, that it is the mother's choice,while others say that it's wrong because it is murder. In my opinion it is very wrong I don't like abortions at all. I wouldn't like if one of my family members had one. The thing is you have to look at the situation. What if the mother is poor and cant take care of a child? It is better than putting the baby in a trash can or leaving it on the street. An expectting mother really needs to look at the consequences of abortion and I don't think that many of them do. 68,000 women die every year as a result of unsafe abortions . It is very depressing. 5 million women are hospitalize because of infections. All together, 19 million unsafe abortions take place each year. This happens because they either have back-street abortions as well as other illegal ones. This is very disturbing. There are 46 million abortions world wide annually, just go to the website and look it is amazing how many unborn children there are. The thing is as many as 75 percent of the 500,000 pregnancy related deaths can be prevented if better health care can be shown to women in these regions. The surprising thing is that a woman somewhere in the world dies every minute from pregnancy and childbirth. Unbelievable I know but it is true just look at this website and it will tell you. There are a lot of teenagers having abortion more then ever now and most of them are only 19 years old. The very crazy thing is that a girl under the age of 16 does not need a parents consent to have an abortion. What would you do if your under aged daughter had an abortion that you didn't even know about? The thing that women have to understand is that life goes on after abortion they made the choice so they have to live with it. A lot of women get haunted by it and cant go on. The mother is tormented by her decision. Some of the mothers do move on to become second offenders. They think it is okay and keep getting abortions. Well i know that i picked a very complicated topic but I wanted to put an input into it. So many people talk about this topic it is crazy.
